Abstract

本发明公开了一种透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫的制备方法,是以国产透明皂基为主要原料,添加龙脑樟植物精油、丁香植物精油、甘油、PCMX和二氧化氯等混合成杀菌消毒剂涂布于无纺布上,然后与背胶无纺布定位粘附制成对鞋底病毒轨迹有灭活功能的防疫隔离胶垫,适合用于多人聚集公共场所及出入境往来人员鞋底消毒。

一种透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及公共卫生疾控防疫领域技术产品开发与应用,具体涉 及一种透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫的制备方法。
背景技术
目前已知的病毒传播途径包括飞沫和环境气溶胶至人口、鼻、眼 感染到体内。环境气溶胶是病毒存在的一种形式,可直接造成呼吸道 感染,也可以在塑料、金属护栏扶手,门把手,电梯按键等表面存活 可长达9天以上,有间接感染风险。气溶胶传播途径有多种,其中最 主要是人的鞋底病毒轨迹传播。
目前控制鞋底病毒轨迹传播有两种方法,一种是常见在机场、车 站、体育场馆、超市、医院、影院等环境铺设行走地垫通道,在地垫 上喷洒消毒液,这种方法在人多情况下对R1....是有效的,但是因无 法及时清理更换地垫或到Rx时消毒效果严重下降,甚至有Rn的人 会造成鞋底病毒轨迹的交叉感染;另一种是直接戴上鞋套,如医院工 作人员,但这种方法没有病毒抑制和杀灭作用,在影院或机舱封闭环 境仍然有病毒气溶胶从鞋套溢出的可能,而且感染风险更大。
发明内容
为了能够彻底克服以上难题,本发明提供一种透明皂按键隔离胶 垫。所述透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫对鞋底病毒轨迹有消毒功能。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种透明皂按键隔离胶垫的制备方法,以国产透明皂基为主要原 料,添加龙脑樟植物精油、丁香植物精油、甘油、PCMX和二氧化氯 等制成混合杀菌消毒剂涂布于无纺布上,然后定位粘附于背胶无纺布 上,盖上离型蜡纸保护即可制成透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫。
上述技术方案中,进一步地,所述杀菌消毒剂各组分用量为:国 产皂基65g;丁香植物精油5ml;龙脑樟植物精油12ml;甘油18ml; PCMX0.2g和二氧化氯0.1g,经专业机构检测实验条件下产品对H3N2 流感病毒有极好的灭活效果。
一种采用上述方法制备得到的透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫,其使用 方法为:将鞋底对准含有杀菌消毒剂的鞋垫消毒区域踩实,然后将四 个角向中心折叠贴附在鞋上,进而使药物贴附在鞋底再载上鞋套,使 鞋底强制消毒。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1)以国产透明皂基为主料,通过添加龙脑樟植物精油、丁香植 物精油、甘油、PCMX和二氧化氯等混合制成杀菌消毒制剂,经专业 机构检测对H3N2流感病毒灭活指数>4,消毒效果达99.99%,与美 国《感染控制杂志》2020年第48期发表的研究结果相一致;同时产 品有驱蚊和改善空气环境作用,为国产透明皂基应用开辟新途径。
2)含有药剂的透明皂鞋套隔离胶垫是使药物粘附于鞋底再穿鞋 套,对R1鞋底病毒轨迹有强制灭活作用,透明皂有粘附性作用鞋底 药效持久有利于消毒。
3)产品适合多人聚集公共场所:机场、车站、地铁、超市、体 育场馆、医院;相对封闭环境如影院、机舱及出入境往来人员鞋底病 毒轨迹消毒防疫。

具体实施方式
本发明的透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫制作方法通过以下步骤实现:
1.材料:国产皂基65g(青岛米尚日用品有限公司);丁香植物精油 5ml(广东伊万化妆品有限公司);龙脑樟植物精油12ml(江西吉安 中香天然植物有限公司);甘油18ml;PCMX0.2g和二氧化氯0.1g(浙 江化东医药试剂有限公司);尺寸相同(20×20cm)背胶无纺布1、无 纺布和离型蜡纸3(广东业必兴包装材料有限公司)。
2.方法:取透明皂基6.5kg于不锈钢锅,用食用油浴65℃缓缓融化, 加入丁香植物精油500ml、龙脑樟植物精油1200ml、甘油1800ml; 继续搅拌加入PCMX20g、二氧化氯10g;以上充分混合后趁热用毛 刷均匀涂抹在无纺布上成透明皂消毒涂料无纺布,然后用切刀剪成鞋 垫状,消毒涂料面向上定位粘附在背胶无纺布1中间(图1),再用 同尺寸离型蜡纸3盖在背胶无纺布1上面保护背胶和透明皂消毒涂料2,即为透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫4。
实施例:透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫的制备方法与应用
1.方法:称取透明皂基6.5kg于不锈钢锅,用食用油浴65℃缓缓融 化,加入丁香植物精油500ml、龙脑樟植物精油1200ml、甘油1800ml; 继续搅拌加入PCMX20g、二氧化氯10g;以上充分混合后趁热用毛 刷均匀涂抹在无纺布上制成透明皂消毒涂料无纺布,然后用切刀剪成 鞋垫状后将消毒涂料面向上定位粘附在背胶无纺布1中间(图1), 再用同尺寸离型蜡纸3盖在背胶无纺布1上面保护背胶和透明皂消毒 涂料2即可得到透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫4,经专业机构检测产品对 H3N2流感病毒灭活指数>4,消毒效果达99.99%,与美国《感染控 制杂志》2020年第48期发表的研究结果相一致。
2.应用:取一副透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫,去掉离型蜡纸3,将鞋底 对准背胶无纺布1含有药物成分的鞋垫区域踩实,四个角向中心折叠 后将背胶无纺布1贴附在鞋上,然后鞋底带有背胶无纺布1踏入鞋套 机戴上鞋套(如图1箭头所示)。透明皂粘附性对鞋底药效持久,产 品适合用于多人聚集的机场、车站、地铁、超市、体育场馆、医院; 相对封闭环境如影院、机舱及出入境往来人员鞋底病毒轨迹强制消 毒。

1.一种透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫的制备方法,其特征在于,是以国产透明皂基为原料,添加龙脑樟植物精油、丁香植物精油、甘油、PCMX和二氧化氯混合成杀菌消毒剂涂布于无纺布上,然后与背胶无纺布定位粘附,盖上离型蜡纸保护即可制成透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫。
2.如权利要求1所述的透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫的制备方法,其特征在于,所述杀菌消毒剂各组分用量为:国产皂基65g;丁香植物精油5ml;龙脑樟植物精油12ml;甘油18ml;PCMX0.2g和二氧化氯0.1g。
3.如权利要求1所述的透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1或2所述的方法制备得到。
4.如权利要求1所述的透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫的使用方法,其特征在于,去掉离型蜡纸,将鞋底对准透明皂鞋套防疫隔离胶垫上含有杀菌消毒剂的区域踩实,然后将四个角向中心折叠并贴附在鞋上,然后戴上鞋套,使鞋底强制消毒。
