Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which include various details of the embodiments of the present disclosure to facilitate understanding, and should be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
As shown in fig. 1, the present disclosure relates to a method of call processing, which may include the steps of:
s101: analyzing the call instruction to obtain at least one call object;
S102: inquiring each calling object by utilizing a pre-constructed address book to obtain an inquiring result; the query result includes one of a single match, a multiple match, and no match;
S103: and carrying out call processing by utilizing the query result.
The implementation subject of the method of the present disclosure may be a voice interaction device, such as a screen-attached voice interaction device, a screen-free voice interaction device, and the like. That is, the voice interaction device may act as a calling device.
The call instruction may include an instruction which is acquired by the voice interaction device and issued by the user through voice or text.
Taking the voice call instruction as an example, the call instruction may include "phone dad, mom and son", "i want to conference with Zhang three and Lifour phones", and so on.
By parsing the call instruction, at least one call object can be obtained. For example, "dad", "mom", "son", or "Zhang Sang", "Lifour" in the foregoing examples may all be the call object.
For each call object, a query may be performed in a pre-constructed address book (hereinafter, simply referred to as "address book") to obtain a query result.
Taking the example that the call object is Zhang Sanu, under the condition that only one contact person is Zhang Sanu in the address book, the query result can be determined to be single item matching. In the case that the address book includes a plurality of contacts "Zhang San", or the address book includes contacts (e.g., "Zhang Sanone", "Zhang Saner", etc.) including Zhang Sanin a plurality of names, it may be determined that the query result is a plurality of matches. If the address book does not include the contact person with the name of "Zhang San", the query result can be determined to be no match.
In case of a single item match, the number of the call object may be determined directly. The number may be a telephone number, or may be an identification number (ID, identity document) registered in a communication carrier or a manufacturer of the electronic device having a call function, or the like.
In the event that the call object is not queried in the address book, call object modification information may be generated to guide the user to modify the call object. When the address book includes the corrected calling object, the number of the calling object can be determined according to the above manner, and then the call can be performed with the calling object. Otherwise, if the address book still does not include the corrected call object, the call object may be subjected to processing such as error reporting or rejection of the call.
The method for constructing the address book can comprise the following steps:
transmitting an address book acquisition request to a corresponding operator by using the operator identifier; and storing the received address book fed back by the operator to a corresponding address book storage address, wherein the address book storage address is pre-established according to the operator identification.
The operator identifier may be a two-dimensional code of the operator, or may be a user name and a password registered in advance in an operator server or an operator cloud (hereinafter simply referred to as an operator), or the like. Taking the two-dimension code with the operator identifier as an operator as an example, the voice interaction device can acquire the operator identifier by scanning the two-dimension code of the operator, so as to realize the access to the operator and send an address book acquisition request to the corresponding operator.
On the other hand, under the condition that the operator identifier is acquired, the voice interaction device can allocate an address book storage address for the operator. Therefore, under the condition that the address book fed back by the operator is received, the address book is stored to the corresponding address book storage address.
The following manner may be adopted for the voice interaction device to receive the address book fed back by the operator: the voice interaction device may register the address book pulling address with a product Serial Number (SN) as a key in an operator or an address book service platform separately set.
For the construction of the address book, the address book acquisition request may be sent to the operator as a trigger condition, or a predetermined time interval may be reached as a trigger condition, or the address book may be changed to a trigger condition. And under the condition that the triggering condition is met, the operator sends the address book to an address book service platform, and the address book service platform sends the address book to corresponding voice interaction equipment according to the product serial number. And the voice interaction equipment stores the received address book to the corresponding address book storage address.
The method for establishing the address book can also comprise automatic update of the address book besides the active acquisition. That is, when detecting that the address book is changed, the operator can send the changed address book to the voice interaction device, thereby realizing the update of the address book.
Through the process, different matching results of the address book and the calling object can be processed in a targeted manner, so that the effect of improving the recognition result of the calling object is achieved.
In an embodiment, in a case where the query result includes a plurality of matches, as shown in fig. 2, step S103 may further include:
s201: acquiring the attribute of calling equipment; the attribute of the calling equipment comprises a screen attribute or a no-screen attribute;
s202: for a call object with a query result of multiple matches, determining a target matching object according to the attribute of the call device and the query result;
S203: and calling each target matching object and the matching result corresponding to the single matching.
The calling device may be the aforementioned voice interaction device. The attributes of the voice interaction device may include a screen-on attribute or a screen-off attribute. That is, the voice interaction device may be a on-screen voice interaction device or an off-screen voice interaction device.
For call objects with multiple matching query results, the attribute of the call device can be further combined to determine the target call object. For example, the call object with the query result of multiple matching is "Zhang San", which means that the address book includes contacts including "Zhang San", among the multiple names.
For the calling equipment with the screen attribute, the user can be guided to determine the final matching object from a plurality of matching objects in the address book in a text or voice mode.
For a single-item matched call object, a unique matching result can be obtained in the address book. In an ideal case, a unique matching result can be obtained in the address book for each calling object. Based on this, call guidance information may be generated to guide a user of a calling device using screen properties to trigger a call behavior by voice or by key-press.
Based on this, the matching result corresponding to the single item matching and the target matching object can be used as the final calling object. And under the condition that a plurality of final call objects exist, simultaneous conversation of a plurality of people can be realized.
Through the process, simultaneous conversation of multiple people can be realized on the basis of correctly identifying the final calling object.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, step S202 may further include the steps of:
S301: generating call object selection information for reflecting each candidate matching object corresponding to the multiple matches under the condition that the attribute of the call equipment is a screen attribute;
s302: and determining a target matching object in each candidate matching object corresponding to the multiple matching according to the received selection instruction.
In the case where the attribute of the calling device is a screen attribute, the call object selection information may be text information and/or voice information.
Taking the example that the call object Zhang San inquires a plurality of matches in the address book. The candidate matching objects corresponding to the multiple matches may include "Zhang Sanj", "Zhang Sanone", "Zhang Saner", and the like. In this case, the call object selection information may be to display the following in text form in the screen: "find the following contacts: 'Zhang San', 'Zhang Sanyi', 'Zhang Sandi', ask which one to call.
Or the call object selection information may play the above in voice form.
Or the call object selection information can display the content in the text form and the voice form at the same time.
The selection instruction may be a touch operation of the received user on the screen, or may be voice information of the received user, or the like. According to the received selection instruction input by the user, a target matching object can be determined from candidate matching objects corresponding to the multiple matching.
Through the process, the call object selection information can be displayed in the form of text, voice or the like aiming at the condition that the attribute of the call equipment is a screen attribute, so that a user can be guided to select a correct target matching object.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, step S202 may further include the steps of:
S401: under the condition that the attribute of the calling equipment is a screen-free attribute, determining the matching degree of each candidate matching object corresponding to the multiple matching, wherein the matching degree comprises complete matching or partial matching;
S402: playing the corresponding speaking operation according to the matching degree;
s403: and determining the target call object according to the received feedback instruction of the conversation.
Taking the example that the call object Zhang San inquires a plurality of matches in the address book. The perfect match may be the contact name contained in the address book as "Zhang Sano". The partial matches may be contacts contained in the address book named "Zhang san one", "Zhang Saner", etc.
For the case that the attribute of the calling device is a no-screen attribute, for different matching degrees, a corresponding call can be played to guide the user to determine the correct target call object.
In the case of receiving a feedback instruction for speech, the target call object may be determined according to the analysis result of the feedback instruction.
For example, if the analysis result is that the target matching object is selected from the plurality of candidate matching objects, the target call object may be determined directly according to the feedback instruction.
For another example, in the case that the analysis result is a modification instruction for a contact in a pre-constructed address book, the target call object may be determined according to the contact in the modified address book. Illustratively, before modification, the address book contains names of a plurality of contacts as "Zhang Sano". After modification, only a single contact name is named as Zhang Sanu in the address book, so that the target call object can be determined.
Through the above process, in the case that the attribute of the calling device is a no-screen attribute, guidance can be performed through speaking, so as to determine the target calling object.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, step S402 may specifically include the following steps:
S501: under the condition that the matching degree is partial matching, playing a matching result confirmation call for guiding a determination target matching object;
s502: and under the condition that the matching degree is complete matching, playing an address book contact person modifying call for guiding and modifying the pre-constructed address book.
In the case where the contact names included in the address book are "Zhang san one", "Zhang Saner", and the like, the corresponding partial matches may be made. Based on this, a match result confirmation speech may be generated. For example, the match result confirmation may be "please ask whether to call Zhang Sanone or Zhang Santwo". That is, by playing the matching result confirmation call, the user can be guided to select the target matching object among the plurality of candidate matching objects.
In the case that the address book contains the names of a plurality of contacts as Zhang Sany, the address book can be correspondingly and completely matched. Based on this, an address book contact modified phone call may be generated. For example, the address book contact modifying call may be "find multiple contacts to three, please modify or remark the contact name and retry.
As mentioned above, the address book may be acquired actively and/or passively. Based on this, the user may be guided to communicate with the operator using other (on-screen) devices to modify the names of contacts in the address book.
And under the condition that the call equipment receives the updated address book, determining the target matching object according to the updated address book.
Through the process, the targeted conversation can be played for different matching degrees, so that the determination of the target matching object can be realized in different modes.
In one embodiment, in the case that the query result is no match, as shown in fig. 6, step S103 may further include:
S601: generating call object modification information, wherein the call object modification information is used for guiding and modifying a call object;
S602: and under the condition that the query result of the modified call object is no match, determining that the target call object does not exist.
In case the query result is no match, call object modification information may be generated. The call object modification information may be used to guide modification of the call object. Taking the call object as a Zhang Sane as an example, the call object modification information may be "address book does not find Zhang Sane, you want to talk with who.
The call object modification information may be in text form and/or in voice form.
Under the condition that the modified call object is received, the pre-constructed address book can be used for inquiring again to obtain an inquiring result. If the query result is single-item matching or multi-item matching, the target matching object can be determined by using the method. Otherwise, if the query result is no match, it may be determined that the target call object does not exist. Then the process of rejecting the call may be performed for a call object for which the query result is no match.
Through the above-described procedure, in the case where the query result is no match, the process of rejecting the call can be performed.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, the present disclosure relates to an apparatus for call processing, which may include:
