(8) screwing an internal thread arranged at the large end of the stepped shaft-shaped connecting section with an external thread arranged at the rear end of the accommodating counter bore, and installing a back-twist traction device; (9) and uniformly heating and plastically packaging the heat-shrinkable sleeve, and coating the heat-shrinkable sleeve outside the front part of the outer sheath, the semi-conductive buffering water-blocking tape layer, the traction head, the rear section and the conical section.
