Working principle: firstly, the memory alloy wire 5 is processed into a strip shape in advance, two ends of the strip shape are welded and sleeved outside the first rotating wheel 3 and the second rotating wheel 4, when hot water flows out of the water outlet pipe 1, the memory alloy wire 5 is sleeved in a region which is in external with the first rotating wheel 3 and is partially heated due to the blocking of the arc-shaped heat insulation plate 7, the heated memory alloy wire 5 has a linear restoring trend, but the first rotating wheel 3 and the second rotating wheel 4 have a constraint function on the memory alloy wire 5, so that the memory alloy wire 5 has a force between the first rotating wheel 3 and the second rotating wheel 4 in the linear restoring process, the first rotating wheel 3 and the second rotating wheel 4 are driven to rotate, the heated part of the memory alloy wire 5 is away from the water outlet pipe 1, the temperature is reduced, the linear restoring trend is not generated, the memory alloy wire 5 in contact with the first rotating wheel 3 is heated and has the linear restoring trend, therefore, the first rotating wheel 3 and the second rotating wheel 4 can continuously rotate, after the second rotating wheel 4 rotates, the upper rotating plate 12 is driven to rotate through the guide rod, then the stirring piece 11 at the upper end of the upper rotating plate 12 stirs the plurality of sound pieces 10 to vibrate, and then sounds are generated, if the water temperature flowing out of the water outlet pipe 1 is higher, the second rotating wheel 4 rotates faster, the stirring piece 11 stirs the sound pieces 10 at higher frequency, the generated sounds are sharper, and then people with water are reminded, the safety of the faucet is improved, after the second rotating wheel 4 rotates, the arc magnet 14 is driven to rotate outside the annular coil 15 through the lower rotating plate 13, then induction current is induced inside the annular coil 15, then a plurality of bulbs 18 are powered, the second rotating wheel 4 rotates faster, the brightness of the bulbs 18 is higher, the water temperature of the water receiving person is timely reminded to be too high, the person is prevented from being scalded by water, after induced current is induced in the annular coil 15, electrorheological fluid in the annular air bag 17 is supplied, the electrorheological fluid is provided with the characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid when passing through, the electrorheological fluid is converted into solid from free flowing liquid in millisecond-level time, namely, the electrorheological fluid can present certain solid phase property and can not flow, namely, the liquid state is changed into solid state, meanwhile, after the state of the electrorheological fluid is changed, the volume of the electrorheological fluid is also increased, the flow rate of water flowing through the guide pipe 2 is reduced, the water receiving person is prevented from being scalded due to too fast flow rate of the hot water, the safety of the faucet is further improved, the material of the active layer of the bimetallic strip 19 is mainly made of manganese nickel-copper alloy, nickel-chromium-iron alloy, nickel-manganese-iron alloy, nickel and the like, the material of the passive layer is mainly made of nickel-iron alloy, the nickel content is 30-45%, the expansion coefficient of the active layer of the bimetallic strip 19 is higher, the expansion coefficient of the passive layer is lower, and the expansion coefficient of the bimetallic strip 19 is not unified, and then the bimetallic strip 19 is driven to flow out 1 after the state change, the state of the electrorheological strip is changed, the water flow of the water flowing through the guide pipe is further, the water flowing through the water receiving person is prevented from being scalded, and the water from being far away from the water receiving person.
