Abstract
The invention discloses a reusable wall connecting device, which comprises a pre-buried sleeve, a wall connecting bolt body, a bolt sleeve, a movable steel bolt, a perforated steel bolt, a nut and a gasket, wherein the pre-buried sleeve is arranged on the wall connecting bolt body; the embedded sleeve is embedded in the wall body; the front end of the pre-buried sleeve is provided with a steel bolt moving space and a perforated steel bolt clamping groove; the tapping steel bolt is clamped in the tapping steel bolt clamping groove of the pre-buried sleeve; the front part of the wall connecting bolt body is provided with a steel bolt sliding part; the movable steel bolt is sleeved on the steel bolt sliding part and can move back and forth along the steel bolt sliding part; the bolt sleeve is fixed at the top end of the front part of the wall-connected bolt body; the front end of the wall connecting bolt body penetrates through the perforated steel bolt and is sleeved in the embedded sleeve; the tail end of the wall connecting bolt body is fixedly connected with the wall connecting piece, and the wall connecting piece is locked through a gasket and a nut. After the concrete is poured, the concrete can be connected with a wall connecting piece for use; after the wall connecting piece is dismantled, the embedded wall connecting bolt body can be dismantled and used in a circulating mode, cost is reduced, and anti-seepage quality of an outer wall is improved.

After adopting the structure, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the reusable wall connecting device can be connected with a wall connecting piece for use after concrete is poured; after the wall connecting piece is dismantled, the embedded wall connecting bolt body can be dismantled, the bolt can be used in a circulating mode, the cost is reduced, the anti-seepage quality of an outer wall is improved, and the bolt has the advantages of being simple in structure, reasonable in arrangement, low in manufacturing cost and the like.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the technical solution adopted by the present embodiment is: the wall-connecting bolt comprises a pre-buried sleeve 1, a wall-connecting bolt body 4, a bolt sleeve 7, a movable steel bolt 2, a perforated steel bolt 3, a nut 6 and a gasket 7; the embedded sleeve 1 is a plastic sleeve; the embedded sleeve 1 is embedded in the wall body 8; the front end of the pre-buried sleeve 1 is provided with a steel bolt moving space 1-3 and a perforated steel bolt clamping groove 1-1; the steel bolt moving space 1-3 is a cylindrical space; the top end of the front part of the cylindrical space is provided with a bolt sleeve circular limiting groove 1-2; the perforated steel bolt 3 is clamped in the perforated steel bolt clamping groove 1-1 of the pre-buried sleeve 1; the middle part of the tapping steel bolt 3 is provided with a bolt hole for the wall connecting bolt body 4 to pass through; the front part of the wall connecting bolt body 4 is provided with a steel bolt sliding part 4-1; the section of the steel bolt sliding part 4-1 is an elliptical section; the movable steel bolt 2 is sleeved on the steel bolt sliding part 4-1 and can move back and forth along the steel bolt sliding part 4-1; the movable steel bolt 2 comprises a lantern ring 2-1 and a plurality of movable steel bolt sheets 2-2; the movable steel bolt pieces are movably connected with the lantern ring 2-1 through pin shafts 2-2 to form a horn-shaped structure which can be opened and closed; the bolt sleeve 7 is fixedly welded at the top end of the front part of the wall-connected bolt body 4; the front end of the wall connecting bolt body 4 penetrates through a bolt hole of the perforated steel bolt and is sleeved in the embedded sleeve 1; the tail end of the wall connecting bolt body 4 is provided with a thread 4-2; the tail end of the wall connecting bolt body 4 is fixedly connected with the wall connecting piece 9, and the wall connecting piece 9 is locked through the gasket 5 and the nut 6.
In the invention, the wall connecting bolt body 4 adopts a high-strength screw rod with the diameter of phi 18mm and is subjected to heat treatment, and the nut 6 adopts a national standard phi 18mm nut. When the wall bolt body 4 works, the movable steel bolt 2 is opened, the opening end of the movable steel bolt 2 is tightly pressed by the bolt sleeve 7, the lantern ring end is tightly pressed by the perforated steel bolt 3, and the movable steel bolt 2 and the wall bolt body 4 are in a fastened shape. When the wall connecting bolt body 4 needs to be detached, the gasket 5 and the nut 6 at the position of the wall connecting piece 9 are loosened and detached, the wall connecting bolt body 4 is pushed inwards, when the wall connecting bolt body is pushed to the bottom, the wall connecting bolt body 4 is slightly rotated, the movable steel bolt 2 is superposed with the wall connecting bolt body 4, and the wall connecting bolt body 4 can be pulled out outwards.

4. A reusable wall attachment according to claim 1, wherein the end of the body of the wall attachment bolt is threaded.

A reusable wall connecting means as claimed in claim 1 wherein the movable steel stud comprises a collar, a plurality of movable steel stud pieces; the movable steel bolt sheets are movably connected with the lantern ring through pin shafts to form a horn-shaped structure capable of being opened and closed.
6. A reusable wall connecting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle part of the steel stud is provided with a bolt hole for the wall connecting bolt body to pass through.
7. A reusable wall stud assembly according to claim 1, wherein the stud housing is weldable to the front end of the stud body.
8. A reusable wall attachment according to claim 1, wherein said bolt housing is threadably received within the forward end of the wall attachment bolt body.
