Description

Water flow sensor matching method and device and water heater
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of water heaters, in particular to a water flow sensor matching method and device, a water heater, computer equipment and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement on the water heater is higher and higher. Users want the water heater to output hot water quickly and stably, which requires flexible adjustment of the power of the heating device in the water heater to adjust the outlet water temperature of the water heater. The water intake of a water heater is an important parameter in the process of adjusting the power of a heating device. In the conventional technology, water flow is obtained through a water flow sensor by a common method. The water flow sensor converts water flow into a frequency value and outputs the frequency value to the water heater, and the water heater can process the frequency value fed back by the water flow sensor according to a water flow algorithm to obtain water flow.
However, because the water flow sensor is of a plurality of types, when the water flow sensor is not matched with the water heater, the water flow calculated by the water heater in the conventional technology according to the detection signal output by the water flow sensor is greatly different from the actual water flow, which affects the production efficiency of the water heater and brings inconvenience to the user in using the water heater.

As mentioned in the background of the invention, the water heater in the prior art has a problem that the water flow sensors cannot be automatically identified and matched, and the inventor finds that the problem is caused by a large number of water flow sensors, and different types of water flow sensors output different detection signals when detecting the same water flow. The water heater converts the detection signal into theoretical water flow according to a built-in water flow algorithm. Water heaters of the prior art are typically provided with only one water flow algorithm. In order to match with different water flow sensors, multiple main control materials need to be prepared during production, so that the production materials are increased, the burden of material management is increased, and the production efficiency is influenced. On the other hand, whether the water flow sensor is matched with the water heater or not is difficult to judge in appearance, the water flow sensor which is not matched but similar in appearance is possibly assembled on the water heater, and therefore deviation between theoretical water flow obtained by the water heater and actual water flow is large, the power of the water heater for adjusting the heating device according to the theoretical water flow is also large in deviation, water outlet temperature is suddenly high and suddenly low, and inconvenience is brought to users for using the water heater.
Based on the above problems, the embodiment of the present invention provides a water flow algorithm matching method, which in some embodiments is applied to a water heater 100 as shown in fig. 1, the water heater 100 includes a water inlet 103, a water outlet 105, a heating device for heating at a preset reference power, and a water flow sensor 107 for detecting an actual water flow of the water inlet 103 and outputting a detection signal. Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of the water flow algorithm matching method, and the method specifically includes steps S100 to S700.
S100, acquiring a detection signal output by the water flow sensor 107, the water temperature of the water inlet 103 and the water temperature of the water outlet 105.
It will be appreciated that the detection signal is used to reflect the actual water flow rate at the water inlet 103. The magnetic element in the water flow sensor 107 rotates under the driving of the water flow in the water inlet 103, and the flow rate of the water flow is proportional to the rotation speed of the magnetic element, which is related to the detection signal. The condition of the actual water flow can be judged by analyzing the detection signal.
And S300, calling a water flow algorithm to process the detection signal to obtain theoretical water flow.
It will be appreciated that the water flow algorithm is used to calculate the theoretical water flow from the detected signal. The theoretical water flow rate is a theoretical value related to the actual water flow rate. Because the water flow sensor 107 outputs a detection signal rather than an actual water flow, the theoretical water flow can be obtained by processing the detection signal according to a water flow algorithm. In a daily usage scenario of the water heater 100, the water heater 100 may power adjust the heating device according to the theoretical water flow rate to adjust the water temperature at the water outlet 105.
S500, judging whether the water flow algorithm is matched with the water flow sensor 107 or not according to the temperature difference between the water temperature of the water inlet 103 and the water temperature of the water outlet 105, the theoretical water flow and the preset reference power.
S700, if the water flow algorithm is not matched with the water flow sensor 107, updating the water flow algorithm, and returning to the step of acquiring the detection signal output by the water flow sensor 107, the water temperature of the water inlet 103 and the water temperature of the water outlet 105 until the updated water flow algorithm is matched with the water flow sensor 107.
It will be appreciated that the water flow algorithm and the water flow sensor 107 are not matched to affect the user's use of the water heater 100, for example, if the calculated theoretical water flow exceeds the actual water flow, the water heater 100 may raise the power of the heating device by mistake, resulting in an over-high water temperature at the water outlet 105 of the water heater 100, and even possibly scalding the user. Or the calculated theoretical water flow is lower than the actual water flow more, the power of the heating device may be erroneously reduced by the water heater 100, so that the water temperature at the water outlet 105 of the water heater 100 is lower, and the user is cooled. Therefore, the water flow algorithm in the water heater 100 needs to be updated, the detection signal output by the water flow sensor 107, the water temperature of the water inlet 103 and the water temperature of the water outlet 105 are collected again, a new theoretical water flow is calculated according to the updated water flow algorithm, whether the updated water flow algorithm is matched with the water flow sensor 107 is judged, and if the updated water flow algorithm is not matched with the water flow sensor 107, the updated water flow algorithm is updated until the updated water flow algorithm is matched with the water flow sensor 107.
Based on the water flow algorithm matching method in the embodiment of the invention, the water flow algorithm used by the water heater 100 is called to process the detection signal output by the water flow sensor 107 to obtain the theoretical water flow, and whether the water flow algorithm is matched with the water flow sensor 107 is judged according to the theoretical water flow and the temperature difference between the water inlet 103 and the water outlet 105 of the water heater 100. When the water flow algorithm is not matched with the water flow sensor 107, the water flow algorithm is updated, and the processes of acquisition, identification and updating are repeated until the updated water flow algorithm is matched with the water flow sensor 107. By using the water flow algorithm matching method in the embodiment, the matching condition between the water flow algorithm and the water flow sensor 107 can be accurately judged, and the water flow algorithm can be updated in time. The main control material configured with the water flow algorithm matching method can be actively matched with different types of water flow sensors 107, and various main control materials corresponding to the various water flow sensors 107 do not need to be prepared, so that the production materials are effectively reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the unstable outlet water temperature caused by the mismatching of the water flow algorithm and the water flow sensors 107 is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step S500 can be implemented by the steps S510 and S513.
And S510, obtaining theoretical output power according to the theoretical water flow and the temperature difference.
Specifically, the following equation (1) is commonly used in the art to reflect the quantitative relationship between the temperature difference between the water temperature at the outlet 105 and the water temperature at the inlet 103 of the water heater 100, the water flow rate, and the output power of the heating device:
P=C×ΔT×V (1)
wherein P represents the output power of the heating device, C is a set conversion constant, Δ T represents the temperature difference between the water temperature at the outlet 105 and the water temperature at the inlet 103 of the water heater 100 (i.e., the water temperature at the outlet 105 of the water heater 100 is reduced by the water temperature at the inlet 103 of the water heater 100), and Q represents the water flow rate.
S513, if the absolute value of the difference between the theoretical output power and the preset reference power is greater than the first preset threshold, it is determined that the water flow algorithm is not matched with the water flow sensor 107.
It is understood that the theoretical output power obtained in the above step S510 is a theoretical value calculated according to the formula (1). When the water flow matching algorithm in the application is used, the heating device heats with a fixed preset reference power, so that the actual output power of the heating device is the preset reference power. If the water flow algorithm does not match the water flow sensor 107, the theoretical water flow will have a large deviation from the actual water flow, and the theoretical output power calculated from the theoretical water flow having a large deviation from the actual value will also have a large deviation from the actual value. Therefore, when the absolute value of the difference between the theoretical output power and the preset reference power is greater than the first preset threshold, it can be determined that the theoretical output power has a large deviation from the actual value, and it can be further determined that the water flow algorithm does not match the water flow sensor 107.
Further, in an embodiment, based on the embodiment that the step S510 and the step S513 are used to determine whether the water flow algorithm matches the water flow sensor 107, as shown in fig. 4, the step of updating the water flow algorithm in the step S700 can be implemented through the steps S710 to S715.
And S710, obtaining the reference water flow according to the preset reference power and the temperature difference.
It can be understood that the preset reference power is the actual output power of the heating device, and the reference water flow is obtained by the above formula (1) according to the actual temperature difference between the water temperature at the water outlet 105 of the water heater 100 and the actual output power, so that the reference water flow can better reflect the actual water flow.
And S713, determining a reference water flow sensor coefficient according to the reference water flow and the detection signal.
Specifically, the detection signal output from the normal water flow rate sensor 107 is a pulse signal, and the water flow rate is calculated from the frequency of the detection signal by a water flow rate algorithm. The water flow algorithm is shown in the following equation (2):
f=K×Q-N (2)
in the formula, f represents the frequency of the detection signal, K represents the water flow sensor coefficient, Q represents the water flow, and N is a set constant.
It is understood that the frequency of the detection signal output by the water flow sensor 107 will also satisfy the formula (2), and the water flow sensor 107 will be tested by experiment at the time of factory shipment to obtain the formula (2) corresponding to the water flow sensor 107. The mismatching between the water flow algorithm in the water heater 100 and the water flow sensor 107 means that the difference between K in the water flow algorithm in the water heater 100 and K in the formula (2) corresponding to the water flow sensor 107 is large in the present embodiment, so that the difference between the theoretical water flow calculated by the water heater 100 according to the water flow algorithm and the detection signal and the actual water flow is large. The value of the reference water flow rate and the frequency value of the detection signal are substituted into the formula (2) to calculate the corresponding reference water flow rate sensor coefficient, and the reference water flow rate sensor coefficient has a small difference from the water flow rate sensor coefficient in the formula (2) corresponding to the water flow rate sensor 107 because the reference water flow rate has a small difference from the actual water flow rate.
And S715, updating the water flow algorithm according to the reference water flow sensor coefficient.
Specifically, the water flow algorithm is updated with the reference water flow sensor coefficient, so that the water flow sensor coefficient in the water flow algorithm is close to the reference water flow sensor coefficient.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the step S500 can be further implemented by the steps S530 and S533.
And S530, obtaining the reference water flow according to the preset reference power and the temperature difference.
Step S530 is the same as step S710 described above, and the description thereof can be referred to.
S533, if the absolute value of the difference between the theoretical water flow and the reference water flow is greater than the second preset threshold, it is determined that the water flow algorithm is not matched with the water flow sensor 107.
It can be understood that if the water flow algorithm is not matched with the water flow sensor 107, the theoretical water flow will have a larger deviation from the actual water flow, and the reference water flow can better reflect the actual water flow, so that whether the water flow algorithm is matched with the water flow sensor 107 can be accurately determined by comparing the reference water flow with the theoretical water flow.
Further, based on the embodiment that determines whether the water flow algorithm matches the water flow sensor 107 in steps S530 and S533, the updating of the water flow algorithm in step S700 may be implemented as follows:
step 1, determining a reference water flow sensor coefficient according to the reference water flow and the detection signal.
And 2, updating the water flow algorithm according to the reference water flow sensor coefficient.
It is understood that the above manner is the same as the corresponding steps S713 and S715 in the above embodiments, and reference may be made to the above description. In the present embodiment, the reference water flow is obtained in step S530 when determining whether the water flow algorithm matches the water flow sensor 107, and the reference water flow is directly used when updating the water flow algorithm, and repeated calculation is not required.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the above-mentioned updating the water flow algorithm according to the reference water flow sensor coefficient can be implemented by steps S800 and S803.
And S800, determining a water flow algorithm matched with the reference water flow sensor coefficient from the water flow algorithm set according to the reference water flow sensor coefficient.
The water flow algorithm set comprises a plurality of water flow algorithms with different water flow sensor coefficients.
The control device in the water heater 100 in this embodiment is exemplified by a computer device (such as an MCU) with a memory. A set of water flow algorithms is stored in memory. The frequency of the detection signal output by the water flow sensor 107 satisfies the formula (2), but the water flow sensors 107 of different types have different corresponding water flow sensor coefficients, and the water flow algorithm set includes a plurality of water flow algorithms with different water flow sensor coefficients. The water flow algorithm matched with the reference water flow sensor coefficient in the present embodiment means that the water flow sensor coefficient in the water flow algorithm is similar to the reference water flow sensor coefficient. In one embodiment, the reference water flow sensor coefficient is used as a reference, and compared with the water flow sensor coefficients in each water flow algorithm in the set of water flow algorithms, and the water flow algorithm corresponding to the water flow sensor coefficient with the minimum deviation from the reference water flow sensor coefficient is determined as the water flow algorithm matched with the reference water flow sensor coefficient. Further, all water flow algorithms corresponding to water flow sensors 107 commonly available on the market or used at production may be provided in the set of water flow algorithms.
And S803, updating the current water flow algorithm into a water flow algorithm matched with the reference water flow sensor coefficient.
Specifically, after a water flow algorithm matched with the reference water flow sensor coefficient is determined, the currently used water flow algorithm is switched to a water flow algorithm matched with the reference water flow sensor coefficient in the water flow algorithm set.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the water flow algorithm matching method further includes step S900.
And S900, if the times of the steps of obtaining the detection signal output by the water flow sensor 107, the water temperature of the water inlet 103 and the water temperature of the water outlet 105 are greater than a first preset time, sending a fault prompt.
It can be understood that in the process of matching the water flow algorithm, if the water flow algorithm matching the water flow sensor 107 cannot be found through the loop from step S100 to step S700 many times, it can be considered that a fault occurs. The fault indication is used to reflect that the water heater 100 cannot be matched to the water flow sensor 107 or that the water flow sensor 107 is less accurate. The description will be continued by taking as an example a computer device with a memory as a control device in the water heater 100. After a number of cycles, matching may not be achieved, possibly because the set of water flow algorithms does not include a water flow algorithm corresponding to the water flow sensor 107, so that the water heater 100 cannot be matched with the water flow sensor 107. It is also possible that the current water flow rate sensor 107 has poor accuracy, so that the frequency of the output detection signal is greatly different from the frequency of the output detection signal of the normal water flow rate sensor 107 of the same type. The maintenance personnel can check whether the two conditions exist in a targeted manner according to the fault prompt so as to quickly eliminate the fault. Further, the fault indication may be displayed by a display device (e.g., a touch screen or a display screen) of the water heater 100, or a buzzer and/or an LED lamp may be disposed in the water heater 100, and the fault indication may be displayed by a buzzer and/or an LED lamp flashing.
In one embodiment, in order to avoid the water flow algorithm not matching the water flow sensor 107 and causing the water heater 100 to burn the user due to the high outlet water temperature, the water flow matching algorithm further comprises the following steps:
and if the water temperature of the water outlet 105 is higher than the preset upper temperature limit, giving an alarm prompt.
It can be understood that, since the heating device will be fixed to output the preset reference power when the water flow matching algorithm is used, it can be known from the above formula (1) that if the actual water flow is smaller, the temperature difference between the water temperature at the water inlet 103 and the water temperature at the water outlet 105 of the water heater 100 may be larger, that is, the water temperature at the water outlet 105 is increased to a higher temperature. In this case, the user may be burned if the user inadvertently touches the hot water output from the water using device. In order to avoid the accident that the user is scalded, when the water temperature of the water outlet 105 is detected to be higher than the preset upper temperature limit, an alarm prompt is sent out to remind the user not to contact with hot water. Further, a buzzer may be provided in the water heater 100, and the buzzer sounds an alarm prompt to the user. If the water heater 100 is far away from the water consuming device so that the user cannot hear the buzzer, the buzzer may be disposed at the direct water consuming device.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-7 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-7 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
