Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
The embodiment of the invention relates to an automatic matching method, and the specific flow is shown in figure 1, and the method comprises the following steps:
step 101, obtaining grade distribution data from a first data source, and obtaining evaluation data from a second data source;
102, calculating the number of tissues to be matched in evaluation data and evaluation scores of the tissues to be matched according to a preset score calculation rule;
103, calculating the number of available grades in the current period according to the grade distribution data and the evaluation data;
and step 104, calling a pre-constructed level matching model, performing level mapping assignment on the available level quantity in the current period and the organization to be matched, and outputting a level matching result.
The automatic matching method of the embodiment can be operated in electronic equipment, such as a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet and the like, can be used for organization grade evaluation of enterprise evaluation, and can be realized by developing an automatic matching system. In the existing organization grade assessment, evaluation grade matching needs to be carried out manually. In the embodiment, by acquiring the grade distribution data from the first data source, acquiring the evaluation data from the second data source, calculating the number of available grades in the current period according to the grade distribution data and the evaluation data, calculating the number of tissues to be matched and the evaluation score of the tissues to be matched according to the evaluation data, calling a pre-constructed grade matching model to perform grade mapping assignment on the number of available grades in the current period and the tissues to be matched, outputting a grade matching result, automatically matching the evaluation grades in each evaluation period, and saving human resources.
The following describes implementation details of the automatic matching method of the present embodiment in detail, and the following is only provided for easy understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment.
In step 101, the electronic device obtains rating distribution data from a first data source and obtains evaluation data from a second data source. The first data source and the second data source are two independent data sources and respectively store the grade distribution data and the evaluation data, and evaluation personnel can respectively upload the grade distribution data and the evaluation data to the first data source and the second data source in each evaluation period to obtain the grade distribution data and the evaluation data by an electron. The evaluation data can comprise each evaluation item of each tissue to be matched and the corresponding evaluation score, and the evaluation items can comprise a work target score, a tissue democratic mutual score, an additional plus-minus score, a special contribution score and the like. One tissue to be matched can be stored and displayed in a unit form, the number of the tissue to be matched is the unit number, and each evaluation item is a subunit in the unit.
In step 102, the electronic device calculates the number of tissues to be matched in the evaluation data and the evaluation score of the tissues to be matched according to a preset score calculation rule. Specifically, the score calculation rule may be that the number of the tissues to be matched is calculated according to the tissue identifiers, and the evaluation scores of the evaluation items of the tissues to be matched are added to obtain the evaluation scores of the tissues to be matched.
In step 103, the electronic device calculates the number of available levels in the current period according to the level distribution data and the evaluation data. Specifically, the levels are performance levels of the tissues to be matched, and may include an S level, an a level, a B level, a C level, and the like, and may be configured by an appraiser, and the level distribution data is the number of each level, and may also be a distribution ratio of each level, for example, 50% of the S level, 20% of the a level, 10% of the B level, and 20% of the C level may be allocated to each level, and the electronic device may multiply the ratio of each level and the number of the tissues to be matched, and may obtain the corresponding number of the available levels in the current period. For example, when the number of tissues to be matched is 10, the number of S stages is 5, the number of a stages is 2, the number of B stages is 1, and the number of C stages is 2. It is noted that the order of steps 102 and 103 may be reversed.
In one example, the electronic device may calculate the number of levels available for the current cycle according to the following method: respectively multiplying the preset grade distribution proportion in the grade distribution data by the number of tissues to be matched to obtain the quantity of each grade; acquiring the accumulated available grade quantity of the balance in the previous period; obtaining the available grade number of the current period and the accumulated available grade number of the balance of the current period according to the accumulated available grade number and the corresponding grade data; the cumulative number of available levels of the balance of the current cycle is stored. Specifically, since the number of levels is calculated from the level distribution ratio, there may be a problem that the number of levels has a non-integer part. In this regard, the electronic device may obtain the cumulative available rank number of the balance in the previous period, add the calculated rank number to the cumulative available rank number of the balance, and then rounding down the number of each rank, that is, only take the integer part, and accumulate the fractional part as the cumulative available rank number of the balance in the current period until the next period. Thus, the currently obtained available grade number does not match the number of the tissues to be matched, and the electronic device may subtract the currently obtained available grade number from the number of the tissues to be matched and add the obtained difference to a preset grade number.
In this embodiment, each level number is obtained by multiplying the preset level distribution proportion in the level distribution data by the number of the tissues to be matched, and the level distribution can be configured in the form of the preset proportion, so that when the number of the tissues to be matched is changed, automatic matching can be realized without updating the level distribution data, the number of the available levels in the current period and the number of the available levels in the current period are obtained by obtaining the number of the accumulated available levels of the balance in the previous period, and the number of the available levels in the current period and the number of the accumulated available levels of the balance in the current period are stored according to the number of the accumulated available levels and the corresponding level data, and the number of the non-integer part caused by the calculation of the level distribution proportion can be also distributed in the calculation of the level number, so that the fairness of setting the level number is improved, and the fairness of automatic matching is improved.
In one example, when calculating the number of available levels in the current period according to the level distribution data and the evaluation data, the electronic device may also be implemented by: respectively multiplying the preset grade distribution proportion in the grade distribution data by the number of tissues to be matched, and rounding down to obtain a first grade quantity; subtracting the first grade quantity from the number of tissues to be matched to obtain a second grade quantity; the available grade number in the current period comprises a first grade number and a second grade number, wherein the first grade is a grade with a preset grade distribution proportion in the grade distribution data, and the second grade is a unique grade without the preset grade distribution proportion in the grade distribution data. That is, in the rank distribution data, only the proportion of the first evaluation rank is assigned, and the proportion of the remaining second rank is not assigned, and when the rank number is calculated, the electronic device multiplies the number of the tissues to be matched by the rank distribution proportion, the number of each first rank can be obtained correspondingly, and the integer part of the number is taken as the first rank number. Then, the second grade quantity can be directly obtained by only subtracting the first grade quantity from the number of the tissues to be matched. The second level may be a preset level, for example, the second level may be fixed to a level B, or may be any level, as long as the level of the level distribution data without the preset level distribution ratio is the level, for example, if the level of the level distribution data without the preset level distribution ratio is the level B, the second level is the level B, and if the level of the level distribution data without the preset level distribution ratio is the level a, the second level is the level a.
In this embodiment, the first level quantity is obtained by respectively multiplying the preset level distribution proportion in the level distribution data by the number of the tissues to be matched, and the second level quantity is obtained by subtracting the first level quantity from the number of the tissues to be matched.
In one example, the preset rating distribution ratio is generated according to the received evaluation rating distribution information input by the user, and the electronic device provides an evaluation rating distribution interface for the user to input the evaluation rating distribution information in the evaluation rating distribution interface.
In the embodiment, the evaluation grade distribution information is input by the user to generate the grade distribution proportion, so that the grade distribution proportion can be more conveniently configured, the user can dynamically modify the grade distribution proportion as required, and the use requirement of the user is met.
In step 104, the electronic device invokes a pre-constructed level matching model, performs level mapping assignment on the available level number in the current period and the organization to be matched, and outputs a level matching result. Specifically, the level matching model is a pre-constructed model, the model inputs the tissues to be matched, the grading data of the tissues to be matched and the quantity of grades available in the current period, the level matching model arranges the tissues to be matched according to the grading data of the tissues from high to low, the grades are also arranged from high to low, then the tissues to be matched are mapped and assigned one by one according to the arrangement sequence of the tissues to be matched and the arrangement sequence of the grades, the grade values are assigned to the tissues to be matched, and then the level matching result is output, wherein the level matching result can be displayed in an output interface.
In one example, after calling a pre-constructed level matching model, performing level mapping assignment on the current period available level quantity and the organization to be matched, and outputting a level matching result, the electronic device may further receive evaluation level quantity adjustment information input by a user, update each current period available level quantity according to the evaluation level quantity adjustment information, call the level matching model again, perform level mapping assignment on the updated current period available level quantity and the organization to be matched, and output a level matching result.
Specifically, the user can only adjust the first level of the number of levels available in the current period downwards, but cannot adjust the first level upwards, for example, if the number of S levels calculated in the foregoing step is 3, the user can only adjust the number of S levels to three cases, namely 0, 1 and 2, and cannot adjust the number to be higher than 3.
In the embodiment, the evaluation grade number adjusting information input by the user is received, the available grade number in the current period is updated, the grade matching is performed again, the user can dynamically adjust the current evaluation grade number according to actual needs, and therefore the grade matching result is updated to be more in line with the actual needs.
In one example, after a pre-constructed level matching model is called, the level mapping assignment is performed on the available level number in the current period and the tissues to be matched, and the level matching result is output, the electronic device can also receive evaluation score adjustment information input by a user, the evaluation score of the tissues to be matched is updated according to the evaluation score adjustment information, the level matching model is called again, the level mapping assignment is performed on the available level number in the current period and the tissues to be matched, and the level matching result is output.
In the embodiment, the evaluation grade adjustment information input by the user is received, the evaluation grade of the organization to be matched is updated, grade matching is carried out again, the evaluation grade can be adjusted, the evaluation grade of the organization to be matched is adjusted, the evaluation grade is prevented from being directly adjusted while the grade matching result is updated to meet the actual requirement, and the adjustment fairness can be improved.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, the evaluation period is one month, and the electronic device performs automatic matching by:
1. respectively acquiring grade distribution data and evaluation data according to the step 101;
2. calculating the number of available grades in the current period according to step 103;
3. calculating the number of tissues to be matched and evaluation scores according to the step 102;
4. calling a grade matching model according to the step 104 to obtain a grade matching result;
5. judging whether the number of available levels in the current period is modified, if so, switching to execute the step 4, and if not, continuing to execute the step 6;
6. and judging whether modification evaluation data occur or not, if so, switching to execute the step 4, and if not, ending the automatic matching.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
