The raw materials of the A area of the silica gel eyeshade comprise 3 percent of silicon dioxide (99.5 percent of dry basis), 3 percent of reactive diluent, 5 percent of silicon oil, 2 percent of tetraacetate of tai-acid and the balance of methyl vinyl raw rubber according to weight percentage.

The raw materials of the C area of the silica gel eyeshade comprise 25% of silicon dioxide, 3% of silicone oil, 2% of tetraacetate, 1% of polyamide wax, 4% of oxidized polyethylene wax, 0.1% of release agent and the balance of methyl vinyl raw rubber.
Providing all raw materials for manufacturing an area A, an area B and an area C of the silica gel eyeshade 15, uniformly dispersing different raw materials in each area, pressing the raw materials into blanks according to different hardness requirements, loading the blanks into an automatic or manual slitting and feeding machine, pulling out a lower die of the die when the temperature of the die mounted in a flat vulcanizing machine is raised to a high temperature of 250 ℃, and spraying a release agent on the upper die and the lower die of the die; and (3) putting the hardware shell into a middle registration position, quickly supplying different raw materials and different feed dosages required by three areas by a material discharge machine, then pushing the lower die back, pulling out the lower die by hot pressing for 60s, and separating the pressed finished product from the die to obtain the finished product of the silica gel eyeshade.
Example four
The raw materials of the A area of the silica gel eyeshade comprise 1 percent of silicon dioxide (99.5 percent of dry basis), 4 percent of reactive diluent, 2 percent of silicon oil, 3 percent of tetraacetate of tai-acid and the balance of methyl vinyl raw rubber according to weight percentage.
The raw materials of the B area of the silica gel eyeshade comprise, by weight, 35% of methyl vinyl raw rubber, 2% of silicon dioxide (99.9% of dry basis), 3.5% of oxidized polyethylene wax, 4% of silicone oil, 0.001% of platinum catalyst and the balance of silver-coated copper powder.
According to weight percentage, the raw materials of the area C of the silica gel eyeshade comprise 16 percent of silicon dioxide, 2 percent of silicone oil, 1 percent of tetraacetate, 0.2 percent of polyamide wax, 3 percent of oxidized polyethylene wax, 0.1 percent of release agent and the balance of methyl vinyl raw rubber.
