Description

Multifunctional water bag type gastrostomy tube
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a multifunctional water bag type gastrostomy tube.
Background
The percutaneous gastrostomy technique is widely applied in clinic in recent years. In order to prevent the balloon from being damaged and the catheter from accidentally dislocating, the water sac type gastrostomy tube needs to check the liquid capacity and the clarity in the balloon 1 time per week. The existing methods for assisting the placement of the gastrostomy do not have visualization and convenience at the same time, so that the clinical operation has limitations. Intra-abdominal pressure can affect the implementation and tolerance of enteral nutrition, while intra-abdominal pressure is highly correlated with intra-gastric pressure, which currently reflects the actual intra-abdominal pressure as monitored by intra-gastric catheters. The balloon-type gastrostomy tube on the market at present cannot be used in clinical application: monitoring and displaying the liquid capacity and clarity in the water sac in real time, and monitoring the intra-abdominal pressure in real time by a direct method; it also fails to realize the integration of precision and convenience in the process of placing.
Chinese patent application CN213852093U discloses a gastrostomy tube, which comprises a gastroesophageal duct, a first funnel, a water inlet tube, a second funnel and a frustum-shaped sealing water sac positioned in the stomach, wherein one end of the esophagus is communicated with the stomach, the other end of the esophagus is communicated with the first funnel, one end of the water inlet tube is communicated with the interior of the frustum-shaped sealing water sac, the other end of the water inlet tube is communicated with the second funnel, the frustum-shaped sealing water sac is provided with a central hole, the frustum-shaped sealing water sac is sleeved on the esophagus through the central hole, and the plane of the frustum-shaped sealing water sac is hermetically connected with the inner side surface of an opening of the stomach wall; the beneficial technical effects are as follows: the frustum-shaped sealing water sac reduces the stimulation to the gastrostomy opening and the pressure to the blood vessel of the gastric mucosa and avoids the ischemia necrosis of the gastric mucosa. Has the characteristics of good sealing performance, prevention of gastric juice leakage and reduction of the infection rate of the gastrostomy opening; although this patent application has pointed out that can invade the stoma when spherical sealed water pocket pressure is not enough, and the injury stoma causes the problem that gastric juice outflows and fistula taste is infected, but its solution changes the sacculus structure, makes it more do benefit to sealedly, does not realize the monitoring to sacculus pressure.
In conclusion, a multifunctional water sac type gastrostomy tube which can monitor the cysts and intra-abdominal pressure of the gastrostomy tube in real time after operation, is simple to operate, greatly saves manpower and material resources and ensures safety after operation is urgently needed.
