技术领域
本发明涉及环保技术领域,具体涉及一种节能环保型通风窗。
背景技术
国家政府部门屡屡出台建筑节能新政策,各省、市、自治区也相继制定了本地建筑节能设计标准,在这种情况下,建筑门窗行业加快了科技创新、产品升级、提高质量的步伐,向社会推出了各式各样的大批新型环保节能产品,使行业得到空前发展;
目前,窗户安装使用上,由于风力大、灰尘多,影响室内环境卫生,且在长时间的使用上灰尘等杂物附着在窗户防护网上,不利于良好的通风效果,在清洁附着的杂物上,由于窗户外置原因、楼房高度较高,安全是一个很大问题,为此需要提供一种节能环保型通风窗。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种节能环保型通风窗,以解决上述提到的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种节能环保型通风窗,包括窗户框架、密封胶条、半开窗、清洁组件、滤芯组件和通风组风扇,滤芯组件包括双层过滤网、空气滤芯一和空气滤芯二;
窗户框架的内部安装有安装板,安装板与窗户框架之间设置有密封胶条,安装板的上部铰接半开窗、下部开设有通风通口,通风通口的内部设置有若干个通风组风扇,通风组风扇与通风通口内部表面之间以及通风组风扇之间均通过固定板一固定连接,通风组风扇上部通过固定板二固定通风通口内部表面,通风通口的正向表面通过螺丝连接有卡接板,卡接板靠近通风通口的一侧表面固定连接双层过滤网,通风通口内部靠近卡接板的一侧表面套接有空气滤芯一,通风通口后部的一侧表面套接有空气滤芯二,空气滤芯二与通风通口通过螺丝紧固连接;
清洁组件包括清洁电机、清洁刷板、清洁刷和滚轮,通风通口上部的安装板表面设置有丝轴杆,丝轴杆的两侧表面分别通过轴承底座的固定连接安装板,通风通口下部的安装板表面开设有滑动槽,丝轴杆的一侧表面滑动连接丝轴套、另一侧表面固定连接齿轮一,齿轮一的一侧啮合连接齿轮二,齿轮二与清洁电机固定连接,丝轴套的表面固定连接清洁刷板的一侧,清洁刷板的另一侧固定连接滚轮,滚轮转动连接在滑动槽内部,清洁刷板的底部卡接有清洁刷。
进一步的,通风组风扇数量设置为至少四个。
进一步的,固定板一表面通过安装板内嵌有亮度检测器。
进一步的,窗户框架的顶部安装有光伏板和光电转换器,光电转换器底部电性连接有电源盒,电源盒电性分别连接亮度检测器、通风组风扇和清洁电机。
综上,本发明提供一种节能环保型通风窗,通过在窗户框架顶部安装有节能电源使用的光伏板,提高通风驱动的能源使用,通过在窗户框架的底部开设有通风通口,通风通口设置向外的一侧设置有双层过滤网,以便于过滤出杂物,提过通风通口内外部均设置有空气滤芯一和空气滤芯二,实现过滤出细小灰尘,保质通风的空气洁净;
在通风上,提高空气流动,增加室内换气,通过驱动通风组风扇进行驱动,提高空气的流动,使内外空气流动换气。
在双层过滤网需要清洁时,由亮度检测器进行检测光亮,当双层过滤网上附着杂物过多,造成网孔堵塞,通风通口内部光亮明显降低,由亮度检测器检测亮度降低,控制清洁电机驱动丝轴杆转动,进而带动清洁刷板往返滑动,实现通过清洁刷对双层过滤网表面进行清洁,同时,驱动通风组风扇的电机设置为步进电机,步进电机反向驱动通风组风扇,使风向吹向外部,使双层过滤网表面的灰尘向外吹去,起到快速清洁以及保持通风通口内的洁净。

窗户框架1的内部安装有安装板7,安装板7与窗户框架1之间设置有密封胶条2,安装板7的上部铰接半开窗3、下部开设有通风通口8,通风通口8的内部设置有若干个通风组风扇6,通风组风扇6与通风通口8内部表面之间以及通风组风扇6之间均通过固定板一61固定连接,通风组风扇6上部通过固定板二62固定通风通口8内部表面,通风通口8的正向表面通过螺丝连接有卡接板63,卡接板63靠近通风通口8的一侧表面固定连接双层过滤网51,通风通口8内部靠近卡接板63的一侧表面套接有空气滤芯一52,通风通口8后部的一侧表面套接有空气滤芯二53,空气滤芯二53与通风通口8通过螺丝紧固连接;
清洁组件4包括清洁电机41、清洁刷43板42、清洁刷43和滚轮44,通风通口8上部的安装板7表面设置有丝轴杆45,丝轴杆45的两侧表面分别通过轴承底座的固定连接安装板7,通风通口8下部的安装板7表面开设有滑动槽46,丝轴杆45的一侧表面滑动连接丝轴套47、另一侧表面固定连接齿轮一48,齿轮一48的一侧啮合连接齿轮二49,齿轮二49与清洁电机41固定连接,丝轴套47的表面固定连接清洁刷43板42的一侧,清洁刷43板42的另一侧固定连接滚轮44,滚轮44转动连接在滑动槽46内部,清洁刷43板42的底部卡接有清洁刷43。

综上,本发明提供一种节能环保型通风窗,通过在窗户框架1顶部安装有节能电源使用的光伏板11,提高通风驱动的能源使用,通过在窗户框架1的底部开设有通风通口8,通风通口8设置向外的一侧设置有双层过滤网51,以便于过滤出杂物,提过通风通口8内外部均设置有空气滤芯一52和空气滤芯二53,实现过滤出细小灰尘,保质通风的空气洁净;
在通风上,提高空气流动,增加室内换气,通过驱动通风组风扇6进行驱动,提高空气的流动,使内外空气流动换气。
在双层过滤网51需要清洁时,由亮度检测器50进行检测光亮,当双层过滤网51上附着杂物过多,造成网孔堵塞,通风通口8内部光亮明显降低,由亮度检测器50检测亮度降低,控制清洁电机41驱动丝轴杆45转动,进而带动清洁刷43板42往返滑动,实现通过清洁刷43对双层过滤网51表面进行清洁,同时,驱动通风组风扇6的电机设置为步进电机,步进电机反向驱动通风组风扇6,使风向吹向外部,使双层过滤网51表面的灰尘向外吹去,起到快速清洁以及保持通风通口8内的洁净。

窗户框架的内部安装有安装板,安装板与窗户框架之间设置有密封胶条,安装板的上部铰接半开窗、下部开设有通风通口,通风通口的内部设置有若干个通风组风扇,通风组风扇与通风通口内部表面之间以及通风组风扇之间均通过固定板一固定连接,通风组风扇上部通过固定板二固定通风通口内部表面,通风通口的正向表面通过螺丝连接有卡接板,卡接板靠近通风通口的一侧表面固定连接双层过滤网,通风通口内部靠近卡接板的一侧表面套接有空气滤芯一,通风通口后部的一侧表面套接有空气滤芯二,空气滤芯二与通风通口通过螺丝紧固连接;
清洁组件包括清洁电机、清洁刷板、清洁刷和滚轮,通风通口上部的安装板表面设置有丝轴杆,丝轴杆的两侧表面分别通过轴承底座的固定连接安装板,通风通口下部的安装板表面开设有滑动槽,丝轴杆的一侧表面滑动连接丝轴套、另一侧表面固定连接齿轮一,齿轮一的一侧啮合连接齿轮二,齿轮二与清洁电机固定连接,丝轴套的表面固定连接清洁刷板的一侧,清洁刷板的另一侧固定连接滚轮,滚轮转动连接在滑动槽内部,清洁刷板的底部卡接有清洁刷。
