In step S503, the step of selecting a preset time period as the transmission delay until the questionnaire signaling is generated is repeated until the number of generated questionnaire signaling is equal to the number of the current audience terminals.
The number of target living rooms may be high (e.g., tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands), as may the number of audience segments in the corresponding target living room (e.g., millions or even tens of millions). No matter the number of target live rooms, for the same questionnaire to be issued, the information indicating the sending delay carried by the questionnaire signaling can disperse the time that all audience terminals in the target live rooms return to the questionnaire acquisition requests after receiving the questionnaire signaling, and can reduce the interface pressure of the server terminal for receiving more questionnaire acquisition requests at the same time.
For example, when the number of target live rooms is 1, the number of current audience terminals of the target live rooms is 1 ten thousand, and the preset duration interval is 3 seconds to 2 minutes. The server side needs to send 1 questionnaire signaling to each of the 1 ten thousand audience sides, each audience side receives the questionnaire signaling carrying the questionnaire identification and the sending delay of the questionnaire to be issued, and the sending delay carried in the questionnaire signaling received by each audience side is randomly selected from 3 seconds to 2 minutes by the server side. When the number of target living broadcast rooms is 50, the number of current audience terminals of the target living broadcast rooms is 200 ten thousand (the sum of the number of current audience terminals of each target living broadcast room in the 50 target living broadcast rooms), and the preset duration interval is 3 seconds to 2 minutes. The server side needs to send 1 questionnaire signaling to each of the 200 ten thousand audience sides, each audience side receives the questionnaire signaling carrying the questionnaire identification and the sending delay of the questionnaire to be issued, and the sending delay carried in the questionnaire signaling received by each audience side is randomly selected from 3 seconds to 2 minutes by the server side. The server generates questionnaire signaling according to the number of the current audience terminals, and the sending delays carried by the questionnaire signaling are not the same time. And the server side sends the questionnaire signaling of the current audience terminal number to the corresponding audience terminal. For example, when the audience terminal 1 receives the questionnaire signaling at 17:01:50 and the transmission delay carried by the questionnaire signaling is 5 seconds, the audience terminal 1 will send a questionnaire acquisition request to the server at 17:01:55. The audience terminal 2 receives the questionnaire signaling at 17:01:50, the sending delay carried by the questionnaire signaling is 1 minute, and then the audience terminal 2 sends a questionnaire acquisition request to the service terminal at 17:02:50. The audience terminal sends a questionnaire acquisition request through an information (info) interface provided by the service terminal, and the pressure of the related interface for processing the request can be reduced relative to the scattered request time.
In an exemplary embodiment, the process of sending the questionnaire signaling to the viewer's end of the target living room may include the steps of: firstly, determining a threshold value of the number of audience terminals; wherein the audience terminal number threshold indicates an upper limit on the number of audience terminals receiving questionnaire signaling; then, the number of the first current audience terminals corresponding to the target live broadcasting room is obtained; furthermore, the number of second current audience terminals corresponding to the live broadcasting room set with issued questionnaire signaling is obtained; and finally, when the sum of the first current audience terminal number and the second current audience terminal number is smaller than or equal to the audience terminal number threshold, sending the questionnaire signaling to the audience terminal of the target live broadcasting room.
Considering the performance problem of the server, the issuing rate of the questionnaire signaling can be limited by means of current limiting and the like. The data processing pressure of the questionnaire issued by the service side can be relieved to a certain extent for setting the upper limit of the number of audience sides receiving the questionnaire signaling. The server side can be provided with a questionnaire signaling issuing module, and the questionnaire signaling issuing module executes a questionnaire signaling issuing task (SendSignalTask) which instructs a round-robin living broadcast room and issues questionnaire signaling to the audience side of the target living broadcast room. When the questionnaire signaling issuing module executes the questionnaire signaling issuing task, the number of live rooms and the number of audience terminals which can issue the questionnaire signaling are limited for a single round of brushing, so that the pressure of the questionnaire signaling issuing module can be relieved. Illustratively:
1) In the case of limiting the number of live rooms that can be issued by questionnaire signaling: the server side can determine the number threshold of the live rooms according to the performance parameters of the equipment, namely, the number of the live rooms for which the questionnaires can be issued by the system is limited. And the server adds the identification of the target live broadcasting room to the identification set of the live broadcasting room. When the number of the identifiers in the identifier set of the live broadcasting room is smaller than or equal to the threshold value of the number of the live broadcasting rooms, the server side can send a questionnaire signaling to the audience side of the target live broadcasting room.
2) In the case of limiting the number of audience members that can issue questionnaire signaling: the server may determine a threshold number of audience segments based on the device performance parameters, that is, limit the number of audience segments that the system can receive questionnaire signaling. The server side obtains the number of the first current audience terminals corresponding to the target live broadcasting room and the number of the second current audience terminals corresponding to the live broadcasting room set with issued questionnaire signaling. And when the sum of the first current audience terminal number and the second current audience terminal number is smaller than or equal to an audience terminal number threshold, the server transmits a questionnaire signaling to the audience terminal of the target living broadcast room.
3) In the case of limiting the number of live rooms and the number of audience terminals that can be issued by the questionnaire signaling: the server may determine a live room number threshold and a viewer number threshold based on the device performance parameters. When the number of target living broadcasting rooms is 1 and the threshold value of the number of living broadcasting rooms is more than or equal to 1, judging whether the sum of the number of first current audience terminals (corresponding to the target living broadcasting rooms) and the number of second current audience terminals (corresponding to the set of living broadcasting rooms with issued questionnaire signaling) is less than or equal to the threshold value of the number of audience terminals. If yes, the server side sends a questionnaire signaling to the audience side of the target living broadcast room. It should be noted that, the set of live rooms that have issued the questionnaire signaling at this time may not be limited to the same questionnaire, and may not be limited to the questionnaire to be issued corresponding to the target live room.
When the number of target living broadcast rooms is greater than or equal to 2, for example, the number of target living broadcast rooms is 50, the extraction of living broadcast rooms to be issued is randomly carried out from the 50 target living broadcast rooms, the nth (N is less than or equal to a threshold value of the number of living broadcast rooms and a smaller number in 50, N is greater than or equal to 1, and N is a positive integer) of the extraction is carried out, the living broadcast room to be issued is taken as the target living broadcast room X, and whether the sum of the number of first current audience terminals (the sum of the number of current audience terminals of each target living broadcast room extracted for the previous N times) and the number of second current audience terminals (the set of living broadcast rooms corresponding to issued questioning signals) is less than or equal to the threshold value of the number of audience terminals. In the embodiment of the present specification, the questionnaire acquisition request is generated by triggering the viewer terminal based on the receipt of the questionnaire signaling. The user information may be account information (e.g., corresponding to registered users), client information (e.g., corresponding to registered users and guest users), and the like. The account information may include age information, region information, and the like of the registered user. The client information may include information about the entity device used by the user, such as IP address (Internet Protocol Address ) information, operating system information, etc.
In step S204, the viewer side transmits a questionnaire acquisition request to the server side.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the viewer end sends a request to the server end after generating a questionnaire acquisition request based on the setting of the interaction logic between the interaction parties. The viewer side may send a questionnaire acquisition request via an information (info) interface provided by the server side. The information interface may be an Application Program Interface (API) provided by the server.
In step S205, the server acquires questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room.
In the embodiment of the specification, the live questionnaire (Live Questionnaire) is used for issuing the questionnaire to conduct investigation in the live broadcasting process, so that the understanding of the user on the live broadcasting content can be better known. In one aspect, the questionnaire information may be a questionnaire title, a relevant option for a questionnaire title, or the like. At this time, the server may determine whether the questionnaire acquisition request satisfies a related preset condition, and acquire questionnaire information according to the questionnaire identifier carried by the questionnaire acquisition request under the condition that the condition is satisfied. On the other hand. The questionnaire information may include first category information such as a questionnaire title, related options of the questionnaire title, and second category information such as user screening conditions, a questionnaire issuing live broadcasting room, and the like. At this time, the server may first obtain the second type of information according to the questionnaire identifier carried in the questionnaire obtaining request, determine, according to the second type of information, whether the questionnaire obtaining request meets the relevant preset condition, and obtain the first type of information according to the questionnaire identifier carried in the questionnaire obtaining request if the condition is met. The relevant preset conditions raised here may be discard policies and screening conditions set based on the query rate per second (qps) not exceeding the limit.
In an exemplary embodiment, the process of acquiring the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcast room in response to the questionnaire acquisition request sent by the viewer may include the following steps: first, determining a first questionnaire quantity threshold; wherein the first questionnaire quantity threshold indicates an upper quantity limit for all live room outgoing questionnaires; then, determining a second questionnaire quantity threshold corresponding to the target live room; furthermore, the number of the first issued questionnaires corresponding to all the live broadcasting rooms and the number of the second issued questionnaires corresponding to the target live broadcasting rooms are obtained; then, calculating a first difference between the first number of issued questionnaires and the first questionnaire number threshold, and calculating a second difference between the second number of issued questionnaires and the second questionnaire number threshold; and finally, when the first difference value is greater than or equal to a first preset value (such as 1) and the second difference value is greater than or equal to a second preset value (such as 1), acquiring the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room. In addition, when the first difference value is larger than or equal to a first preset value and the second difference value is smaller than a second preset value, whether to acquire the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room can be judged by combining the historical live broadcasting room information corresponding to the current time period, and therefore adaptability of acquiring the questionnaire information is improved. For example, the current time period is 02:00-03:00, and the historical live room information may indicate the total number of live rooms 02:00-03:00 each day and statistics (e.g., average, maximum, minimum, etc.) of the total number of issued questionnaires for all live rooms in a period of time prior to the day.
The server side processes the questionnaires one by one according to the receiving time sequence of the questionnaire acquisition requests. The first questionnaire quantity threshold value determined according to the device performance parameters indicates the upper limit of the total number of questionnaires of the system, and the first questionnaire quantity threshold value is not limited to the same questionnaire and is not limited to the questionnaire to be issued corresponding to the target live broadcasting room. The second questionnaire quantity threshold then indicates an upper limit on the total number of questionnaires for the particular target live room. The server side obtains the number of the first issued questionnaires corresponding to all living broadcast rooms and the number of the second issued questionnaires corresponding to the target living broadcast room, and obtains the questionnaire information corresponding to the target living broadcast room when the total upper limit of the questionnaires (the first questionnaire number threshold) of the system and the total upper limit of the questionnaires (the second questionnaire number threshold) of the specific target living broadcast room are not reached at the same time, and obtains the questionnaire titles, the relevant options of the questionnaire titles and the like of the questionnaires to be issued. Otherwise, the questionnaire information is not acquired, which is equivalent to that the server filters the received questionnaire acquisition request as an invalid request. Based on the consideration of the performance of the server, the upper limit of the total number of the specific questionnaires is set, whether to respond to the request to acquire the questionnaire information is determined by utilizing the upper limit, the questionnaire issuing in the live broadcast process can be performed while the live broadcast quality is ensured, and the live broadcast business with high requirements on the real-time performance is prevented from being more interfered by the questionnaire issuing logic.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the questionnaire acquisition request carries the identifier of the target live broadcast room and the user information corresponding to the viewer end, the process of acquiring the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcast room in response to the questionnaire acquisition request sent by the viewer end may include the following steps: firstly, acquiring preset user screening conditions based on the identification of the target live broadcasting room; and then, when the user information accords with the preset user screening condition, acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room.
Considering that a live broadcast room usually has a certain degree of positioning types, such as an e-commerce live broadcast room, a show live broadcast room and a game live broadcast room, different positioning types often correspond to different audience members. The preset user screening condition is used for screening questionnaire investigation users of the live broadcasting room and is used for screening target audience of the live broadcasting room. The server side can acquire preset user screening conditions according to the identification of the target live broadcasting room. The preset user screening condition may be whether the user is a fan of a main, whether from a city of a line (e.g., one line, two lines, three lines, four lines, wireless), whether from a city of the north-south party, whether the sex is female (male), etc.
And acquiring the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room when the user information accords with the preset user screening condition, and acquiring the questionnaire title, relevant options of the questionnaire title and the like of the questionnaire to be issued. Otherwise, the questionnaire information is not acquired, which is equivalent to that the server filters the received questionnaire acquisition request as an invalid request. And whether to respond to the request or not is determined by utilizing preset user screening conditions so as to acquire questionnaire information, questionnaire investigation users with more reference values can be effectively screened, and the questionnaire replies of the users can be utilized for product optimization. Meanwhile, the number of the questionnaires which are required to be issued after screening is often smaller than the number of the questionnaires which are required to be acquired, so that the real-time service quality of a target live broadcast room in a live broadcast state can be better ensured.
And combining the relevant records of the steps S201 and S202, wherein a questionnaire mark of a questionnaire to be issued can be carried in a questionnaire signaling, and correspondingly, a questionnaire acquisition request generated by a spectator terminal can carry the questionnaire mark. In practical application, the questionnaire acquisition request generated by the viewer end can also carry user information corresponding to the viewer end and the identification of the target live broadcast room. The server side can acquire preset user screening conditions according to the questionnaire identification, and the questionnaire identification can accurately position the questionnaire to be issued, so that the preset user screening conditions of the questionnaire to be issued are acquired.
In an exemplary embodiment, the process of acquiring the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcast room in response to the questionnaire acquisition request sent by the viewer may include the following steps: firstly, determining a preset query rate per second; then, determining the current query rate of the service interface for questionnaire query per second; the service interface is an interface provided by the server and used for acquiring questionnaires; and when the current query rate per second is smaller than or equal to the preset query rate per second, acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room.
The rate of queries per second is a measure of how much traffic a particular query server is handling in a given time, and can be used as an indicator of server performance. An information (info) interface provided by the server may be used to receive a questionnaire acquisition request sent by the viewer. Under the condition that the preset query rate per second is determined based on the equipment performance parameters, the server determines the current query rate per second corresponding to the service interface (such as the information interface). And acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room when the current query rate per second is smaller than or equal to the preset query rate per second, and acquiring questionnaire titles, relevant options of questionnaire titles and the like of questionnaires to be issued. Otherwise, the questionnaire information is not acquired, which is equivalent to that the server filters the received questionnaire acquisition request as an invalid request. Whether to respond to the request to acquire the questionnaire information is determined by using the preset query rate per second, qps pressure of the server side can be relieved, meanwhile, accuracy of the questionnaire information returned to the audience side can be improved, and user experience is improved.
In practical application, the server may include a service server for receiving a questionnaire acquisition request and a storage module related to storing questionnaire information, where a service interface between the service server and the storage module is used to perform query acquisition of content related to the questionnaire information, and when a current query rate per second corresponding to the service interface is less than or equal to a preset query rate per second, obtain questionnaire information corresponding to a target live broadcasting room.
Of course, as shown in fig. 9, the process from the receiving of the questionnaire obtaining request to the obtaining of the questionnaire information by the server may sequentially determine whether the questionnaire number threshold, the preset user screening condition, and the preset query rate per second in the above exemplary embodiment are satisfied. The present disclosure is not limited herein with respect to the order of parameter determination.
In step S206, the server transmits the questionnaire information to the viewer.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the audience terminal receives the questionnaire information returned by the server terminal. The questionnaire information may include a questionnaire title, relevant options for the questionnaire title, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, after said sending said questionnaire information to said viewer side, said method further comprises: and responding to the reply information of the questionnaire information returned by the audience terminal, and counting the reply information. When the relevant data platform is used for counting the reply information, kafka (a high-throughput distributed publish-subscribe message system) can be used for realizing the transfer of the reply information to the platform.
The questionnaire may be a question for investigating the viewer's perception of the live broadcast, and referring to fig. 10, the questionnaire may be "whether uncomfortable content appears in the live broadcast". For an e-commerce living room, the questionnaire questions can also be questions for investigating whether the audience likes the anchor to sell goods. The reply information of the audience aiming at the questionnaire information can come from a certain relevant option hit by the audience based on the interactive operation control, and can also come from the content input by the audience based on the interactive operation control. The server side counts the reply information, and the obtained statistical result can be used for analyzing the live broadcast related data and guiding the adjustment of the live broadcast room. For example, the server side obtains a statistical result that the sales specialty is lower than a preset threshold value according to the reply information, and can guide the relevant living broadcast room to return to the original living broadcast room of the show field; the server side obtains a statistical result that the commodity selling specialty is higher than a preset threshold value according to the reply information, and marks the commodity selling specialty on the relevant live broadcasting room. Of course, the relevant anchor may also be marked according to the statistics.
Further, the server side can acquire a third questionnaire quantity threshold value corresponding to the target live broadcasting room and the received reply quantity; and stopping sending the questionnaire signaling to the audience terminal of the target living broadcast room when the received reply quantity is equal to the third questionnaire quantity threshold value. The third questionnaire quantity threshold is used for indicating the total number upper limit of the answer sheets of the specific target live broadcasting room. The number of received replies may be calculated by the server from the reply message received by the answer sheet submitting interface provided by the server. And when the received reply quantity is equal to the third questionnaire quantity threshold value, no questionnaire signaling is sent to the audience terminal of the target live broadcasting room. And when the received reply quantity is smaller than the third questionnaire quantity threshold value, continuously sending questionnaire signaling to the audience terminal of the target live broadcasting room. The third questionnaire quantity threshold is generally smaller than the second questionnaire quantity threshold mentioned in the foregoing step S205, and the upper limit of the answer quantity is normalized by using the third questionnaire quantity threshold, so as to ensure that the answer quantity meets a certain requirement, and when the answer quantity meets the requirement, the system resource consumption of issuing the answer signaling is not wasted any more, so that the reliability of the device performance and the instantaneity and pertinence of investigation of issuing the answer in the live broadcast process can be ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, after the receiving the questionnaire information returned by the server, the method further includes:
in step S601, a questionnaire title corresponding to the questionnaire information and an interactive operation control for indicating to reply to the questionnaire are displayed.
In step S602, in response to a triggering operation of the interactive operation control, reply information for the questionnaire information is generated.
In step S603, the reply message is sent to the server.
After receiving the questionnaire information returned by the server, the audience terminal can display the questionnaire questions corresponding to the questionnaire information and interactive operation controls (refer to fig. 10) for indicating the replying questionnaires on the main interface of the application program. When the questionnaire information includes a plurality of questionnaires, the questionnaire information can be sequentially displayed on a main interface of the application program, for example, the questionnaire 1 is displayed first, and the audience hits a certain related option or inputs related content based on the interactive operation control to complete the answer of the questionnaire 1, and then the questionnaire 2 is displayed. The reply information for the questionnaire information can come from replies to all questionnaire questions, and accordingly, the audience terminal sends the reply information to the server terminal. The display of the questionnaire information does not influence the audience to watch live broadcast, so that the instantaneity of questionnaire investigation and the participation degree of users in questionnaire investigation can be improved. The audience can reply the questionnaire in the live broadcast process, and the pertinence and the accuracy of the user questionnaire reply can be improved through live broadcast vision in real time.
As shown in fig. 7, a system for applying a data processing method of a live broadcasting room, which includes a questionnaire management platform, a service server, a storage module, and a round robin module, will be described. In combination with the related records of the questionnaire management platform in the step S201, the staff may create a test questionnaire by using the questionnaire management platform, issue the test questionnaire, and further detect whether the questionnaire is issued according to a preset live broadcast room and a preset audience (of course, the condition judgment of the preset audience may be skipped), and detect whether the display style of the questionnaire at the audience terminal meets the preset requirement. For formal questionnaires that have not yet been validated, test questionnaires may be utilized to detect questionnaire quality and validity. The service server mainly receives a questionnaire acquisition request of the audience terminal, acquires questionnaire information from the storage module and sends the questionnaire information to the audience terminal.
The storage module comprises a database, a database cache and a local cache. The database mainly stores questionnaire titles, relevant options of the questionnaire titles, user screening conditions, questionnaire issuing live broadcast rooms, questionnaire creators and the like. The database cache may employ Redis (a key pair database). The main storage system in the local cache has issued questionnaires, the system has received the replying quantity, and the specific live broadcasting room has issued questionnaires and received replying quantity, etc. An automatic expiration time may be set for the data stored in the local cache, for example, when two months after a live broadcast ends, the data such as the number of issued questionnaires and the number of received replies related to the live broadcast is automatically deleted. The local cache can also store questionnaire information which is used in the current time period with high probability, for example, before and after a questionnaire signaling indicating the questionnaire to be issued is sent to the audience terminal, the local cache stores the questionnaire to be issued. Accordingly, the service server can pull the questionnaire to be issued from the local cache to the audience terminal in response to the questionnaire acquisition request, so that the direct access to the database is not needed, and the qps pressure of the database is relieved. In order to further prevent Redis from hanging up due to too high concurrency, a throttling (current limiting) mode is used to limit query requests eventually reaching Redis.
The round-robin module includes a questionnaire signaling issuing module (see the relevant description in the step S202, and not described in detail), a status refreshing module, and a writing and saving module. The state refreshing module executes a state refreshing task (RefreshStatusTask), which is responsible for supervising the circulation of questionnaire states, which is approximately the end of creating- > auditing- > data processing- > to be validated- > see FIG. 8. The writing and saving module executes a writing and saving task (authorsavevatask), and the writing and saving task indicates that the host identifier corresponding to the live table pulling part live broadcasting room mentioned in the step S201 is stored in the database cache.
According to the data processing method of the live broadcasting room, questionnaires can be issued to the audience terminal of the target live broadcasting room in a live broadcasting state, and the questionnaires can be issued in the process that the audience watches live broadcasting, so that the instantaneity of questionnaire investigation and the participation degree of users in questionnaire investigation can be improved. The questionnaire information sent to the audience terminal points to the target living broadcast room, so that the relevance between questionnaire investigation and the target living broadcast room is ensured, the pertinence of the questionnaire reply of the user can be improved, and the effectiveness of optimizing related products based on the questionnaire reply of the user is improved. The server side triggers the audience side to generate a questionnaire acquisition request by utilizing the questionnaire signaling, and the server side can determine whether to acquire and issue the questionnaire information based on the received questionnaire acquisition request.
The following describes a data processing method of a live broadcast room provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure with a server as an execution body, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a data processing method of a live broadcast room according to an exemplary embodiment, and specifically, the method may include the following steps:

Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating a data processing apparatus 1100 of a live room according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 11, the apparatus is configured at a server side and includes a determination unit 1101, a signaling transmission unit 1102, an acquisition unit 1103, and an information transmission unit 1104.
The determining unit 1101 is configured to perform determining that the target live room is in a live state;
the signaling unit 1102 is configured to perform a questionnaire signaling to the viewer side of the target live room;
the acquiring unit 1103 is configured to perform acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room in response to a questionnaire acquiring request sent by the viewer terminal; wherein the questionnaire acquisition request is triggered and generated by the audience terminal based on the receipt of the questionnaire signaling;
the information transmission unit 1104 is configured to perform transmission of the questionnaire information to the viewer's side.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 12 is a block diagram illustrating a data processing apparatus 1200 of a live room according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 12, the apparatus is configured at the viewer's side, and includes a signaling receiving unit 1201, a request generating unit 1202, a request transmitting unit 1203, and an information receiving unit 1204.
The signaling receiving unit 1201 is configured to perform receiving questionnaire signaling sent by the server for a target live room in a live state;
the request generation unit 1202 is configured to perform a generation of a questionnaire acquisition request based on the questionnaire signaling;
the request sending unit 1203 is configured to perform sending the questionnaire acquisition request to the server, so that the server acquires questionnaire information corresponding to a target live room;
the information receiving unit 1204 is configured to perform receiving questionnaire information returned by the server.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a data processing system of a live room, the system comprising a server side configured with a data processing apparatus 1100 of the live room and at least one viewer side configured with a data processing apparatus 1200 of the live room.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided an electronic device including a processor; a memory for storing processor-executable instructions; wherein the processor is configured to implement the steps of the data processing method of any of the live rooms of the above embodiments when executing instructions stored on the memory.
The electronic device may be a terminal, a server, or a similar computing device, taking the electronic device as an example of a server, fig. 13 is a block diagram of an electronic device for implementing a data processing method in a living room according to an exemplary embodiment, where the electronic device 1300 may be relatively different due to configuration or performance, and may include one or more central processing units (Central Processing Units, CPU) 1310 (the processor 1310 may include, but is not limited to, a microprocessor MCU, a display device such as a programmable logic device FPGA, or the like), a memory 1330 for storing data, one or more storage media 1320 (such as one or more mass storage devices) for storing application programs 1323 or data 1322. Wherein the memory 1330 and the storage medium 1320 may be transitory or persistent. The program stored on the storage medium 1320 may include one or more modules, each of which may include a series of instruction operations in the electronic device. Still further, the central processor 1313 may be configured to communicate with a storage medium 1320 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1320 on the electronic device 1300. The electronic device 1300 may also include one or more power supplies 1360, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1350, one or more input/output interfaces 1340, and/or one or more operating systems 1321, such as Windows Server, mac OS XTM, unixTM, linuxTM, freeBSDTM, and so forth.
Input output interface 1340 may be used to receive or transmit data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communications provider of the electronic device 1300. In one example, i/o interface 1340 includes a network adapter (Network Interface Controller, NIC) that may be connected to other network devices via a base station to communicate with the internet. In an exemplary embodiment, the input/output interface 1340 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module for communicating wirelessly with the internet.
It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that the configuration shown in fig. 13 is merely illustrative and is not intended to limit the configuration of the electronic device described above. For example, the electronic device 1300 may also include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 13, or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 13.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as a memory, including instructions executable by the processor 1310 of the electronic device 1300 to perform the data processing method of the living room described above. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, the computer program product comprising computer instructions, the computer program/instructions being stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the electronic device reads the computer program/instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer program/instructions so that the electronic device performs the data processing method of the living room provided in any one of the above embodiments.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.

Claims (23)

1. A method for processing data in a live broadcast room, which is applied to a server, the method comprising:
determining a target live broadcast room in a live broadcast state;
sending a questionnaire signaling to a viewer end of the target living broadcast room;
responding to a questionnaire acquisition request sent by the audience terminal, and acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room; the questionnaire acquisition request is triggered and generated by the audience terminal based on the receiving of the questionnaire signaling;
Sending the questionnaire information to the audience terminal;
wherein prior to said sending questionnaire signaling to the viewer end of said target live room, said method further comprises: acquiring the number of current audience terminals corresponding to the target live broadcasting room; randomly selecting a preset duration from a preset duration interval as a transmission delay, and generating the questionnaire signaling; the questionnaire signaling carries the sending delay, and the sending delay is used for indicating the delay between sending the questionnaire acquisition request to the signaling receiving by the audience terminal; repeating the step of selecting a preset time length as a transmission delay until the questionnaire signaling is generated until the number of the generated questionnaire signaling is equal to the number of the current audience terminals.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the questionnaire signaling to the viewer side of the target living room comprises:
and sending the questionnaire signaling of the current audience terminal number to the corresponding audience terminal.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the obtaining, in response to the questionnaire obtaining request sent by the viewer, the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live room includes:
Determining a first questionnaire quantity threshold; wherein the first questionnaire quantity threshold indicates an upper quantity limit for all live room outgoing questionnaires;
determining a second questionnaire quantity threshold corresponding to the target live room;
acquiring the number of the first issued questionnaires corresponding to all live broadcasting rooms and the number of the second issued questionnaires corresponding to the target live broadcasting room;
calculating a first difference between the first number of issued questionnaires and the first questionnaire number threshold;
calculating a second difference between the second number of issued questionnaires and the second questionnaire number threshold;
and when the first difference value is larger than or equal to a first preset value and the second difference value is larger than or equal to a second preset value, acquiring the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the questionnaire signaling to the viewer side of the target living room comprises:
determining a threshold number of audience terminals; wherein the audience terminal number threshold indicates an upper limit on the number of audience terminals receiving questionnaire signaling;
acquiring the number of first current audience terminals corresponding to the target live broadcasting room;
acquiring the number of second current audience terminals corresponding to the live broadcasting room set with issued questionnaire signaling;
And when the sum of the first current audience terminal number and the second current audience terminal number is smaller than or equal to the audience terminal number threshold value, sending the questionnaire signaling to the audience terminal of the target live broadcasting room.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein when the questionnaire acquisition request carries the identification of the target live broadcast room and the user information corresponding to the viewer, the acquiring the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcast room in response to the questionnaire acquisition request sent by the viewer includes:
acquiring preset user screening conditions based on the identification of the target live broadcasting room;
and when the user information accords with the preset user screening condition, acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining, in response to the questionnaire obtaining request sent by the viewer side, the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live room includes:
determining a preset query rate per second;
determining the current query rate of a service interface for questionnaire query per second; the service interface is an interface provided by the server and used for acquiring questionnaires;
And when the current query rate per second is smaller than or equal to the preset query rate per second, acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after said sending said questionnaire information to said viewer side, said method further comprises:
and responding to the reply information of the questionnaire information returned by the audience terminal, and counting the reply information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after the responding to the reply message for the questionnaire information returned by the viewer, the method further comprises:
acquiring a third questionnaire quantity threshold corresponding to the target live broadcasting room and the received reply quantity;
and stopping sending the questionnaire signaling to the audience terminal of the target living broadcast room when the received reply quantity is equal to the third questionnaire quantity threshold value.
9. A method of data processing in a live broadcast room, for application to a viewer, the method comprising:
receiving a questionnaire signaling sent by a server and aimed at a target live broadcast room in a live broadcast state;
generating a questionnaire acquisition request based on the questionnaire signaling;
The questionnaire acquisition request is sent to the server, so that the server acquires questionnaire information corresponding to a target live broadcasting room;
receiving questionnaire information returned by the server;
before receiving a questionnaire signaling sent by a server side aiming at a target live broadcasting room in a live broadcasting state, the server side obtains the number of current audience sides corresponding to the target live broadcasting room; randomly selecting a preset duration from a preset duration interval as a transmission delay, and generating the questionnaire signaling; the questionnaire signaling carries the sending delay, and the sending delay is used for indicating the delay between sending the questionnaire acquisition request to the signaling receiving by the audience terminal; repeating the step of selecting a preset time length as a transmission delay until the questionnaire signaling is generated until the number of the generated questionnaire signaling is equal to the number of the current audience terminals.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein after receiving the questionnaire information returned by the server, the method further comprises:
displaying the questionnaire questions corresponding to the questionnaire information and an interactive operation control for indicating to reply to the questionnaire;
responding to the triggering operation of the interactive operation control, and generating reply information aiming at the questionnaire information;
And sending the reply information to the server.
11. A data processing apparatus of a live broadcast room, wherein the apparatus is configured at a server, the apparatus comprising:
a determining unit configured to perform determining a target live room in a live state;
a signaling transmitting unit configured to perform transmission of questionnaire signaling to a viewer end of the target live broadcasting room;
an acquiring unit configured to perform acquiring questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room in response to a questionnaire acquiring request sent by the audience terminal; the questionnaire acquisition request is triggered and generated by the audience terminal based on the receiving of the questionnaire signaling;
an information transmitting unit configured to perform transmission of the questionnaire information to the viewer side;
wherein the apparatus further comprises: a current audience terminal number acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of a current audience terminal number corresponding to the target live broadcast room; the signaling generation unit is configured to execute random selection of a preset duration from a preset duration interval as a transmission delay and generate the questionnaire signaling; the questionnaire signaling carries the sending delay, and the sending delay is used for indicating the delay between sending the questionnaire request to the signaling receiving by the audience terminal; and the repeating unit is configured to execute the steps of repeating the steps of selecting a preset time length as the sending delay to generate the questionnaire signaling until the number of the generated questionnaire signaling is equal to the number of the current audience terminals.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the signaling unit comprises:
and the first signaling sending subunit is configured to send the questionnaire signaling of the current audience terminal number to the corresponding audience terminal.
13. The apparatus according to any one of claims 11, 12, wherein the acquisition unit comprises:
a first questionnaire number threshold determining unit configured to perform determination of a first questionnaire number threshold; wherein the first questionnaire quantity threshold indicates an upper quantity limit for all live room outgoing questionnaires;
a second questionnaire number threshold determining unit configured to perform determination of a second questionnaire number threshold corresponding to the target live room;
the distributed questionnaire quantity acquisition unit is configured to acquire the first distributed questionnaire quantity corresponding to all living broadcast rooms and the second distributed questionnaire quantity corresponding to the target living broadcast room;
a first calculation unit configured to perform calculation of a first difference between the first number of issued questionnaires and the first questionnaire number threshold;
a second calculation unit configured to perform calculation of a second difference between the second number of issued questionnaires and the second questionnaire number threshold;
The first questionnaire information acquisition subunit is configured to acquire the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room when the first difference value is greater than or equal to a first preset value and the second difference value is greater than or equal to a second preset value.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the signaling unit comprises:
a viewer-end number threshold determining unit configured to perform determining a viewer-end number threshold; wherein the audience terminal number threshold indicates an upper limit on the number of audience terminals receiving questionnaire signaling;
a first current audience terminal number acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of a first current audience terminal number corresponding to the target live broadcast room;
a first current audience terminal number obtaining unit configured to obtain a second current audience terminal number corresponding to the live room set with the issued questionnaire signaling;
and a second signaling sending subunit configured to send the questionnaire signaling to the audience terminal of the target living broadcasting room when the sum of the first current audience terminal number and the second current audience terminal number is less than or equal to the audience terminal number threshold.
15. The apparatus according to any one of claims 11 and 12, wherein when the questionnaire acquisition request carries an identification of the target live room and user information corresponding to the viewer side, the acquisition unit includes:
A screening condition acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of a preset user screening condition based on the identification of the target live broadcast room;
and the second questionnaire information acquisition subunit is configured to acquire the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room when the user information accords with the preset user screening condition.
16. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the acquisition unit comprises:
a preset inquiry rate determination unit configured to perform determination of a preset inquiry rate per second;
a current query rate per second determining unit configured to perform determining a current query rate per second of the service interface for questionnaire queries; the service interface is an interface provided by the server and used for acquiring questionnaires;
and the third questionnaire information acquisition subunit is configured to acquire the questionnaire information corresponding to the target live broadcasting room when the current query rate per second is smaller than or equal to the preset query rate per second.
17. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the statistics unit is configured to execute response information for the questionnaire information returned by the audience terminal and count the response information.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the parameter acquisition unit is configured to acquire a third questionnaire quantity threshold corresponding to the target live broadcasting room and the received reply quantity;
and the stopping unit is configured to stop sending the questionnaire signaling to the audience end of the target live broadcasting room when the received reply quantity is equal to the third questionnaire quantity threshold value.
19. A data processing apparatus for a live broadcast room, the apparatus being configured at a viewer's end, the apparatus comprising:
the signaling receiving unit is configured to execute a questionnaire signaling which is sent by the receiving server and is aimed at a target live broadcast room in a live broadcast state;
a request generation unit configured to perform generation of a questionnaire acquisition request based on the questionnaire signaling;
a request sending unit configured to perform sending the questionnaire acquisition request to the server, so that the server acquires questionnaire information corresponding to a target live broadcast room;
the information receiving unit is configured to receive the questionnaire information returned by the server;
before receiving a questionnaire signaling sent by a server side aiming at a target live broadcasting room in a live broadcasting state, the server side obtains the number of current audience sides corresponding to the target live broadcasting room; randomly selecting a preset duration from a preset duration interval as a transmission delay, and generating the questionnaire signaling; the questionnaire signaling carries the sending delay, and the sending delay is used for indicating the delay between sending the questionnaire acquisition request to the signaling receiving by the audience terminal; repeating the step of selecting a preset time length as a transmission delay until the questionnaire signaling is generated until the number of the generated questionnaire signaling is equal to the number of the current audience terminals.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the display unit is configured to execute interactive operation controls for displaying the questionnaires corresponding to the questionnaire information and indicating the replying questionnaires;
a reply generation unit configured to perform a trigger operation in response to the interactive operation control, and generate reply information for the questionnaire information;
and the reply sending unit is configured to send the reply information to the server.
21. A data processing system of a living room, characterized in that the system comprises a service side provided with a data processing device of a living room according to any one of claims 11 to 18 and at least one viewer side provided with a data processing device of a living room according to any one of claims 19 to 20.
22. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the data processing method of a live room as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 or the data processing method of a live room as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 10.
23. A computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enables the electronic device to perform the data processing method of a live room as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 or the data processing method of a live room as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 10.
