2. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the sealing plate, when electronic elements in the implantable hearing aid equipment need to be maintained, the two elastic buckles are manually pinched to opposite directions to enable the two elastic buckles and the rectangular bayonet arranged in the middle of the left end face of the sliding rail to lose the clamping relation, then the sealing plate slides rightwards and is taken down, and then the electronic elements in the shell can be maintained, so that the sealing plate can be detached without tools when the interior of the implantable hearing aid equipment needs to be maintained, and the convenience in detaching the sealing plate in the implantable hearing aid equipment is further improved.

when electronic components in the implantable hearing aid device need to be maintained, the two elastic buckles 401 are manually pinched in opposite directions to enable the two elastic buckles 401 and the rectangular bayonet arranged in the middle of the left end face of the sliding rail 102 to be out of clamping connection, then the sealing plate 4 slides rightwards to be taken down, and then the electronic components in the shell 101 can be maintained, so that the sealing plate 4 can be detached without tools when the interior of the implantable hearing aid device needs to be maintained, and convenience in detachment of the sealing plate 4 in the implantable hearing aid device is improved;
