Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a connecting pipe 17 is communicated between lamp housings of two adjacent light units 7, a plurality of sets of ash removal assemblies 16 are further arranged inside the housing 5, and one set of ash removal assembly 16 corresponds to one connecting pipe 17. The ash removal assembly 16 includes an ash removal fan 161, an air inlet duct 163, and an air guide duct 162. One end of the air guide pipe 162 is fixedly connected with the connecting pipe 17 and communicated with the connecting pipe 17, the other end of the air guide pipe 162 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the lampshade 8, a through hole communicated and matched with the air guide pipe 162 is formed in the side wall of the lampshade 8, and the aperture of the through hole is consistent with the outer diameter of the air guide pipe 162. The air inlet pipe 163 is fixed on the outer side wall of the lamp cover 8, and the air inlet pipe 163 and the lamp cover 8 are integrally formed. The air inlet pipe 163 covers the periphery of the through hole, the lampshade 8 is fixedly connected with four studs 18 at the position where the air inlet pipe 163 is arranged, and the four studs 18 are uniformly distributed on the peripheral edge of the air inlet pipe 163.
Referring to fig. 5, one side of the ash removal fan 161 provided with the air inlet is attached to the air inlet pipe 163, the air inlet of the ash removal fan 161 is wrapped by the air inlet pipe 163, and the ash removal fan 161 is fixed among the four studs 18 through bolts. The ash removal fan 161 is a vortex fan and has the characteristics of front air inlet and side air outlet. The air outlet direction of the ash removal fans 161 is parallel to the tangential direction of the outer side wall of the lampshade 8, and the ash removal fans 161 blow air towards the same circumference. A gap for the ash removal fan 161 to pass through is left between one side of the brush 152 provided with the brush bristles and the outer side wall of the lampshade 8, so that the ash removal fan 161 can smoothly rotate along with the lampshade 8.
When the stage lamp works, heat generated by the working of the light unit 7 is concentrated in the lamp shell, the plurality of ash removal fans 161 run synchronously, and the heat generated by the working of the light unit 7 is extracted by the plurality of ash removal fans 161 through the plurality of connecting pipes 17 and the air guide pipe 162, so that the temperature of the LED lamp source in the light unit 7 is reduced, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the light unit 7 is improved. The air blown by the dust removing fans 161 flows into the space between the housing 5 and the fan cover, the air blown by the dust removing fans 161 flows in the circumferential direction of the lamp cover 8 and is finally discharged from the light guide pipe 13, and the dust swept down by the brush 152 is blown out by the dust removing fans 161, thereby achieving the effect of removing dust.
Referring to fig. 5, a baffle 19 is further disposed at the air outlet of the ash removal fan 161, and the baffle 19 is fixedly connected to one side of the ash removal fan 161 away from the air guiding pipe 162. One end of the baffle 19 far away from the air outlet of the ash removal fan 161 is obliquely arranged towards the direction close to the outer side wall of the lampshade 8, and the included angle between the baffle 19 and the side of the ash removal fan 161 with the air outlet is 80-85 degrees, preferably 80 degrees. Through setting up baffle 19, when the ash removal fan 161 is following lamp shade 8 pivoted in-process, if the air-out end of ash removal fan 161 rotates towards brush 152, then baffle 19 can earlier with the brush hair contact of brush 152 to keep off the brush hair of brush 152, make the brush hair of brush 152 can not block in the ash removal fan 161, thereby guarantee the normal operating of ash removal fan 161.
The implementation principle of the stage lamp automatic rotation and quick heat dissipation structure is as follows:
when the irradiation direction of the stage lamp needs to be adjusted, the first rotating shaft 3 can be driven to rotate by the first driving device 4, so that the lamp body can rotate 360 degrees around the axis of the first rotating shaft 3, or the second rotating shaft 9 can be driven to rotate by the second driving device 10, so that the lamp body can rotate 360 degrees around the axis of the second rotating shaft 9, and the irradiation direction of the stage lamp can be adjusted.
When the light color of the stage lamp needs to be changed, the driving component 14 drives the stand column 61 to rotate, so that the fixing plate 62 and the plurality of light units 7 and the lampshade 8 arranged on the fixing plate 62 are driven to rotate synchronously, the light units 7 with required colors rotate to just face the light guide pipe 13, the switching of the light color is completed, the stage lamp has the capability of rapidly switching the light color, and the light effect of the stage lamp is improved.
Simultaneously, lamp shade 8 is following the in-process that fixed plate 62 rotated, and the relative brush 152 motion of lamp shade 8, and brush 152 will depend on the dust on lamp shade 8 and sweep off to make lamp shade 8 remain clean and tidy all the time, thereby be favorable to improving light effect. In addition, in the operation process of the dust removing fan 161, not only the heat generated by the light unit 7 is extracted from the lamp housing, but also the dust removed by the brush 152 is blown out from the light guide pipe 13 by the air blown out by the dust removing fan 161, and the dust removing fan 161 not only can dissipate the heat of the light unit 7, but also can remove the dust from the lamp body, thereby further improving the heat dissipation effect of the light unit 7.
And even if the lamp shade 8 does not rotate, the ash removal fan 161 is still in a working state, and the wind blown out by the ash removal fan 161 can flow through the brush 152 all the time and is discharged from the light guide pipe 13, so that the brush 152 per se keeps clean and tidy, and external dust is not easy to enter the shell 5 from the light guide pipe 13, which is beneficial for the stage lamp to keep better lighting effect and heat dissipation effect for a long time.
