Abstract
The invention discloses an on-line dispensing fast curing sealant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the on-line dispensing fast curing sealant comprises the following components: 100 parts of functional group-terminated polymethylsiloxane; 1-20 parts of alkaline earth metal compound and mixture thereof; 1-20 parts of modified silicone oil; 1-30 parts of fumed silica; 1-12 parts of a mixed crosslinking agent; 1-50 parts of high-temperature filler; 0.002-10 parts of catalyst; 0-10 parts of pigment. The on-line dispensing fast curing sealant disclosed by the invention has better sealing oil resistance, heat-resistant stability and solvent resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of sealing glue, and particularly relates to an online glue-dispensing fast-curing sealant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sealing waterproof material is very critical in industries such as security products, electric tools, water meters and electric meters, small kitchen appliances, outdoor illumination, electric equipment, new energy, car lamps, automobiles, industrial control equipment, communication and the like, and is related to the quality and the service life of the products. At present, in the industries, when the traditional compression molding sealing ring is used and equipment is assembled, workers are required to manually install the sealing ring on each product so as to achieve the aim of sealing and waterproofing.

cooling to room temperature, adding 1-12 parts of mixed cross-linking agent, 0.002-10 parts of catalyst and 0-10 parts of pigment, stirring for 10-50min under vacuum isolation and emptying, and preparing the on-line dispensing fast curing sealant.

According to the on-line dispensing fast curing sealant and the preparation method thereof, polysiloxane with a main chain functional group and polysiloxane with a side chain containing a functional group are mixed for use, so that a crosslinking point is improved, and the tearing strength of an elastomer is improved. The alkaline earth metal compound and the mixture thereof are added in the formula to improve the sealing oil resistance of the sealant in hot oil, the oxides such as ferric oxide, cerium oxide and the like and the mixture are added in the formula to improve the heat resistance stability of the sealant, and the solvent resistance of the sealant can be improved by adding the modified silicone oil.

The general idea of the application is to provide a sealing glue which can be quickly cured and can be used for dispensing in the assembling process (also called on-line dispensing), industries such as security products, electric tools, water meter ammeters, small kitchen appliances, outdoor lighting, electric steam equipment, new energy, car lights, cars, industrial control equipment, communication and the like, and a traditional preformed silica gel and silicon rubber sealing ring waterproof scheme. The novel automatic waterproof sealing solution is provided for the problems that the traditional sealing ring needs manual assembly, neglected assembly, poor assembly and the like.
In one embodiment, an on-line dispensing fast curing sealant is provided, which comprises the following components:
100 parts of functional group-terminated polymethylsiloxane; 1-20 parts of alkaline earth metal compound and mixture thereof; 1-20 parts of modified silicone oil; 1-30 parts of fumed silica; 1-12 parts of a mixed crosslinking agent; 1-50 parts of high-temperature filler; 0.002-10 parts of catalyst; 0-10 parts of pigment.
In one example of the present application, the alkaline earth metal compound and the mixture thereof may be magnesium hydroxide or calcium carbonate, etc.
In one example of the present application, the hybrid crosslinking agent may be hydrogen-containing silicone oil or alkoxy siloxane, or the like.
In one example of the present application, the high temperature filler may be iron oxide or cerium oxide, etc.
As an example of the present application, the catalyst may be titanium or platinum, etc.
In an example of the present application, the pigment may be titanium dioxide, carbon powder, or the like.
In one example of the present application, the modified silicone oil is a monoalkoxy-terminated silicone oil, or an epoxy-terminated silicone oil, or the like. The functional group-terminated polymethylsiloxane is mixed with modified silicone oil for use, so that the polysiloxane with the main chain functional group is mixed with the polysiloxane with the side chain containing the functional group, and the crosslinking point is improved

In this embodiment, the functional selectivity promoter is dimethyl silicone oil or phenyl silicone oil. According to different flowing states required, adding a proper amount of functional selectivity auxiliary agent, adjusting the increased parts according to the flowing needs, wherein the more the addition, the larger the flowing.
The viscosity of the fast curing sealant is dispensed on line by the application, which is determined by the polymethyl siloxane terminated by functional groups with different viscosities, and the total viscosity of the prepared glue is close to that of the glue with different amounts of other materials, and the elasticity and the hardness are different.
The specific components of the in-line spot-on fast cure sealant of different viscosities are further illustrated by specific examples below.

cooling to room temperature, adding 1-12 parts of mixed cross-linking agent, 0.002-10 parts of catalyst and 0-10 parts of pigment, stirring for 10-50min under vacuum isolation and emptying, and preparing the on-line dispensing fast curing sealant.
An example of the preparation method of the on-line dispensing fast curing sealant further comprises the following steps:
adding 1-12 parts of mixed cross-linking agent, 0.002-10 parts of catalyst and 0-10 parts of pigment, stirring for 10-50min under vacuum isolation, adding 0.1-2 parts of functional selective assistant, and continuously stirring for 10-50min under vacuum isolation to prepare the on-line dispensing fast curing sealant.
In practical application, the prepared on-line dispensing fast curing sealant is dispensed into a mould to be vulcanized into an O-shaped ring test piece with a certain standard, and the sealing performance is tested after the O-shaped ring test piece is vulcanized for 7 days at room temperature.
Experiments prove that the material has excellent operability, can meet the requirement of complicated product sealing and waterproof design through an automatic scheme, greatly reduces the man-hour of manually installing the sealing ring, and simultaneously reduces the bad ratio of manually installing the sealing ring. After the sealing material is cured, the sealing material has good weather resistance, can stably work in an environment range from-50 ℃ to +180 ℃. The acid and alkali resistance is good, and the coating can be suitable for various complex application environments. After the material is cured, the material is very easy to repair, only needs to be easily peeled by hands, and has no residue.
