The pressure relief assembly 40 is arranged, if the pressure maintaining valve 37 fails, the water inlet valve 30 continuously feeds water, air in the pressure water tank 60 is compressed, when the pressure in the pressure water tank 60 continuously rises to a second preset value, the pressure in the pressure water tank 60 overcomes the elastic force of the second elastic element 43, the movable element 42 is driven to move to open the communication between the communication cavity 44 and the third pressure relief opening 34, and then the water in the pressure water tank 60 flows out from the third pressure relief opening 34, so that pressure relief is realized.
Further, the inner diameter of the third water outlet 33 is set to gradually decrease along the water outlet direction, and it may be set as a jet port, that is, the inner diameter of the third water outlet 33 gradually decreases along the water inlet direction, so that the flow rate of the water at the time of water outlet from the third water outlet 33 can be increased, and a negative pressure is generated around the water outlet end. The second valve body 31 is further provided with a suction channel 38 and a suction cap 39, one end of the suction channel 38 is located at the periphery of the third water outlet 33, the suction cap 39 is fixedly sleeved at the other end of the suction channel 38 and is provided with a gap or a hole, and the suction channel 38 is communicated with the outside through the gap or the hole. The suction cap 39 may be made of rubber.
In addition, the first water inlet 61 of the pressure water tank 60 can also be configured to be matched with the third water outlet 33, i.e. the inner diameter of the first water inlet 61 is gradually reduced along the water inlet direction. When water is discharged from the third water outlet 33, external air is sucked through the suction passage 38 and the suction cap 39 due to negative pressure generated by the jet flow, and the air enters the pressure tank 60 together with the water flow.
In practical applications, the inlet valve 30 may also adopt other inlet valve 30 structures without pressure relief function according to the requirement.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the drain valve 50 is connected to the first water outlet 62 for discharging water from the pressure tank 60. Provided with a third valve body 51, a diaphragm 52 and a third elastic member 53; the third valve body 51 is provided with a first chamber 54 and a second chamber 55, the first chamber 54 is provided with a fourth water inlet 56 and a fourth water outlet 57, and the fourth water inlet 56 is communicated with a first water outlet 62 of a pressure water tank 60. The fourth water inlet 56 may be formed in a long tube shape, and its end may be inserted into the pressure tank 60 near the bottom.
The second chamber 55 is provided with a first pressure relief opening 58 and the diaphragm 52 is located between the first chamber 54 and the second chamber 55 and is provided with an overflow aperture 52a, which overflow aperture 52a communicates the fourth water inlet 56 with the second chamber 55. The third elastic member 53 is stretched between the diaphragm 52 and the inner wall of the second chamber 55, and drives the diaphragm 52 to close the communication between the fourth water inlet 56 and the fourth water outlet 57, so as to close the water discharge. When the first pressure relief opening 58 is not relieved, when the fourth water inlet 56 is filled with water, water flows into the second cavity 55 through the overflowing hole 52a until the second cavity 55 is filled with water, at this time, the water pressure on the two sides of the diaphragm 52 is the same, and the third elastic piece 53 drives the diaphragm 52 to block the fourth water outlet 57. When the first pressure relief port 58 is opened for pressure relief, water in the second chamber 55 flows out through the first pressure relief port 58, the pressure in the second chamber 55 drops sharply, the water pressure in the first chamber 54 jacks up the diaphragm 52, the fourth water outlet 57 is opened, and water flow is discharged from the fourth water outlet 57.
The water discharge valve 50 of the present invention uses the pressure difference between the first chamber 54 and the second chamber 55 to drive the diaphragm 52 to move so as to open or close the water discharge, and has a simple and reliable structure. Other common drain valves can be adopted according to the requirement.
Referring to fig. 10-18, the pressure relief control valve 10 is connected to a first pressure relief port 58, which can be operated to open or close the discharge valve 50 to discharge water, or open the discharge valve 50 to discharge water when the pressure of the pressurized water tank 60 reaches a first preset value, so as to relieve the pressure of the pressurized water tank 60. Specifically, the pressure relief control valve 10 includes a first valve body 11, a case 12, and a control assembly 20. The first valve body 11 is provided with a second water inlet 13, a second water outlet 14 and a first pressure chamber 15, the second water inlet 13 is communicated with the first pressure relief port 58 of the drain valve 50, and the first pressure chamber 15 is communicated with the second water outlet 14. The sleeve body 12 is arranged in the first valve body 11 and is provided with a second pressure cavity 16, the second pressure cavity 16 is communicated with a second water inlet 13 and is provided with a second pressure relief port 17, and the second pressure relief port 17 is communicated with the first pressure cavity 15; the control component 20 is movably arranged through the sleeve body 12 to block or open the second pressure relief opening 17, so as to open or close the drain valve 50 for draining.
Wherein, the periphery of the cover body 12 near one end of the second water inlet 13 is provided with a sealing part 12a to be in sealing fit with the inner wall of the first valve body 11, so that the second water inlet 13 is not communicated with the first pressure chamber 16. The sealing part 12a is provided with a hole at the position of the second water inlet 13 to communicate the second water inlet 13 with the second pressure chamber 16, and the second pressure relief port 17 is positioned at the other end of the sleeve body 12 and close to the second water outlet 14. The position of the second pressure relief port 17 is not limited to this, and may be located at a suitable position such as a side portion of the sheath body 12.
The control assembly 20 comprises a control rod 21, a movable sleeve 22 and a first elastic element 23, the control rod 21 is slidably arranged through the sleeve body 12, and the tail end of the control rod is inserted into the first pressure cavity 15; the movable sleeve 22 is movably sleeved outside the second pressure relief opening 17 and is in transmission connection with the tail end of the control rod 21; the first elastic member 23 is stretched between the inner wall of the first pressure chamber 15 and the movable sleeve 22 so that the movable sleeve 22 closes the second relief port 17.
Further, a second pressure relief port 17 is positioned at the tail end of the sleeve body 12; the bottom of the inner wall of the movable sleeve 22 is provided with a first sealing gasket 24 for sealing the second pressure relief opening 17, and the side part is provided with a water through hole 22a for communicating the second pressure relief opening 17 and the first pressure chamber 15.
In order to ensure the moving reliability of the control rod 21, two guide holes 12b are also formed on the sealing part 12a of the sleeve body 12; the control rod 21 comprises a pressing portion 25 and two rod bodies 26 connected with each other, the pressing portion 25 is located at the top end of the sleeve body 12 and sleeved with a button 27, and the tail ends of the two rod bodies 26 penetrate through the corresponding guide holes 12b to be in transmission contact with the movable sleeve 22. The control rod 21 is movably guided and limited by the guide hole 12 b.
In the present invention, the pressure tank 60, the second chamber 55 of the drain valve 50, and the second pressure chamber 16 of the pressure relief control valve 10 are communicated with each other and have the same pressure, and the pressure relief control valve 10 drives the movable sleeve 22 to move to open the second pressure relief opening 17 by pressing the control rod 21, so that the first pressure chamber 15 is communicated with the second pressure chamber 16, and further communicated with the second chamber 55 of the drain valve 50, and therefore the drain valve 50 can be controlled to open or close the drain by the pressure relief control valve 10. When the pressure of the pressurized water tank 60 reaches the first preset value, the pressure of the second pressure chamber 16 of the pressure relief control valve 10 can overcome the elastic force of the first elastic member 23 to drive the movable sleeve 22 to move downwards to open the second pressure relief opening 17, and then the drain valve 50 can be opened to drain water to realize the pressure relief of the pressurized water tank 60 until the pressure of the pressurized water tank 60 is smaller than the first preset value.
The first valve body 11 of the present invention has a main body 11a and a cover 11b, the sleeve 12, the movable sleeve 22 and the first elastic member 23 are disposed in the main body 11a, the two rods 26 of the control rod 21 are disposed in the main body 11a, the pressing portion 25 is disposed on the top of the main body 11a, and the cover 11b is detachably fixed on the top of the main body 11 a. A space for the pressing portion 25 to move is formed between the cover 11b and the sealing portion 12a of the sleeve 12 to limit the pressing portion 25 in cooperation with the sleeve 12. The button 27 is slidably disposed through the cover 11b to facilitate the pressing operation. According to the requirement, a guide strip can be arranged on the periphery of the button 27, a guide groove can be arranged on the cover body 11b, and the guide strip is embedded in the guide groove to realize sliding fit.
In the present invention, in order to prevent water inside the first valve body 11 from leaking from the cover body 11b, a second sealing gasket 18 is further sleeved at the joint of the cover body 11b and the main body 11a, and the second sealing gasket 18 is provided with a hole for the button 27 to pass through, so as to achieve a sealing effect.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 19 to 21, a water diversion box 70 is further included, the water diversion box 70 is provided with at least one water inlet 71, at least two water outlets 72 and a water mixing cavity, and the water mixing cavity is communicated with the water inlet 71 and the water outlets 72; the water outlet end of the drain valve 50 is communicated with the water inlet hole 71. The number of the water outlet holes 71 can correspond to the number of the flushing assemblies, and the number of the water inlet holes 72 can be set to be one, two or more according to requirements.
The water diversion box 70 is used for mixing water discharged from the flushing assembly and then sending out the mixed water through the water outlet hole 72. Wherein, the inner diameters of at least two water outlet holes 72 of the water distribution box 70 are set according to a preset proportion value, namely, the water flow with different flow is output by setting different inner diameters of the water outlet holes 72. The ratio may be set as needed, and is not limited herein.
In addition, the water diversion box 70 is further provided with a connection hole 73, and the connection hole 73 is communicated with the second water outlet 14 of the pressure relief control valve 10, that is, the pressure relief water discharged from the pressure relief control valve 10 can also be sent to the water diversion box 70 for mixing.
In the present invention, the relationship between the set value of the pressure maintaining valve 37 and the first preset value and the second preset value of the pressure water tank 60 is sequentially increased, for example, the set value (i.e. the pressure relief value) of the pressure maintaining valve 37 is 0.16Mpa, the first preset value of the pressure water tank 60 is 0.25Mpa, and the second preset value is 0.35Mpa, so that when the internal pressure of the pressure water tank 60 reaches 0.16Mpa, the pressure maintaining valve 37 is closed to stop water inflow. When the pressure stabilizing valve 37 fails, if the internal pressure of the pressure water tank 60 reaches 0.25Mpa, the water inlet valve 30 is opened to release the pressure. When the pressure relief function of the water inlet valve 30 fails, the pressure relief control valve 10 is opened to relieve pressure when the internal pressure of the pressure water tank 60 reaches 0.35 Mpa.
Based on this, the present invention further provides a toilet, which comprises a main body, wherein the main body is provided with a first flushing channel and a second flushing channel, and the pressure type flushing device further comprises the above mentioned pressure type flushing device, wherein one water outlet 72 is communicated with the first flushing channel, and the other water outlet 72 is communicated with the second flushing channel.
Wherein, the water outlet 72 is connected with the first flushing flow channel or the second flushing flow channel through a hose. The first runner of washing can be the main runner of washing, and the second runner of washing can be the circle of washing runner, then when setting up two apopore 72 internal diameter proportions, the apopore 72 internal diameter that links to each other with the main runner of washing can be greater than another apopore 72.
The system and the toilet of the invention take two flushing components as an example, and the working principle is as follows:
the pressure water tanks 60 of the two flushing assemblies simultaneously feed water, the water in the water inlet pipeline 35 flows into the third water inlet 32 of the water inlet valve 30 through the pressure stabilizing valve 37, and is injected into the pressure water tank 60 through the third water outlet 33 and the first water inlet 61 and mixed air, the pressure in the pressure water tank 60 continuously rises, and when the pressure in the pressure water tank 60 is greater than the set value of the pressure stabilizing valve 37, the pressure stabilizing valve 37 is closed, and the water feeding to the pressure water tank 60 is stopped.
At this time, the drain valve 50 and the pressure relief control valve 10 are in a closed state, that is, the fourth water inlet 56 of the drain valve 50 is communicated with the inside of the pressure tank 60, the diaphragm 52 blocks the fourth water outlet 57, the movable sleeve 22 of the pressure relief control valve 10 blocks the second pressure relief opening 17, and the water in the pressure tank 60 can fill the second cavity 55 of the drain valve 50 and the second pressure cavity 16 of the pressure relief control valve 10.
When the water discharge is started, the button 27 on the control rod 21 is pressed downwards, the two rod bodies 26 move downwards to push the movable sleeve 22, the movable sleeve 22 moves downwards to open the second pressure relief port 17 under the action of the first elastic piece 23, water in the second pressure cavity 16 enters the first pressure cavity 15, the pressure of the second cavity 55 of the water discharge valves 50 of the two water discharge assemblies is relieved simultaneously, the water discharge valves 50 start to discharge water simultaneously, water in the pressure water tank 60 is discharged into the water distribution box 70 through the first water outlet 62, the fourth water inlet 56 and the fourth water outlet 57, flows out of the two water outlet holes 72 according to the proportion and enters the first washing flow channel and the second washing flow channel respectively to wash the body.
In the present invention, the pressure water tanks 60 of the plurality of water outlet assemblies are independent of each other, and the shape and size of the pressure water tank 60 can be set according to the need, for example, it is cylindrical, conical or square, etc. to facilitate installation at a suitable position in the toilet.
Example two
A pressure type flushing device and a toilet bowl have the same main structure as the first embodiment, namely, the structure of a pressure relief control valve 10 and a flushing assembly is the same, and the difference is that: the water distribution box 70 is not arranged, the fourth water outlet 57 of the water discharge valve 50 of one flushing component is communicated with the first flushing flow passage through a pipeline, and the fourth water outlet 57 of the water discharge valve 50 of the other flushing component is communicated with the second flushing flow passage through a pipeline.
In this embodiment, the first flushing flow passage may be a main flushing flow passage, and the second flushing flow passage may be a wash ring flow passage, so that the volume of the pressure water tank 60 connected with the first flushing flow passage may be larger than that of the pressure water tank 60 connected with the second flushing flow passage, so as to meet the requirements of different flushing water amounts.
In this embodiment, one pressure relief control valve 10 may be used to control at least two flushing assemblies simultaneously, or a plurality of pressure relief control valves 10 may be used to control the corresponding flushing assemblies respectively.
In this embodiment, the working principle of the pressure release valve and the water outlet assembly is basically the same as that of the first embodiment.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modifications made by using the design concept should fall within the scope of infringing the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A pressure type flushing device is characterized in that: comprises a pressure relief control valve and at least two flushing assemblies; each flushing component is provided with a pressure water tank, a water inlet valve and a drainage valve, the pressure water tank is provided with a first water inlet and a first water outlet, the water inlet valve is connected with the first water inlet, and the drainage valve is connected with the first water outlet and is provided with a first pressure relief port; the pressure relief control valve is connected with the first pressure relief opening to be controlled to open or close the drainage valve to drain water, or the drainage valve is opened to drain water when the pressure of the pressure water tank reaches a first preset value, so that the pressure of the pressure water tank is relieved.

A pressure flushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water inlet pipeline is connected with the water inlet ends of the water inlet valves of the at least two flushing assemblies; the water distribution box is provided with at least one water inlet hole, at least two water outlet holes and a water mixing cavity, and the water mixing cavity is communicated with the water inlet hole and the water outlet holes; the water outlet end of the drain valve is communicated with the water inlet hole.
3. A pressure flushing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the inner diameters of at least two water outlet holes of the water distribution box are set according to a preset proportion value.

A pressure flushing device as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein: the pressure relief control valve comprises a first valve body, a sleeve body and a control assembly; the first valve body is provided with a second water inlet, a second water outlet and a first pressure cavity, the second water inlet is communicated with the first pressure relief port, and the first pressure cavity is communicated with the second water outlet; the sleeve body is arranged in the first valve body and is provided with a second pressure cavity which is communicated with the second water inlet and is provided with a second pressure relief opening which is communicated with the first pressure cavity; the control component is movably arranged in the sleeve body in a penetrating way to block or open the second pressure relief opening.

A pressure flushing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the control assembly comprises a control rod, a movable sleeve and a first elastic piece, the control rod is slidably arranged in the sleeve body in a penetrating mode, and the tail end of the control rod is inserted into the first pressure cavity; the movable sleeve is movably sleeved outside the second pressure relief opening and is in transmission connection with the tail end of the control rod; the first elastic piece is propped between the inner wall of the first pressure cavity and the movable sleeve so that the movable sleeve closes the second pressure relief opening.

A pressure flushing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the second pressure relief port is positioned at the tail end of the sleeve body; the bottom of the inner wall of the movable sleeve is provided with a first sealing gasket for sealing the second pressure relief opening, and the side part of the inner wall of the movable sleeve is provided with a limber hole for communicating the second pressure relief opening with the first pressure cavity.

A pressure flushing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the sleeve body is provided with two guide holes; the control rod comprises a pressing part and two rod bodies which are connected, the pressing part is positioned at the top end of the sleeve body and sleeved with a button, and the tail ends of the two rod bodies penetrate through corresponding guide holes to be in transmission contact with the movable sleeve.
