Description

Orthodontic device for molar teeth
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of orthodontic research of molar teeth, in particular to an orthodontic device of molar teeth.
Background
Clinically, the first molar or the second molar cannot be retained due to caries, fracture and other factors, while the adjacent third molar is usually normal in tooth crown size and good in tooth root development, but with the refinement of human food, the tooth degeneration is delayed from the jaw degeneration, and various types of third molar are commonly stopped in clinic. Research shows that the vertical occlusion rate of the third molar is 38%, the near-middle occlusion rate is 43%, the horizontal occlusion rate is 3% and the far-middle occlusion rate is 6%.
At present, scholars at home and abroad agree that it is feasible to replace the first or second molar with the sequential advancement of the healthy second molar and the third molar. Through this mode can establish complete healthy dentition again, the intraoral foreign matter that does not have after the treatment, the tooth tissue is not damaged, resumes the point nest interlock relation in grinding the tooth district simultaneously, and the patient can carry out normal chewing function.
For the erupting third molar in the right position, the eruption height is enough, and the third molar can be directly forwards moved to replace the second molar. However, for the impacted third molars, Baik et al found that after the second molars were advanced to provide more room, the third molars did not stand upright naturally, but rather became more medially inclined with a greater probability, and therefore, it was important to change the eruption direction of the impacted third molars as early as possible for the rapid vertical third molars.
Currently, there are many third molars vertically impacted by various orthodontics, such as Magkavali, who comprehensively analyzed different systems for vertically tilting teeth using implanted anchorage pins, including implanting anchorage pins in the distal part of tilted molars, attaching lingual buttons to the tilted molars, pulling the third molars to tilt distally through a rubber chain; implanting an anchorage nail at the mesial alveolar ridge crest of the oblique tooth, and pushing the third molar to tilt towards the distal direction by adhering a vertical curve; or implanting an anchorage nail in the alveolar bone on the medial buccal side of the inclined tooth and placing a push spring to push the third molar to incline towards the far middle.
The above devices have the following disadvantages that firstly, in the process of erecting the third molar, the third molar needs to incline to the far middle first and then move to the near middle, and in the process, the third molar performs reciprocating motion, so that the treatment period is prolonged; second, pushing or pulling the molars to tilt distally tends to cause occlusal high points in the distal portion of the third molars, which interfere with the occlusal movement of the jaw teeth.
In addition, the treatment methods all need to additionally implant an anchorage nail as anchorage, the setting of the anchorage nail belongs to invasive operation, certain damage is caused to a patient, and the anchorage nail can cause foreign body sensation in the mouth of the patient.
