A state judging unit 301, configured to judge whether the current device state is a halfway boot state; a list obtaining unit 302, configured to obtain an advertisement playlist from a server if the current device state is a midway startup state; a first judging unit 303, configured to judge whether an advertisement playing task exists in a current time period of the device according to the obtained advertisement playlist; a time obtaining unit 304, configured to obtain a time when the advertisement starts playing if the current time period has no advertisement playing task; a first determining unit 305, configured to determine a refresh time according to a time when the advertisement starts playing; a list refreshing unit 306, configured to refresh the advertisement playlist according to the refresh time, so as to perform advertisement playing according to the refreshed advertisement playlist; and the second determining unit 307 is configured to determine a refresh time according to the timestamp of the advertisement playing task if the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period, and execute the refreshing of the advertisement playing list according to the refresh time, so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement playing list.
In one embodiment, the multi-device advertisement synchronous playing unit includes a delivery acquisition unit 308, a second judgment unit 309, an initial time setting unit 310, and a third determination unit 311.
A sending obtaining unit 308, configured to obtain an advertisement playlist sent by the server if the current device state is not a midway startup state; a second judging unit 309, configured to judge whether the current time period of the device has an advertisement playing task according to the issued advertisement playlist; if the current time period of the equipment does not have the advertisement playing task, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing; an initial time setting unit 310, configured to, if the current time slot of the device has an advertisement playing task, take the time of the server for issuing the advertisement playlist as an initial time; and a third determining unit 311, configured to determine a refresh time according to the initial time, and perform the refreshing of the advertisement playlist according to the refresh time, so as to perform advertisement playing according to the refreshed advertisement playlist.
In an embodiment, the second determining unit 307 is configured to determine whether the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is within a same day period when the device is started in the middle of the device; if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is not in the same day of the same starting time period in the midway of the equipment, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing; and if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same time period when the equipment is started in the middle, executing the time for issuing the advertisement playing list according to the server as the initial time.
In an embodiment, the first determining unit 305 is configured to add a set time interval to a time when the advertisement starts to play, so as to obtain a refresh time.
In an embodiment, the third determining unit 311 is configured to add the initial time to a set time interval to obtain a refresh time.
It should be noted that, as will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the specific implementation process of the multi-device advertisement synchronous playing apparatus 300 and each unit may refer to the corresponding description in the foregoing method embodiment, and for convenience and brevity of description, the description is omitted here.
The multi-device advertising synchronized playback apparatus 300 described above may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device as shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The computer device 500 may be a terminal, where the terminal may be an electronic device having a communication function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a personal digital assistant, and a wearable device.
With reference to FIG. 4, the computer device 500 includes a processor 502, memory, and a network interface 505, connected by a system bus 501, where the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504.
The non-volatile storage medium 503 may store an operating system 5031 and a computer program 5032. The computer program 5032 includes program instructions that, when executed, cause the processor 502 to perform a multi-device advertising synchronous play method.
The processor 502 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall computer device 500.
The internal memory 504 provides an environment for the execution of a computer program 5032 in the non-volatile storage medium 503, which computer program 5032, when executed by the processor 502, causes the processor 502 to perform a multi-device advertising synchronous play method.
The network interface 505 is used for network communication with other devices. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the architecture shown in fig. 4 is merely a block diagram of some of the architecture relevant to the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device 500 to which the present inventive arrangements may be implemented, and that a particular computer device 500 may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Wherein the processor 502 is configured to execute a computer program 5032 stored in a memory to implement the steps of:
judging whether the current equipment state is a midway starting state or not; if the current equipment state is a midway starting state, acquiring an advertisement play list from a server; judging whether the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task or not according to the obtained advertisement playing list; if the current time period does not have the advertisement playing task, acquiring the time for starting playing the advertisement; determining refreshing time according to the time when the advertisement starts to play; refreshing the advertisement play list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement play list; if the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period, determining refreshing time according to the time stamp of the advertisement playing task, and executing the refreshing of the advertisement playing list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement playing list.
In one embodiment, after implementing the step of determining whether the current device state is the halfway boot state, the processor 502 further implements the following steps:
if the current equipment state is not the midway starting state, acquiring an advertisement play list issued by the server; judging whether the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period of the equipment according to the issued advertisement playing list; if the current time period of the equipment does not have the advertisement playing task, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing; if the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task, the time for issuing an advertisement playing list is used as initial time according to the server; and determining refreshing time according to the initial time, and executing the refreshing of the advertisement play list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement play list.
In one embodiment, when the step of determining the refresh time according to the timestamp of the advertisement playing task is implemented by the processor 502, the following steps are specifically implemented:
judging whether the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same starting-up period in the middle of the equipment; if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is not in the same day of the same starting time period in the midway of the equipment, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing; and if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same time period when the equipment is started in the middle, executing the time for issuing the advertisement playing list according to the server as the initial time.
In one embodiment, when the step of determining the refresh time according to the time when the advertisement starts to play is implemented by the processor 502, the following steps are specifically implemented:
and adding a set time interval to the time when the advertisement starts to play so as to obtain the refreshing time.
In one embodiment, when the step of determining the refresh time according to the initial time is implemented by the processor 502, the following steps are specifically implemented:

Wherein the time interval is a sum of several times of the time required for playing the advertisement playlist of the same last time period once plus a specific interval set.
It should be appreciated that in an embodiment of the application, the processor 502 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), the processor 502 may also be other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSPs), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASICs), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. Wherein the general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the flow in a method embodying the above described embodiments may be accomplished by computer programs instructing the relevant hardware. The computer program comprises program instructions, and the computer program can be stored in a storage medium, which is a computer readable storage medium. The program instructions are executed by at least one processor in the computer system to implement the flow steps of the embodiments of the method described above.
Accordingly, the present application also provides a storage medium. The storage medium may be a computer readable storage medium. The storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:
judging whether the current equipment state is a midway starting state or not; if the current equipment state is a midway starting state, acquiring an advertisement play list from a server; judging whether the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task or not according to the obtained advertisement playing list; if the current time period does not have the advertisement playing task, acquiring the time for starting playing the advertisement; determining refreshing time according to the time when the advertisement starts to play; refreshing the advertisement play list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement play list; if the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period, determining refreshing time according to the time stamp of the advertisement playing task, and executing the refreshing of the advertisement playing list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement playing list.
In one embodiment, after executing the computer program to implement the step of determining whether the current device state is a halfway boot state, the processor further implements the steps of:
if the current equipment state is not the midway starting state, acquiring an advertisement play list issued by the server; judging whether the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period of the equipment according to the issued advertisement playing list; if the current time period of the equipment does not have the advertisement playing task, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing; if the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task, the time for issuing an advertisement playing list is used as initial time according to the server; and determining refreshing time according to the initial time, and executing the refreshing of the advertisement play list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement play list.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the step of determining the refresh time according to the timestamp of the advertisement playing task, the method specifically includes the following steps:
judging whether the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same starting-up period in the middle of the equipment; if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is not in the same day of the same starting time period in the midway of the equipment, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing; and if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same time period when the equipment is started in the middle, executing the time for issuing the advertisement playing list according to the server as the initial time.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the step of determining the refresh time according to the time when the advertisement starts to play, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and adding a set time interval to the time when the advertisement starts to play so as to obtain the refreshing time.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the step of determining the refresh time according to the initial time, the processor specifically implements the following steps:
and adding a set time interval to the initial time to obtain a refresh time.
Wherein the time interval is a sum of several times of the time required for playing the advertisement playlist of the same last time period once plus a specific interval set.
The storage medium may be a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various computer-readable storage media that can store program codes.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, in computer software, or in a combination of the two, and that the elements and steps of the examples have been generally described in terms of function in the foregoing description to clearly illustrate the interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the device embodiments described above are merely illustrative. For example, the division of each unit is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. For example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed.
The steps in the method of the embodiment of the application can be sequentially adjusted, combined and deleted according to actual needs. The units in the device of the embodiment of the application can be combined, divided and deleted according to actual needs. In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit.
The integrated unit may be stored in a storage medium if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application is essentially or a part contributing to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a terminal, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
While the application has been described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions of equivalents may be made and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the application. Therefore, the protection scope of the application is subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (9)

1. The multi-device advertisement synchronous playing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
judging whether the current equipment state is a midway starting state or not;
if the current equipment state is a midway starting state, acquiring an advertisement play list from a server;
judging whether the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task or not according to the obtained advertisement playing list;
if the current time period does not have the advertisement playing task, acquiring the time for starting playing the advertisement;
determining refreshing time according to the time when the advertisement starts to play;
refreshing the advertisement play list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement play list;
if the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period, determining refreshing time according to the time stamp of the advertisement playing task, and executing the refreshing of the advertisement playing list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement playing list;
the determining the refresh time according to the time stamp of the advertisement playing task comprises the following steps:
judging whether the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same starting-up period in the middle of the equipment;
if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is not in the same day of the same starting time period in the middle of the equipment, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing, and determining the refreshing time according to the time for starting playing the advertisement;
and if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same starting time period in the middle of the equipment, executing the time for issuing the advertisement playing list according to the server as initial time, and determining refreshing time according to the initial time.
2. The method for synchronously playing advertisements with multiple devices according to claim 1, wherein after determining whether the current device state is a halfway-boot state, further comprising:
if the current equipment state is not the midway starting state, acquiring an advertisement play list issued by the server;
judging whether the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period of the equipment according to the issued advertisement playing list;
if the current time period of the equipment does not have an advertisement playing task, setting a time period when the advertisement starts to play as a set time, then setting the time plus the time required by playing the current time period list once by 2+2000 milliseconds to obtain the next timing refresh list time, and when the timing list time is reached, obtaining the next timing refresh list time from the timing time plus the time required by playing the current time period list once by 2+2000 milliseconds, and the like; until the advertisement play list of this time period is finished, then the synchronization is not refreshed any more, and the next time period is waited to start;
if the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task, the time for issuing an advertisement playing list is used as initial time according to the server;
determining refresh time according to the initial time, and executing the refresh of the advertisement play list according to the refresh time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement play list;
specifically, according to the time of the current server for issuing the advertisement play list as the set time, namely the initial time, then setting the time plus the time required for playing the current time interval list once by 2+2000 milliseconds to obtain the next timing refresh list time, when the timing list time is reached, obtaining the next timing refresh list time from the timing time plus the time required for playing the current time interval list once by 2+2000 milliseconds, and the like; and refreshing the advertisement play list according to the corresponding time of refreshing the list.
3. The method for synchronously playing advertisements with multiple devices according to claim 1, wherein determining the refresh time according to the time when the advertisements start to be played comprises:
and adding a set time interval to the time when the advertisement starts to play so as to obtain the refreshing time.
4. The method for synchronously playing advertisements with multiple devices according to claim 2, wherein the determining the refresh time according to the initial time comprises:
and adding a set time interval to the initial time to obtain a refresh time.
5. The multi-device advertising synchronous play method as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the time interval is a sum of several times of a time required for playing an advertising play list of a previous same period plus a specific interval set.
6. The multi-device advertisement synchronous playing device is characterized by comprising:
the state judging unit is used for judging whether the current equipment state is a midway starting state or not;
a list acquisition unit, configured to acquire an advertisement playlist from a server if the current device state is a midway startup state;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task or not according to the acquired advertisement playing list;
the time acquisition unit is used for acquiring the time of starting playing the advertisement if the current time period does not have the advertisement playing task;
a first determining unit, configured to determine a refresh time according to a time when the advertisement starts to play;
the list refreshing unit is used for refreshing the advertisement play list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement play list;
the second determining unit is used for determining refreshing time according to the time stamp of the advertisement playing task if the advertisement playing task exists in the current time period, and executing the refreshing of the advertisement playing list according to the refreshing time so as to play the advertisement according to the refreshed advertisement playing list;
the second determining unit is used for judging whether the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same starting-up time period in the middle of the equipment; if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is not in the same day of the same starting time period in the middle of the equipment, executing the time for acquiring the advertisement to start playing, and determining the refreshing time according to the time for starting playing the advertisement; and if the time stamp of the advertisement playing task is in the same day of the same starting time period in the middle of the equipment, executing the time for issuing the advertisement playing list according to the server as initial time, and determining refreshing time according to the initial time.
7. The multi-device advertising synchronous play device of claim 6, further comprising:
the issuing acquisition unit is used for acquiring an advertisement play list issued by the server if the current equipment state is not the midway starting state;
the second judging unit is used for judging whether the current time period of the equipment has an advertisement playing task or not according to the issued advertisement playing list; if the current time period of the equipment does not have an advertisement playing task, setting a time period when the advertisement starts to play as a set time, then setting the time plus the time required by playing the current time period list once by 2+2000 milliseconds to obtain the next timing refresh list time, and when the timing list time is reached, obtaining the next timing refresh list time from the timing time plus the time required by playing the current time period list once by 2+2000 milliseconds, and the like; until the advertisement play list of this time period is finished, then the synchronization is not refreshed any more, and the next time period is waited to start;
the initial time setting unit is used for taking the time of the server for issuing the advertisement play list as initial time if the current time zone of the equipment has the advertisement play task;
a third determining unit, configured to determine a refresh time according to the initial time, and execute the refreshing of the advertisement play list according to the refresh time, to perform advertisement play according to the refreshed advertisement play list, specifically, according to a time when the current server issues the advertisement play list as a set time, that is, the initial time, then the set time+a time required for playing the current period list for one time, by 2+2000 milliseconds, to obtain a next timing refresh list time, when the timing refresh list time is reached, then from the timing time+the time required for playing the current period list for one time, by 2+2000 milliseconds, and so on; and refreshing the advertisement play list according to the corresponding time of refreshing the list.
8. A computer device, characterized in that it comprises a memory on which a computer program is stored and a processor which, when executing the computer program, implements the method according to any of claims 1-5.
9. A storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
