In practical application, a worker can move the invention to a designated position through the universal wheel 11 and start the electromagnet 51, the electromagnet 51 is started to adsorb an iron bed body of a patient with severe symptoms, so as to fix the invention and the bed body of the patient, after the fixation is completed, the cylinder 12 is started to drive the top plate 13 to perform vertical position adjustment by starting the cylinder 12, the top plate 13 is supported by the movement of the slide rod 53 in the sleeve 52, the vertical position adjustment of the top plate 13 can adapt to different bed body heights, the bed body of the patient with severe symptoms can be conveniently replaced by the worker, when the bed body of the patient is replaced, the worker drives the gear 23 to rotate through the first forward and reverse rotation motor 22, the gear 23 rotates to cooperate with the rack 26 to drive the fixing plate 25 and the semi-cylindrical shell 27 to perform position adjustment, the semi-cylindrical shell 27 drives the conveyor belt 30 and the transmission roller 32 to perform position adjustment, when the conveying belt 30 and the driving roller 32 are adjusted to the sickbed of the critically ill patient, the critically ill patient can move the body to the conveying belt 30 by turning on the second forward and reverse rotating motor 31, the driving roller 32 is driven to rotate by the turning on of the second forward and reverse rotating motor 31, the conveying belt 30 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the driving roller 32, the transmission of the conveying belt 30 can assist the patient to integrally move the body to the center of the conveying belt 30, a rubber layer is attached to the outer part of the driving roller 32, the friction force between the driving roller 32 and the conveying belt 30 is increased, the comfort of the patient in moving on the conveying belt 30 is enhanced, after the patient is moved to the center of the conveying belt 30, the worker readjusts the conveying belt 30 and the driving roller 32 to the top plate 13 by starting the first forward and reverse rotating motor 22 again, the patient is supported by the top plate 13, and the patient is prevented from being in a suspended state, when adjusting the patient to roof 13 on, the staff can move appointed bed body department with the patient through universal wheel 11, when moving appointed bed body department with the patient, the staff can start first positive and negative motor 22 of reversal and second positive and negative motor 31 once more, make first positive and negative motor 22 of reversal and second positive and negative motor 31 reverse, thereby move the patient on the conveyer belt 30 to appointed bed body on, it is less to stirring of patient, the travelling comfort when strengthening patient's bed body conversion.

the transmission structure (3) comprises a transmission belt (30), a plurality of second positive and negative rotation motors (31) and a plurality of transmission rollers (32), the second positive and negative rotation motors (31) are all installed inside the semi-cylindrical shell (27), the transmission belt (30) is wound on the outer portion of the transmission rollers (32), and the transmission rollers (32) are all installed on output shafts of the second positive and negative rotation motors (31);
the auxiliary adjusting structure (4) comprises a plurality of second limiting grooves (41), a fixing block (42) and rollers (43), the second limiting grooves (41) are formed in the top plate (13), the fixing block (42) is fixedly installed on the outer portion of the semi-cylindrical shell (27), and the rollers (43) are movably connected to the outer portion of the fixing block (42);
the auxiliary limiting structure (5) comprises a plurality of grooves (50), a plurality of electromagnets (51), a plurality of sleeves (52) and a plurality of sliding rods (53), the plurality of grooves (50) are all arranged outside the top plate (13), the electromagnets (51) are installed inside the grooves (50), the plurality of sleeves (52) are fixedly installed on the bottom plate (10), the sliding rods (53) are movably connected inside the sleeves (52), and the tops of the sliding rods (53) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the top plate (13);
