The whole system realizes high-accuracy indirect measurement and output proportioning control, and has simple structure, low cost and high accuracy; and non-contact metering and proportioning control of viscous liquid in a closed environment can be realized.

Technical Field

Background
In the industry of flexible packaging composite equipment, with the attention of environmental protection awareness and food safety, solvent-free composite machines are widely advocated; the solvent-free adhesive is an important adhesive, and the solvent-free adhesive is a viscous substance, and the two separated materials are connected together by virtue of the viscosity property of the solvent-free adhesive and are in a viscous liquid state at normal temperature; usually, in actual use, it is used in a predetermined ratio by dividing it into A/B components.
Generally, equipment manufacturers need to fill all components without solvent into a glue dispensing barrel, and pump out viscous liquids of raw materials respectively through pumps and mix the viscous liquids according to a preset proportion, so that how to accurately match the viscous liquids of all the components becomes an industrial problem. The conventional proportioning method is to directly measure the flow of each component by a flowmeter to carry out proportioning, but the measurement difficulty is high due to the viscosity of a solvent-free adhesive, the measurement accuracy is limited, and the risk of pipe blockage is accompanied; and the difficulty is higher when the proportion needs to be controlled and the dosage of each component needs to be accurate.
Therefore, there is a need for a measuring system and method for measuring viscous liquids with high accuracy and a system for providing accurate proportioning by the measuring system.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a flow measuring system and a flow measuring method for viscous liquid and a proportioning system thereof, which can eliminate the unsolved defects in the prior art.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a dispensing system for multi-component viscous liquids that is low cost and highly accurate.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method of converting a measurement of a flow of a viscous liquid into an indirect measurement of a flow of a gas.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides: a viscous liquid proportioning device comprises two or more groups of sealable containers for containing viscous liquid, wherein each container is provided with an opening, a constant pressure device for keeping the air pressure in the container constant and an airflow meter for measuring the airflow entering the container are connected to the openings, an outlet end of the container is connected with an output pump, and an output end of the output pump is connected with a mixer for mixing the two or more groups of viscous liquid; the output pump and the gas flowmeter are also respectively connected with a computing unit.
The whole structure is simple, the device realizes indirect measurement of the flow of the viscous liquid, and the whole system has simple structure, low cost and high accuracy; and non-contact metering and proportioning control of viscous liquid in a closed environment can be realized.
The invention also discloses a viscous liquid proportioning control method, which comprises the viscous liquid proportioning device, and the proportioning control method comprises the following steps: respectively injecting a certain volume of viscous liquid into the container, and then sealing the container; the gas forms a constant pressure gas source through a constant pressure device and is injected into the container, so that the gas is filled in the residual space in the container, after the gas in the steps is completely filled in the residual space and keeps constant pressure, the calculation unit starts and records the gas flow at the moment as an initial value, two or more groups of viscous liquid mass ratio are preset in the calculation unit, the output pump is started and works according to the preset mass ratio, during the working period of the output pump, the volume of the viscous liquid in the barrel is reduced, the internal residual space is increased, and the constant pressure gas source is supplemented in real time through the flow meter; the calculating unit collects data of the gas flow meter and calculates the flow volume entering the container through the working time, then the mass reduction quality of the viscous liquid in each container is respectively determined through the functional relation between the mass and the volume, and the calculating unit is used for carrying out proportion check on the mass reduction quality of two or more groups of viscous liquids; then feeding back the working parameters of the output pump controlled by the computing unit to complete the ratio control of the multi-component viscous liquid; wherein the gas comprises an inert gas immiscible with the viscous liquid.
The proportioning control method carries out automatic proportioning through the calculation unit, proofreads are carried out through the detected proportioning, and the accurate proportioning is achieved through the proofreading, so that the accuracy of the proportioning is ensured; and the viscous liquid is indirectly measured through the gas, so that a novel detection method is provided for the measurement of the viscous liquid.
