Background
At present, a common recording device includes a recording pen, and the recording pen usually adopts a USB interface (such as USB-micro/USB-type-c), and then connects an external power source to charge the recording pen with a data line, or connects an external device to copy audio data.
With the change of application scenes, electronic chest cards with a recording function appear at present. The electronic chest card still needs to be connected with an external power supply or external equipment through a data line by using a USB interface of a recording pen. However, in some application scenarios (e.g., in-house, commercial shop), each employee usually wears an electronic badge, and periodically copies the audio data stored in the electronic badge to the same external device. Thus, a need arises for connecting a plurality of electronic chest cards to the same external device at the same time and the same place. If each electronic chest card still adopts a data line to connect an external power supply or external equipment, firstly, the external power supply or the external equipment needs to be provided with enough USB interfaces, secondly, the data lines are wound and twisted to cause difficulty in separation, and furthermore, the owner of the electronic chest card cannot be identified after the charging or audio data copying is finished.
For the above reasons, it is highly desirable to provide more convenient electronic chest cards and chest card docks capable of batch charging and copying data for the electronic chest cards.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the invention to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the present embodiment provides an electronic chest card 100, which mainly includes a housing 110, a circuit board (PCB), a first probe 120, and a first magnetic element 130. The circuit board is disposed inside the housing 110 (shielded by the housing, not shown). An electrical and/or communication connection can be provided with the first probe 120 having one end electrically connected to the circuit board and the other end extending to the outer surface of the housing. The first magnetic element 130 is disposed inside or on the housing 110 to provide magnetic attraction to the electronic chest card 100. In this embodiment, the first magnetic element 130 is a magnet, and the magnet is adhered to the inner surface of the housing 110.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that, based on the above structure, when the electronic chest card 100 is attached to the electronic chest card dock 200 by the first magnetic element 130, the first probe 120 is used to electrically and/or communicatively connect the electronic chest card 100 and the electronic chest card dock 200. The specific structure of the electronic chest card dock 200 will be described below.
Further, the first magnetic element 130 is disposed on the back or side of the housing 110. The first probe 120 may be disposed on the same plane of the housing 110 as the first magnetic element 130.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the first probe 120 and the first magnetic element 130 are both disposed on the back side of the housing 110. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the first probe 120 and the first magnetic element 130 may also be disposed on the side of the housing 110, or the first probe 120 is disposed on the side of the housing 110, and the first magnetic element 130 is disposed on the back of the housing 110, or the first probe 120 is disposed on the back of the housing 110, and the first magnetic element 130 is disposed on the side of the housing 110, as long as it is possible to achieve that when the electronic chest card dock 200 is attracted by the first magnetic element 130, the electronic chest card 100 can be electrically and/or communicatively connected with the electronic chest dock 200 by means of the first probe 120.

Further, the first probe 120 is disposed adjacent to the first magnetic element 130 such that the first probe 120 is in a region where the first magnetic element 130 has a greatest or greater attraction force, which better positions the electrical and/or communication connection of the electronic chest card 100 and the electronic chest card dock 200.
In this embodiment, the first probe 120 may be a pogo pin or a fixed pin, such as a pogo pin type probe. In fig. 1a and 1b, a first probe 120 employs a stationary thimble, the female head of a pogo pin probe. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the male and female ends of pogo pin probes are always present in pairs, and that pogo pins, i.e., the male ends of pogo pin probes, may also be used for the first probe 120. In the present embodiment, the reason why the fixed thimble (i.e., the female head of the pogo pin probe) is adopted as the first probe 120 is that, considering that the electronic chest card 100 needs to be worn by the owner, the fixed thimble (i.e., the female head of the pogo pin probe) is less likely to be touched by mistake and extended or contracted than the spring thimble (i.e., the male head of the pogo pin probe), so that the abrasion of the first probe 120 can be reduced.
Further, the first probe 120 may include four contacts, two of which are used for electrical connections and two of which are used for communication connections. Furthermore, a gold plating process may be performed on the first probe 120 to prevent contact failure due to corrosion oxidation.
Further, a display screen 140 (shown with reference to fig. 2) capable of displaying the owner mark is installed on the front surface of the housing 110. The attribution label may be a name, or information such as name, title, etc. that can be identified. When electronic chest card 100 is electrically and/or communicatively connected via first probe 120, display screen 140 automatically presents a home token. Therefore, after the electronic chest card 100 is charged and/or the data transmission is completed, the owner can clearly find the electronic chest card belonging to the owner from the plurality of electronic chest cards 100, and the wrong taking is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, 3a and 3b, another embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic chest card dock 200, which includes a main body 210, a second probe 220, and a second magnetic element 230. Wherein the main body 210 has a plurality of receiving compartments 210a for receiving the electronic chest cards 100. The second magnetic element 230 is disposed in each accommodating chamber 210a, so that each accommodating chamber 210a has a magnetic attraction. A second probe 220 for providing a connection and/or a communication connection is disposed within each of the receiving chambers 210 a.
The electronic chest card dock 200 shown in fig. 2 has ten receiving compartments 210a and is arranged in a 5 x 2 manner. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the number of the bins 210a may be smaller or larger, and the arrangement may be freely selected. The electronic chest card dock 200 has a bus line to connect an external power source or a computer, thereby preventing entanglement of data lines provided for each of the electronic chest cards 100.
Further, each of the receiving compartments 210a is adapted in shape and size to the electronic chest card 100 to be mounted. And the second magnetic element 230 is configured to: in the process that the electronic chest card 100 with magnetic attraction is placed in the accommodating bin 210a, physical feedback of the installation direction of the electronic chest card 100 is provided through magnetic adsorption with the electronic chest card 100, and a holding force is applied to accommodation of the electronic chest card 100 in the accommodating bin 210 a; the second probe 220 is configured to: when the electronic chest card 100 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetic element 230 in the accommodating chamber 210a, the second probe 220 is coupled to the first probe 120 of the electronic chest card 100, providing an electrical and/or communication connection, thereby enabling charging of the electronic chest card 100 and/or copying of audio data stored in the electronic chest card 100 to an external device (e.g., a computer).
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the second magnetic element 230 has a magnetic polarity opposite to that of the first magnetic element 130 on the side in contact with each other. The second probe 220 may also be a pogo pin or a fixed pin, such as a pogo pin probe. In fig. 2, 3a and 3b, the second probe 220 employs a pogo pin, the male of a pogo pin probe, which is normally extended and compressed when coupled to the first probe 120. Similarly, a gold plating process may be performed on the second probe 220 to prevent the second probe from being oxidized by corrosion to cause poor contact.
Still referring to fig. 2, the receiving compartment 210a is formed by an upper surface of the main body 210 being depressed inward so that the electronic chest card 100 can enter the receiving compartment 210a in a direction perpendicular to the receiving compartment 210 a. Therefore, when the electronic chest card 100 is placed in the accommodating chamber 210a, the electronic chest card 100 only needs to be roughly aligned with the accommodating chamber 210a, and the first probe 120 and the second probe 220 are rapidly coupled by virtue of the mutual attraction of the first magnetic element 130 and the second magnetic element 230, so that the electronic chest card 100 and the electronic chest card dock 200 are electrically and/or communicatively connected.
Further, the second magnetic element 230 is composed of two parts juxtaposed with opposite magnetic poles.
Further, the second magnetic element 230 is disposed adjacent to the second probe 220.
Each of the receiving chambers 210a has a respective operation indicator light 210b, and the indicator light 210b is turned on when the first probe 120 is rapidly coupled with the second probe 220 and an electrical and/or communication connection is established. In conjunction with the above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that display screen 140 automatically presents the owner flag while indicator light 210b is on.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an electronic chest card kit comprising any of the electronic chest cards 100 and any of the electronic chest card docks 200 as shown above.
As shown in fig. 4, the electronic chest card set operates as follows:
the first probe 120 of the electronic chest card 100 is coupled with the second probe 220 of the electronic chest card dock 200;
the first probe 120 and a part of pins of the second probe 220 form an electrical connection, thereby charging the electronic chest card 100;
the first probe 120 and another part pin of the second probe 220 form a communication connection, so that audio data stored in the electronic chest card 100 can be copied to an external device (such as a computer);
after both the electrical and communication connections are established, indicator light 210b is turned on and display screen 140 automatically displays the owner designation.
