The clay refining is that the oil is treated by activated clay at a certain temperature to improve the color and the qualitative of the oil, the lubricating oil raw material is treated by solvent refining, solvent dewaxing and deasphalting processes, the oil also contains a small amount of unseparated solvent, macromolecular condensation compounds, colloid and the like generated by heating the recovered solvent, the stability, the color, the carbon residue value and the like of the oil are influenced by the existence of the impurities, the aim of supplementing and refining the lubricating oil raw material can be achieved by using the clay refining method, the lubricating oil can be filtered by adopting the principle of negative pressure in the clay refining and filtering process at present, but the clay can be pressed into blocks in the filtering process, so that the lubricating oil in the clay cannot be completely filtered, and the waste of the lubricating oil is caused.

After the lubricating oil is completely filtered, the heater is continuously heated to drive the stirring bolt to rotate, the stirring bolt is used for stirring and drying the wet argil in the mixing cavity into particles, and meanwhile, the argil plate and the filter cloth are dried, so that the argil, the argil plate and the filter cloth in the mixing cavity recover activity, and the next use is facilitated.

The refining and extracting process of the lubricating oil by adopting the lubricating oil clay refining and extracting device comprises the following steps:
s1: purifying raw materials, namely adding the lubricating oil raw materials into a mixing chamber 20 from a feeding hole 21, and mixing and purifying the lubricating oil raw materials and the clay by heating of a heater 17 and stirring of a stirring bolt 22;
s2: filtering the lubricating oil, and rotating the mixing barrel 13 to filter the purified lubricating oil after the lubricating oil is mixed with the argil for a certain time;
s3: collecting lubricating oil, namely collecting the lubricating oil in the oil storage space 12 through an oil outlet 11;
s4: drying the filtered substance, continuing to heat the heater 17, stirring and drying the argil in the mixing chamber 20 into particles through the stirring plug 22, and drying the filter cloth 14 and the argil plate 15.
Initial state: the return spring 26 is in a normal state and the plug 27 blocks the opening of the piston space 18.
The working principle is as follows: lubricating oil raw materials are added into a mixing cavity 20 through a feeding hole 21, the three heaters 17 are started to heat the heaters 17, air in a piston space 18 is heated and expanded, a plug cover 27 is pushed to move in a direction far away from a motor 24, a return spring 26 is compressed and drives a piston rod 16 to slide in a direction far away from the motor 24, the piston rod 16 drives a stirring bolt 22 to rotate, after new air enters the piston space 18 from an opening of the piston space 18, the return spring 26 recovers to reset the plug cover 27 and drive the piston rod 16 to reset, so that the stirring bolt 22 rotates reversely, the three stirring bolts 22 are circularly rotated in a reciprocating mode, the lubricating oil raw materials and clay are stirred, mixed and purified, and the clay can better adsorb impurities of the lubricating oil.
After the lubricating oil is purified by the argil for a certain time, the motor 24 is started, the motor 24 drives the mixing barrel 13 to rotate through the motor shaft 23, the mixing barrel 13 drives the rotating cover 19 to rotate while rotating, the three stirring bolts 22 rotate along with the mixing barrel 13, the extracted and purified lubricating oil is separated from the argil by the centrifugal force provided by the mixing barrel 13, the purified lubricating oil passes through the filter holes in the side wall of the mixing barrel 13, the purified lubricating oil is filtered into the oil storage space 12 through the argil plate 15 and the filter cloth 14, the argil plate 15 can purify the lubricating oil for the second time, the filter cloth 14 can filter argil particles in the lubricating oil, the stirring bolts 22 continue to rotate and stir the argil while the lubricating oil is filtered, and the argil is prevented from being agglomerated, and the recovery rate of the lubricating oil is improved.
And after the lubricating oil is completely filtered, the motor 24 is turned off, the mixing barrel 13 stops rotating, the heater 17 continues to heat to drive the stirring bolt 22 to rotate, the stirring bolt 22 stirs and dries the wet argil in the mixing chamber 20 into particles, and meanwhile, the argil plate 15 and the filter cloth 14 are dried, so that the argil, the argil plate 15 and the filter cloth 14 in the mixing chamber 20 recover activity for the next use.
