The user can browse the multimedia through the terminal and perform corresponding playing operation after selecting the multimedia to be played, the terminal can request corresponding multimedia resources from the multimedia server according to the playing operation of the user, and the multimedia playing control terminal can push multimedia parameters for playing the multimedia to the terminal. The terminal may be a user equipment running a multimedia player, which may be, for example, a network video player, a music player, a network picture viewer, etc. After the terminal detects the multimedia playing operation of the user, a multimedia resource request can be sent to the multimedia playing service terminal. The multimedia playing control terminal may be located at the cloud, for example, and when the terminal requests the multimedia resource from the multimedia playing server terminal, the multimedia playing server terminal returns the address of the multimedia resource to the terminal and sends the multimedia playing request to the multimedia playing control terminal, so that the multimedia playing control terminal provides the playing configuration parameters of the playing multimedia to the terminal.
In some embodiments, the multimedia playing request may include information of multimedia to be played by the user and static characteristic parameters of the terminal. After receiving the multimedia playing request, the multimedia playing control terminal can obtain the multimedia information and the static characteristic parameters from the multimedia playing request. It can be understood that the static feature parameters may also be sent to the multimedia playing control end by the terminal in advance for storage, and the multimedia playing control end obtains the static feature parameters of the terminal from the corresponding position after receiving the multimedia playing request. The static characteristic parameters of the terminal may include characteristic parameters that may affect the multimedia playing experience when playing multimedia.
The terminal can monitor the playing condition of the multimedia in real time in the process of playing the multimedia, and can upload real-time characteristic parameters influencing the multimedia playing experience to the multimedia playing control terminal when detecting the occurrence of an event influencing the multimedia playing experience. The events affecting the multimedia playing experience may include various events, for example, an event that a multimedia is jammed during a playing process due to a change in a device characteristic parameter of the terminal, an event that a playing parameter of the multimedia is changed due to an operation of the terminal by a user during the multimedia playing process, and the like, and an event affecting the multimedia playing experience due to a change in a network environment of the terminal, an update of a version of a multimedia player on the terminal, excessive consumption of hardware resources, and the like. The terminal can feed back the relevant implementation characteristic parameters to the multimedia playing control terminal when detecting the events. After receiving the real-time characteristic parameters uploaded by the terminal in real time, the multimedia playing control terminal can also adjust the user characteristic parameters of the user according to the real-time characteristic parameters. In some embodiments, the real-time characteristic parameters may include, but are not limited to, user characteristic parameters and/or current device characteristic parameters, etc. related to the operation behavior data of the user on the terminal.
In some embodiments, the operation behavior of the user on the terminal may include, but is not limited to, an operation behavior on the currently played multimedia, such as changing a playing parameter, and the like. The current device feature parameters may include, but are not limited to, network feature parameters that change compared to when multimedia is played (e.g., a switch occurs between wifi and 4G/5G networks, network signal quality changes, etc.), software feature parameters (e.g., a terminal version update, etc.), hardware feature parameters, etc. (e.g., a large change in resource usage, etc.).
The terminal feeds the real-time characteristic parameters back to the multimedia playing control terminal in real time, the multimedia playing control terminal can obtain playing configuration parameters suitable for improving multimedia playing experience from a preset matching rule according to the real-time characteristic parameters and pushes the updated playing configuration parameters to the terminal, and after receiving the updated playing configuration parameters, the terminal plays multimedia based on the updated playing configuration parameters. For example, when a user watches a video on a terminal, and the video is jammed due to excessive occupation of a CPU, the terminal may upload a current device characteristic parameter as a real-time characteristic parameter to a multimedia playing control terminal, and the multimedia playing control terminal may obtain a playing configuration parameter capable of improving multimedia playing experience according to the real-time characteristic parameter and a preset matching rule, and push the playing configuration parameter to the terminal. For another example, the terminal plays the current video based on the definition that is pushed by the multimedia playing control terminal and used for playing the video, while in the process of watching the video, the user reduces the definition of the video based on reasons such as traffic saving, for example, the definition is adjusted from high definition to standard definition, the terminal can report the characteristic parameters related to the definition adjusted by the user to the multimedia playing control terminal as real-time characteristic parameters, the multimedia playing control terminal can adjust the user characteristic parameters of the user in real time according to the operation behavior that the user manually reduces the definition of the video, for example, the original user characteristic parameters indicate that the user is better than the higher definition of the video, and the adjusted user characteristic parameters can indicate that the user is better than the lower definition of the video. It is understood that the above is only an example, and in practical applications, the adjustment of the user characteristic parameters may be more complicated.
For other details in this embodiment, reference may be made to the description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and the related embodiments, which are not described herein again. According to the method and the device, in the multimedia playing process, the multimedia playing configuration parameters capable of improving good playing experience are obtained according to the static characteristic parameters of the terminal, the multimedia is played based on the playing configuration parameters, and meanwhile, the playing configuration parameters are adjusted in real time according to the characteristic parameter change in the multimedia playing process.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes:
receiving the playing configuration parameters updated by the multimedia playing control end according to the real-time characteristic parameters;
and continuing to play the multimedia based on the updated playing configuration parameters.
In this optional implementation manner, in the process of playing the multimedia, if the playing configuration parameter updated by the multimedia playing control end according to the real-time characteristic parameter is received and the playing configuration parameter is different from the currently used playing configuration parameter, the currently used playing configuration parameter may be adjusted to the updated playing configuration parameter sent by the multimedia playing control end. Of course, it can be understood that, if the playing configuration parameters sent by the multimedia playing control end are inconsistent with the playing configuration parameters manually adjusted by the user, the playing configuration parameters manually adjusted by the user may be preferentially used as the standard. For other relevant details in the optional implementation manner, reference may also be made to the description in the embodiment and the relevant embodiment shown in fig. 1, and details are not described here again.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, step S203, that is, in response to detecting an event affecting a multimedia playing experience, the step of uploading real-time feature parameters affecting the multimedia playing experience to the multimedia playing control end further includes at least one of the following steps:
responding to an operation behavior event of a user on the terminal, and uploading the real-time characteristic parameters related to the operation behavior to the multimedia playing control terminal;
and responding to a change event of the equipment characteristic parameters of the terminal, and uploading the changed equipment characteristic parameters serving as the real-time characteristic parameters to the multimedia playing control terminal.
In this optional implementation manner, the terminal may collect user characteristic data and historical behavior data of the user according to the behavior data of the user and information provided by the user, and report the collected data to the multimedia playing control terminal, so that the multimedia playing control terminal can obtain the user characteristic parameters of the user according to the data. For other relevant details, reference may be made to the above description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and the relevant embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the device characteristic parameter includes a hardware characteristic parameter, a network characteristic parameter, and/or a software characteristic parameter of the terminal; the play configuration parameters may include, but are not limited to, parameters that affect the play effect of the multimedia. For details related to the device characteristic parameters and the playing configuration parameters, reference may be made to the above description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and the related embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The following describes an embodiment of the present disclosure by taking a video playing process as an example.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an application flow of playing a video according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, when a user logs in a network video player on a terminal 301 and browses a video through the network video player, the terminal 301 may collect user characteristic data of the user and offline data such as historical behavior data (e.g., video browsing record, playing record, and manually changing playing parameters), and the offline data may be uploaded to a multimedia playing control terminal 302 by the terminal 301. The multimedia playback control end 302 may invoke the offline calculation task 3021, and calculate the user characteristic parameter of the user, such as the user portrait, by the offline calculation task 3021 based on the offline data and the pre-configured policy.
After a user selects an online video through a network video player and clicks a play button, the terminal 301 sends a video resource request to the multimedia play server 303, the multimedia play server 303 returns a video resource address to the terminal and sends a video play request to the multimedia play control terminal 302, and the video play request may carry device characteristic parameters of the terminal 301 (for example, a version number of the network video player, a type of a currently used network, a hardware resource utilization rate, and the like). After receiving the video playing request, the multimedia playing control terminal 302 may obtain the device characteristic parameters, the user characteristic parameters obtained by offline calculation, and the preset policy in the video playing request, and calculate the playing configuration parameters of the video playing this time, such as the video definition. The multimedia playing control terminal 302 returns the playing parameter to the terminal 301, and the network video player on the terminal 301 can obtain the video resource from the video resource address and play the video according to the playing configuration parameter returned by the multimedia playing control terminal (for example, play the video with the received video definition).
In the process of playing the video, the user changes the definition of the currently played video, and after detecting the operation, the video playing terminal 301 uploads the video to the multimedia playing control terminal 302. The multimedia playing control terminal 302 invokes the real-time computing task 3022, and the real-time computing task 3022 adjusts the user characteristic parameters of the user by using the above-mentioned operation behavior of the user for changing the definition, and feeds back the adjustment result to the offline computing task 3021, so that the real-time adjustment result of this time can be comprehensively considered when the offline computing task 3021 executes the offline computing next time.
The multimedia playing control terminal 302 may also update the playing configuration parameters according to the adjusted user characteristic parameters, and push the updated playing configuration parameters to the video playing terminal 301, and the video playing terminal 301 continues to play the online video according to the updated playing configuration parameters.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
According to the multimedia playing apparatus of an embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may be implemented as part of or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. The multimedia playing device comprises:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is configured to acquire static characteristic parameters of a terminal for playing multimedia;
the first pushing module is configured to acquire playing configuration parameters suitable for the terminal to play the multimedia from a preset matching rule according to the static characteristic parameters, and push the playing configuration parameters to the terminal for playing the multimedia;
the second acquisition module is configured to acquire real-time characteristic parameters uploaded by the terminal, wherein the real-time characteristic parameters are uploaded when the terminal generates an event influencing multimedia playing experience;
and the second pushing module is configured to acquire playing configuration parameters suitable for improving the multimedia playing experience from a preset matching rule according to the real-time characteristic parameters, and push the playing configuration parameters to the terminal so that the terminal plays multimedia based on the playing configuration parameters.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the first obtaining module includes:
the first obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain the device characteristic parameters of the terminal and the user characteristic parameters related to the terminal as static characteristic parameters, or obtain the device characteristic parameters of the terminal as static parameter characteristics;
and the second obtaining submodule is configured to obtain playing configuration parameters suitable for the terminal to play multimedia from a preset matching rule according to the static characteristic parameters.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes:
a third obtaining module configured to obtain feature data and/or historical behavior data of a registered user associated with the terminal;
a first determination module configured to determine the user characteristic parameter from the characteristic data and/or historical behavior data.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the device characteristic parameter at least includes a hardware characteristic parameter, a network characteristic parameter, and/or a software characteristic parameter of the terminal; the user characteristic parameters comprise user portrait characteristic parameters.
The multimedia playing apparatus in this embodiment corresponds to the multimedia playing method in the embodiment and the related embodiment shown in fig. 1, and specific details can be referred to the description of the multimedia playing method in the embodiment and the related embodiment shown in fig. 1, which are not described herein again.
According to the multimedia playing apparatus of an embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may be implemented as part of or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. The multimedia playing device comprises:
the first receiving module is configured to receive a play configuration parameter which is pushed by a multimedia play control end and is used for starting playing multimedia;
a first play module configured to play the multimedia based on the play configuration parameter;
the uploading module is configured to respond to the detected event influencing the multimedia playing experience and upload the real-time characteristic parameters influencing the multimedia playing experience to the multimedia playing control terminal.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes:
the second receiving module is configured to receive the playing configuration parameters updated by the multimedia playing control end according to the real-time characteristic parameters;
a second playing module configured to continue playing the multimedia based on the updated playing configuration parameter.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the upload module includes at least one of:
the first uploading sub-module is configured to respond to the detection of an operation behavior event of a user on the terminal and upload the real-time characteristic parameters related to the operation behavior to the multimedia playing control terminal;
And the second uploading sub-module is configured to respond to a change event of the detected equipment characteristic parameters of the terminal and upload the changed equipment characteristic parameters serving as the real-time characteristic parameters to the multimedia playing control terminal.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the device characteristic parameter includes a hardware characteristic parameter, a network characteristic parameter, and/or a software characteristic parameter of the terminal.
The multimedia playing apparatus in this embodiment corresponds to the multimedia playing method in the embodiment and the related embodiment shown in fig. 2, and specific details can be referred to the description of the multimedia playing method in the embodiment and the related embodiment shown in fig. 2, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device suitable for implementing a multimedia playing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, electronic device 400 includes a processing unit 401, which may be implemented as a CPU, GPU, FPGA, NPU, or other processing unit. The processing unit 401 may execute various processes in the embodiment of any one of the above-described methods of the present disclosure according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)402 or a program loaded from a storage section 408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 403. In the RAM403, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 400 are also stored. The processing unit 401, the ROM402, and the RAM403 are connected to each other via a bus 404. An input/output (I/O) interface 405 is also connected to bus 404.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 405: an input section 406 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 407 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 408 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 409 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 409 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 410 is also connected to the I/O interface 405 as needed. A removable medium 411 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 410 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 408 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, any of the methods described above with reference to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing any of the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 409, and/or installed from the removable medium 411.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowcharts or block diagrams may represent a module, a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units or modules described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. The units or modules described may also be provided in a processor, and the names of the units or modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the units or modules themselves.
As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiment; or it may be a separate computer readable storage medium not incorporated into the device. The computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs for use by one or more processors in performing the methods described in the present disclosure.

Claims (12)

1. A multimedia playing method, wherein the method is executed at a multimedia playing control end, and comprises the following steps:
Acquiring static characteristic parameters of a terminal for playing multimedia;
according to the static characteristic parameters, obtaining playing configuration parameters suitable for the terminal to play the multimedia from a preset matching rule, and pushing the playing configuration parameters to the terminal for playing the multimedia;
acquiring real-time characteristic parameters uploaded by the terminal, wherein the real-time characteristic parameters are uploaded when the terminal generates an event influencing multimedia playing experience;
and according to the real-time characteristic parameters, obtaining playing configuration parameters suitable for improving the multimedia playing experience from a preset matching rule, and pushing the playing configuration parameters to the terminal so that the terminal plays multimedia based on the playing configuration parameters.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein obtaining, according to the static feature parameter, a play configuration parameter applicable to the multimedia playing from the terminal from a preset matching rule includes:
acquiring the equipment characteristic parameters of the terminal and the user characteristic parameters related to the terminal as static characteristic parameters, or acquiring the equipment characteristic parameters of the terminal as static parameter characteristics;
and acquiring playing configuration parameters suitable for the terminal to play multimedia from a preset matching rule according to the static characteristic parameters.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring characteristic data and/or historical behavior data of a registered user associated with the terminal;
and determining the user characteristic parameters according to the characteristic data and/or the historical behavior data.
4. The method according to any of claims 2-3, wherein the device characteristic parameters comprise at least hardware, network and/or software characteristic parameters of the terminal; the user characteristic parameters comprise user portrait characteristic parameters.
5. A multimedia playing method, wherein the multimedia playing method is executed in a terminal, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a play configuration parameter which is pushed by a multimedia play control end and is used for starting playing multimedia;
initiating playing the multimedia based on the play configuration parameters;
and responding to the detected event influencing the multimedia playing experience, and uploading the real-time characteristic parameters influencing the multimedia playing experience to the multimedia playing control terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving the playing configuration parameters updated by the multimedia playing control end according to the real-time characteristic parameters;
and continuing to play the multimedia based on the updated playing configuration parameters.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein in response to detecting an event affecting a multimedia playing experience, uploading real-time feature parameters affecting the multimedia playing experience to the multimedia playing control end comprises at least one of:
responding to an operation behavior event of a user on the terminal, and uploading the real-time characteristic parameters related to the operation behavior to the multimedia playing control terminal;
and responding to a change event of the equipment characteristic parameters of the terminal, and uploading the changed equipment characteristic parameters serving as the real-time characteristic parameters to the multimedia playing control terminal.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the device characteristic parameters comprise hardware characteristic parameters, network characteristic parameters and/or software characteristic parameters of the terminal.
9. A multimedia playing apparatus, wherein the apparatus is located at a multimedia playing control end, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is configured to acquire static characteristic parameters of a terminal for playing multimedia;
the first pushing module is configured to acquire playing configuration parameters suitable for the terminal to play the multimedia from a preset matching rule according to the static characteristic parameters, and push the playing configuration parameters to the terminal for playing the multimedia;
The second acquisition module is configured to acquire real-time characteristic parameters uploaded by the terminal, wherein the real-time characteristic parameters are uploaded when the terminal generates an event influencing multimedia playing experience;
and the second pushing module is configured to acquire playing configuration parameters suitable for improving the multimedia playing experience from a preset matching rule according to the real-time characteristic parameters, and push the playing configuration parameters to the terminal so that the terminal plays multimedia based on the playing configuration parameters.
10. A multimedia playing device, wherein the multimedia playing device is located at a terminal, comprising:
the first receiving module is configured to receive a play configuration parameter which is pushed by a multimedia play control end and is used for starting playing multimedia;
a first play module configured to play the multimedia based on the play configuration parameter;
the uploading module is configured to respond to the detected event influencing the multimedia playing experience and upload the real-time characteristic parameters influencing the multimedia playing experience to the multimedia playing control terminal.
11. An electronic device, comprising a memory and a processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
12. A computer readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
