Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of massage, in particular to a shank massage mechanism.
Background
The shank massager on the market generally comprises a foot frame and a leg frame, wherein a massaging mechanism is arranged on the foot frame, and the foot frame can not turn over and can only massage soles.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a shank massage mechanism aiming at the defects of the prior art, thereby solving the problem that a foot frame can not be overturned and can only massage soles in the prior art.
The invention provides a shank massage mechanism which comprises a leg frame, a foot frame and a connecting rod assembly, wherein the leg frame comprises a connecting frame, a lower shank frame and a first telescopic mechanism, and the first telescopic mechanism is arranged between the connecting frame and the lower shank frame so as to drive the lower shank frame to slide back and forth relative to the connecting frame; one end of the foot support is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the lower leg support; the connecting rod assembly comprises a rotating rod and a driven rod, and the rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the lower calf frame; the first end of the driven rod is hinged with the rotating rod, and the second end of the driven rod is hinged with the foot frame; when the first telescopic mechanism stretches out and draws back to drive the lower leg frame to slide towards the top of the connecting frame, the connecting frame contacts and pushes the rotating rod to rotate, and therefore the rotating rod drives the foot frame to overturn relative to the lower leg frame through the driven rod.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects: when the lower calf frame 3 slides, the rotating rod 5 rotates to drive the foot frame 1 to turn over, so that the foot frame 1 can massage the sole of the foot as well as the legs.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a shank massage mechanism, which comprises a leg frame, a foot frame 1 and a connecting rod assembly, wherein the leg frame comprises a connecting frame 2, a lower shank frame 3 and a first telescopic mechanism 4, and the first telescopic mechanism 4 is arranged between the connecting frame 2 and the lower shank frame 3 so as to drive the lower shank frame 3 to slide back and forth relative to the connecting frame 2; one end of the foot rest 1 is rotatably installed at the bottom of the lower calf rest 3; the link assembly comprises a rotating rod 5 and a driven rod 6, wherein the rotating rod 5 is rotatably arranged on the lower calf frame 3; the first end of the driven rod 6 is hinged with the rotating rod 5, and the second end of the driven rod 6 is hinged with the foot frame 1; when the first telescopic mechanism 4 stretches to drive the lower leg rest 3 to slide towards the top of the connecting frame 2, the connecting frame 2 contacts and pushes the rotating rod 5 to rotate, so that the rotating rod 5 drives the foot rest 1 to overturn relative to the lower leg rest 3 through the driven rod 6. When the lower calf frame 3 slides, the rotating rod 5 rotates to drive the foot frame 1 to turn over, so that the foot frame 1 can massage the sole of the foot as well as the legs.
The link assembly also includes a push rod 7; the first end of the pushing rod 7 is hinged on the connecting frame 2, and the second end of the pushing rod 7 is hinged with the rotating rod 5. When the lower calf frame 3 rotates, the rotating rod 5 and the pushing rod 7 are moved toward or away from each other, so that the angle between the rotating rod 5 and the pushing rod 7 is changed, and thus the rotating rod 5 rotates relative to the lower calf frame 3 along with the angle change.
The device also comprises a limiting ear seat 8; the pushing rod 7 is arranged on the connecting frame 2 through a limiting lug seat 8; the limiting ear seat 8 is used for limiting the rotation angle of the push rod 7 relative to the connecting frame 2. Limiting the rotation angle of the pushing rod 7 limits the movement track of the rotating rod 5, so as to ensure that the rotating rod 5 performs rotation movement when the lower calf frame 3 slides.
The linkage assembly also includes a connecting rod 9; the first end of the connecting rod 9 is fixed to the lower calf frame 3, and the second end of the connecting rod 9 is hinged to the rotating rod 5. The rotating rod 5 is connected with the lower leg rest 3 through a connecting rod 9, so that the rotating rod 5 can move along with the lower leg rest 3 and is separated from the lower leg rest 3, and the rotating rod 5 is prevented from colliding with the lower leg rest 3 during rotation.
The second end of the push rod 7 is at a longer distance from the connecting rod 9 than the first end of the driven rod 6 is from the connecting rod 9. Through the above arrangement, according to the lever principle, the small force applied by the pushing rod 7 to the rotating rod 5 can make the rotating rod 5 generate a large force to act on the driven rod 6, so that the driven rod 6 drives the foot rest 1 to rotate.
A yielding hole 10 is provided on one side of the foot rest 1 near the lower calf rest 3, before the foot rest 1 is turned over, the feet of the user are placed on the foot rest 1, after the foot rest 1 is turned over, the foot rest 1 wraps the legs of the user and the feet of the user can pass through the yielding hole 10.
The foot rest 1 is provided with a massage mechanism 11, and before the foot rest 1 is turned over, the massage mechanism 11 can massage the feet of a user; after the foot rest 1 is turned over, the massage mechanism 11 can massage the user's legs.
The leg rest further comprises an upper calf rest 12 and a second telescopic mechanism 13, wherein the second telescopic mechanism 13 is arranged between the connecting frame 2 and the upper calf rest 12 so as to drive the connecting frame 2 to slide back and forth relative to the upper calf rest 12. The connecting frame 2 drives the lower calf frame 3 to slide relative to the upper calf frame 12 so that the length of the whole leg frame of the side is adapted to the leg length of different users.
The lower and upper lower leg frames 3 and 12 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the connection frame 2. By this arrangement, the lower leg frame 3 does not collide with the upper leg frame 12 when sliding.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present application without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof, the present application is intended to cover such modifications and variations.
