6. The heating-free, freeze-protected water meter of claim 1, wherein said cover plate is provided with a ring groove, said ring groove having a sealing ring disposed therein.
7. The heating-free anti-freezing running water meter according to claim 1, wherein a first screw connected with the cover plate is arranged at the bottom of the spring plate.
8. The heating-free antifreeze running water meter of claim 1, wherein said cover plate has a second screw provided at a bottom thereof for connection with a pipe.
9. The heating-free antifreeze running water meter of claim 4, wherein said water meter case has a screen disposed above said pipe, said screen has an inner core disposed above said screen for measuring water flow, and said bent piece is disposed on one side of said screen.
