Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The inventor finds out through research that: in an existing PoC (PTT over Cellular, PTT talk over Cellular) communication system, a terminal can only perform one path of audio/video service at the same time, which may cause the terminal to miss other service information, and the following description is given by way of example:
terminal a belongs to both group 1 and group 2, with group 1 of terminal a in the normal state.
Terminal B belongs to both group 2 and group 3, with group 2 of terminal B in normal state.
Terminal C belongs to both group 1, group 2 and group 3, and group 3 of terminal C is in the normal state.
In the prior art, terminal a can only receive the service information of group 1 and miss the service information of group 2, terminal B can only receive the service information of group 2 and miss the service information of group 3, and terminal C can only receive the service information of group 3 and miss the service information of group 1 and group 2.
If a plurality of participating groups are all allowed to answer, all participating group calls are accessed according to a normal group call answering method, the status of each group is equal, and all audio and video calls are seriously influenced when resources are limited.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a group call processing method in a PoC communication system, which is applied to a system side, and is configured to, in a case of receiving a group call request, update a state of each terminal in a target service group after receiving the group call request according to a state of each terminal in the target service group corresponding to the group call request, respectively, forward audio/video data corresponding to the group call request to a terminal whose state is updated to a normal state, so that the terminal normally participates in the group call service, and forward audio/video index information corresponding to the request in an HTTP manner to a group call terminal whose state is updated to a suspended state, so that the terminal subsequently queries service information of the group call service according to the audio/video index information, and effectively reduce a probability that the terminal misses call service information.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the group call processing method in the PoC communication system disclosed in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s101: under the condition of receiving a group call request, acquiring the state of each terminal in a target service group corresponding to the group call request;
and the target service group is a service group where a terminal which needs to receive audio and video data corresponding to the group call request is located.
The state of the terminal includes: a normal state and a suspended state.
S102: respectively updating the state of each terminal in the target service group after receiving the group call request according to the state of each terminal in the target service group;
specifically, for each terminal in the target service group, it is determined whether the terminal has a service in a normal state, if the terminal has no service in a normal state, the state of the terminal in the target service group is set to be a normal state, and if the terminal has a service in a normal state, the state of the terminal in the target service group is set to be a suspended state.
S103: when the state of the terminal in the target service group is updated to a normal state, forwarding audio and video data corresponding to the group call request to the terminal in a streaming media mode;
specifically, the streaming media is in the form of UDP (User data Protocol) + RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol).
S104: and when the state of the terminal in the target service group is updated to be the suspended state, forwarding audio and video index information corresponding to the group call request to the terminal in an HTTP mode.
Specifically, the audio/video index information is information with indexes, such as a carrying group/user name, time, message data, and the like.
Further, considering system resources, for example, under the condition that the bandwidth is limited, a service quantity threshold of a terminal is preset, when the existing service quantity of the terminal exceeds the service quantity threshold, a group call request is not pushed to the terminal, and when the existing service quantity of the terminal does not exceed the service quantity threshold, the state of the terminal in a target service group after receiving the group call request is updated according to whether the existing service of the terminal is in a normal state, so that the mode of forwarding audio and video data corresponding to the group call request to the terminal is determined.
The system side detects system resources such as bandwidth and available channels in real time, and adjusts the service quantity threshold of the terminal according to preset rules when the system resources are limited such as the bandwidth is smaller than the threshold.
The preset rule is preset, and there may be a variety of optional manners, such as adjusting the service quantity threshold of the terminal to a preset fixed value, or adjusting the service quantity threshold of the terminal to a service quantity threshold corresponding to the current system resource according to the correspondence between the system resource and the service quantity threshold, and the like, which is not limited herein.
When the terminal in normal state, the audio/video service is in limited system resources such as bandwidth, the service in normal state is transmitted preferentially, and the size of the threshold value of the number of services can be dynamically adjusted to prevent the service in normal state from being affected, and when the system resources are limited, the threshold value of the number of services can be directly set to 1.
When a certain service of a certain terminal is in a suspended state, but the operation aiming at the terminal cannot be influenced, that is, when the operation aiming at the terminal is more important and cannot be influenced, the audio/video index information cannot be forwarded to the terminal, the system refuses to push a group call request to the terminal and returns a reason, and the service of the terminal is indicated that the suspended state cannot respond to the operation.
On this basis, the present embodiment discloses another group call processing method in the PoC communication system, please refer to fig. 2, which specifically includes the following steps:
s201: under the condition of receiving a group call request, acquiring the state of each terminal in a target service group corresponding to the group call request;
s202: aiming at each terminal in a target service group, acquiring the number of services existing in the terminal;
s203: judging whether the existing service quantity of the terminal exceeds a service quantity threshold value or not;
if the number of services exceeds the threshold, executing S204: not pushing the group call request to the terminal;
if the number of services does not exceed the threshold, executing S205: judging whether the terminal has a normal service or not;
if the terminal has no service in normal state, executing S206: setting the state of the terminal in the target service group as a normal state;
s207: forwarding audio and video data corresponding to the group call request to the terminal in a streaming media mode;
if the existing service of the terminal is in a normal state, executing S208: setting the state of the terminal in the target service group as a suspended state;
s209: and forwarding audio and video index information corresponding to the group call request to the terminal in an HTTP (hyper text transport protocol) manner.
Further, the user may send a normal state switching request to the system side through the terminal according to the requirement, and if the user needs to receive the latest group call service in time, the user may also send a normal state switching request to the system side through the terminal, and set the state of the target call service corresponding to the latest received group call request as a normal state.
On this basis, please refer to fig. 3, this embodiment discloses another group call processing method in the PoC communication system, which specifically includes the following steps:
s301: under the condition of receiving a group call request, acquiring the state of each terminal in a target service group corresponding to the group call request;
s302: respectively updating the state of each terminal in the target service group after receiving the group call request according to the state of each terminal in the target service group;
s303: when the state of the terminal in the target service group is updated to a normal state, forwarding audio and video data corresponding to the group call request to the terminal in a streaming media mode;
s304: when the state of the terminal in the target service group is updated to be a suspended state, forwarding audio and video index information corresponding to the group call request to the terminal in an HTTP mode;
s305: receiving a normal state switching request sent by a terminal;
s306: analyzing the normal state switching request to obtain a target calling service;
s307: judging whether the terminal has a call service in a normal state;
if the terminal has a call service in a normal state, executing S308: switching the state of the call service to a suspended state, and setting the state of the target call service to a normal state;
if the terminal does not have the call service in the normal state, executing S309: and setting the state of the target call service as a normal state.
