a. taking a continuously conveyed hydrophilic non-woven fabric I, and gluing the transverse two side end parts of the lower surface of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I to form bonding points I;
b. conveying two hydrophobic non-woven fabrics I in the same direction above two transverse sides of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I, and enabling the part outside the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I to be folded downwards and inwards through a folding mechanism and to be in contact with and bonded with the bonding point I;

Specifically, comparing fig. 7 and 5, the positions of the leg elastic members 5 are structurally changed.
Example four
The structure is another side leakage-proof absorption article structure, and the technical scheme adopts a structure that the leakage-proof separation edge 4 and the coating layer 6 are integrally formed; the integral molding here means that the covering layer 6 and the leakage-proof separating edge 4 are the same whole, that is, referring to fig. 7, the hydrophobic layer 6b on the covering layer and the leakage-proof separating edge 4 are the same part, and the hydrophilic layer 6a and the separating edge absorption core layer 64 are added on the rising part of the leakage-proof separating edge 4, and at this time, the leg-surrounding elastic expansion part 5 originally arranged between the leakage-proof separating edge 4 and the liquid-tight bottom layer 2 is arranged between the folding part 63 and the liquid-tight bottom layer 2;
the following is a corresponding application process using this structure.
Referring to fig. 8, a process for applying a side-leakage resistant absorbent article includes the steps of:
1. preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer 1;
2. preparing an absorbent core 3;
3. preparing a liquid-impermeable back sheet 2;
4. laminating and fixedly connecting the products obtained in the first step, the second step and the third step together, then carrying out arc-shaped edge cutting treatment and cutting to form a single absorption article, wherein the first step comprises the following steps:

b. conveying two hydrophobic non-woven fabrics I in the same direction above the two transverse sides of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I, applying a side separating rubber band 41 on one transverse side end of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I, folding the side end part by a folding mechanism to wrap the side separating rubber band 41, and bonding;
c. folding the part of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric outside the hydrophilic non-woven fabric downwards and inwards by a folding mechanism, contacting and bonding the part of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric with the lower bonding point I, and bonding the transverse middle part of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric I with the upper bonding point I to obtain the liquid-permeable surface layer 1;
in the fourth step, the first two hydrophobic nonwoven fabrics are partially bonded to the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 to form a base end portion 4a bonded to the liquid-impermeable back sheet and a free portion 4b which is not bonded.
Specifically, the first step further includes:
d, gluing the middle parts of the lower end surfaces of the two hydrophobic non-woven fabrics to form a second adhesive point;
e. a second hydrophilic non-woven fabric is arranged below the second bonding point, and SAP is applied to the upper surface of the second hydrophilic non-woven fabric to form a separation edge absorption core layer 64;
f. and e, bonding and molding the product obtained in the step e and the bonding point II.
In this embodiment, in the step e, the SAPs on the barrier absorbent core layer 64 are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction of the second hydrophilic nonwoven fabric.
And a leg elastic expansion member 5 is provided in the base end portion 4 a.
Different from the previous implementation process, the method simplifies the product structure, reduces the material investment and production steps, reduces the production difficulty, and can improve the production efficiency.

Referring to fig. 9 specifically, similar to the fourth embodiment, the leakage-proof separation edge 4 and the covering layer 6 use the same hydrophobic layer 6b, two ends of the hydrophobic layer 6b are respectively provided with rubber strings and folded and covered, the rubber string adhered to one side of the liquid-impermeable bottom layer 2 is used as the leg elastic expansion part 5, and the other side is used as the separation edge rubber string 41; the hydrophobic layer 6b adhered to one side of the liquid-tight bottom layer 2 has large folding size, and needs to be adhered to the lower end of the liquid-tight surface layer 1 after being folded, and then is integrally jointed with the liquid-tight bottom layer 2 after being formed;
referring to fig. 10, the difference from the fourth embodiment is that in the step c, leg elastic members 5 are applied to the lower ends of the portions of the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric one which are located outside the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric one, and then folded downward and inward and brought into contact with and bonded to the lower bonding points one.
Meanwhile, the leg elastic telescopic component 5 can also select 2-5 elastic telescopic rubber bands according to different requirements and sizes of products, and the stretching ratio of the elastic telescopic rubber bands can be 1.2-3.0; moreover, the folding mechanism is not specifically stated in the technical solution, which is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
