Abstract
The invention provides a hot melt adhesive tape of a medical operating coat and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of polymer product processing. The hot-melt adhesive tape provided by the invention is of a three-layer structure, wherein the three-layer structure comprises a mesh fabric substrate layer, a waterproof layer and a hot-melt adhesive layer, the waterproof layer is a middle layer, and the hot-melt adhesive layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 90-97% of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, 2-5% of nano calcium carbonate, 1-3% of hydrolysis resistant agent, 0.2-1% of antioxidant and 0.2-1% of ultraviolet absorbent. The heat-sealing adhesive tape is formed by compounding the mesh fabric substrate layer, the waterproof layer and the hot-melt adhesive layer, when the heat-sealing adhesive tape is used at the joint of medical surgical gowns, the requirements of WS/T508-2016 and WS310.2-2016 on washing and steam sterilization can be met, the bonding fastness can reach more than 10N/cm, and the hydrostatic pressure can reach 1000mmH 2 O, has good hydrolysis resistance.

The invention relates to the technical field of polymer product processing, mainly relates to a hot melt adhesive, and particularly relates to a hot melt adhesive tape for medical surgical gowns and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The old medical operating gown is not generally subjected to waterproof treatment, and germs and blood easily permeate to cause injury to medical workers. In recent years, although the technology of performing waterproof treatment on the fabric of the operating coat appears, the waterproof treatment is mainly performed by attaching a waterproof coating and then performing glue pressing treatment on the thread position, so that the aim of better protection for obstructing germs and blood is fulfilled.
Since the medical instruments need to be sterilized, steam sterilization (134 ℃,4-6 min) and high-temperature water washing are generally performed. Washing and disinfecting procedure WS/T508-2016 technical hospital medical fabric washing and disinfecting specifications and WS310.2-2016 section 2 of hospital disinfection supply center: specification of cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing techniques. Most of common three-layer adhesive tapes, namely screen cloth, a waterproof coating and an adhesive hot melt adhesive, are used in the field of outdoor and leisure, the washing procedure of the clothes is GB/T8629N, namely washing at 40 ℃ and drying at 60 ℃, and the requirement on the temperature resistance of the adhesive tapes is not high. If the common three-layer adhesive tape is applied to the medical surgical gown, the phenomena of poor appearance and poor waterproof performance, such as adhesion fastness, edge rising, shrinkage and the like, caused by the fact that the hot melt adhesive does not resist temperature, can occur after multiple times of washing and sterilization under the standard water washing and steam sterilization of WS/T508-2016 and WS 310.2-2016.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hot melt adhesive tape for medical surgical gowns and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that the phenomena of poor appearance such as bonding fastness, edge rise, shrinkage and the like and poor waterproof performance caused by the fact that a hot melt adhesive is not resistant to temperature can occur after the conventional three-layer adhesive tape is applied to the medical surgical gowns and is washed and sterilized for multiple times.
In order to achieve the above purpose, in a first aspect, the invention provides a hot melt adhesive tape for medical surgical gowns, the hot melt adhesive tape is of a three-layer structure, the three-layer structure comprises a mesh fabric substrate layer, a waterproof layer and a hot melt adhesive layer, and the waterproof layer is a middle layer, wherein the hot melt adhesive layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 90-97% of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, 2-5% of nano calcium carbonate, 1-3% of anti-hydrolysis agent, 0.2-1% of antioxidant and 0.2-1% of ultraviolet absorbent.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the mesh fabric substrate layer can play a role in increasing the strength of the heat-seal adhesive tape, protecting the waterproof film from abrasion and increasing the wearing experience; the waterproof layer can play a role in resisting temperature and can ensure that no glue penetration occurs during processing. The hot melt adhesive layer is made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, so that the requirements of washing and steam sterilization can be met, and the bonding fastness between the hot melt adhesive layer (equivalent to a hot melt adhesive tape) and the fabric of the operating coat is ensured. The addition of the nano calcium carbonate can improve the temperature resistance of the hot melt adhesive layer, so that the hot melt adhesive layer has good dimensional stability at high temperature; the addition of hydrolysis resistant auxiliary agent ensures that the hydrostatic pressure can reach 1000mmH when the hot melt adhesive tape is used for medical operating gown 2 O, hydrolysis resistance is obviously improved.
When the hot melt adhesive tape is used, the seam of the medical operating coat prepared by adopting the three-layer composite fabric can meet the requirements of WS/T508-2016 and WS310.2-2016 on washing and steam sterilization, and the bonding fastness can reach over 10N/cm.
As a preferable embodiment of the hot-melt adhesive tape for medical surgical gowns according to the present invention, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber has a softening point of 155 o C, melt index at 190 ℃ under 2.16kg test conditions of 10g/10min.
Repeated experiments show that the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber with the technical parameters can better meet the requirements of washing and steam sterilization, and the bonding fastness between the hot melt adhesive layer and the fabric of the operating coat is improved.
As a preferred embodiment of the hot melt adhesive tape for medical gowns according to the present invention, the hydrolysis resistant agent is polycarbodiimide, the antioxidant includes at least one of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 168 and antioxidant 1076, and the ultraviolet absorber includes at least one of UV328, UV326 and UV 234.
As a preferred embodiment of the hot melt adhesive tape for medical surgical gowns according to the present invention, the mesh substrate layer includes at least one of a 20D polyester warp knitted mesh and a 20D chiffon polyester mesh.
The terylene mesh cloth has better temperature resistance and thermal contraction resistance.
As a preferable embodiment of the hot melt adhesive tape for medical surgical gowns according to the present invention, the waterproof layer is a PU waterproof coating layer.
In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a method for preparing a hot melt adhesive tape, comprising the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing raw material components of the hot melt adhesive layer, and performing melt extrusion by using a single screw extruder to obtain a cast film serving as the hot melt adhesive layer;

As a preferable embodiment of the production method of the present invention, the thickness of the cast film in the step (1) is 0.15mm.
In the technical scheme of the invention, if the thickness of the casting film is too thin, the hot melt adhesive cannot well permeate into the waterproof film layer during hot pressing, and forms good adhesion with the waterproof film layer, so that the problems of water seepage, no germ, blood and the like can be solved; if the thickness of the casting film is too thick, excessive hot melt adhesive can cause severe glue overflow and affect the appearance during hot pressing. When taken together, the thickness of the cast film is preferably 0.15mm.
As a preferred embodiment of the preparation method of the present invention, the extrusion temperature of the single-screw extruder in the step (1) is 150 to 170 o C, die temperature of 165 o C。

b. Washing with WS/T508-2016 water for 50 times and testing net water pressure of 410mmH 2 O, the edges of the adhesive tapes are not firmly bonded with the fabric after washing, and the edges are easy to rise;
c. sterilizing by steam WS310.2-2016 for 50 times, and testing net water pressure of 500mmH 2 O;
d. The T peel force of the bonding of the heat-sealing adhesive tape and the three-layer composite fabric of the operating coat is tested to be 8.5N/cm according to the method GB/2791-1995.
Comparative example 2
The structure of the hot melt adhesive tape of the comparative example is substantially the same as that of example 1, except that the hot melt adhesive layer of the comparative example comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 97% of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, 1% of nano calcium carbonate, 1% of polycarbodiimide, 0.5% of antioxidant 1010 and 0.5% of UV 328;
the preparation method of the hot melt adhesive tape of this comparative example was the same as that of example 1.
Comparative Effect example 2
The hot melt adhesive tape prepared in comparative example 2 was tested for properties in the same manner as in example 1.
The test results were as follows:
a. testing the hydrostatic pressure value of 1000mmH before water washing according to the method GB/T4744-2013 2 O;
b. Washing with WS/T508-2016 water for 50 times and testing net water pressure of 1000mmH 2 O;
c. The strip shrinks (about 10% in the transverse direction and about 5% in the longitudinal direction) 50 times according to the WS310.2-2016 steam sterilization method, and the net water pressure value is 500mmH 2 O;
d. The T peel force of the bonding between the heat-sealing adhesive tape and the three-layer composite fabric of the operating coat is tested to be 11.3N/cm according to the method GB/2791-1995.
Comparative example 3
The structure of the hot melt adhesive tape of this comparative example was the same as that of example 1;
the preparation method of the hot melt adhesive tape of this comparative example was substantially the same as in example 1, except that the extrusion temperature of the single screw extruder in step (1) of this comparative example was 160 to 180 ℃ o C, die temperature 175 o C。
Comparative Effect example 3
The hot melt adhesive tape prepared in comparative example 3 was tested for properties in the same manner as in example 1.
The test results were as follows:
a. the hydrostatic pressure value before washing is 1000mmH according to the method of GB/T4744-2013 2 O;
b. Washing with WS/T508-2016 water for 50 times and testing the net water pressure value to 810mmH 2 O, after washing, the edges of the adhesive tapes are not firmly bonded with the fabric, and the edges are easy to rise;
c. the strip shrinks (about 10% in the transverse direction and about 5% in the longitudinal direction) 50 times according to the WS310.2-2016 steam sterilization method, and the net water pressure value is 500mmH 2 O;
d. The T peel force of the bonding of the heat-sealing adhesive tape and the three-layer composite fabric of the operating coat is tested to be 8.5N/cm according to the method GB/2791-1995.

The utility model provides a hot melt adhesive tape of medical surgical gown, its characterized in that, hot melt adhesive tape is three layer construction, three layer construction is screen cloth substrate layer, waterproof layer and hot melt adhesive layer respectively, and the waterproof layer is the intermediate level, wherein, hot melt adhesive layer includes the following mass percent's component: 93-95% of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, 2-5% of nano calcium carbonate, 1-3% of hydrolysis resistant agent, 0.2-1% of antioxidant and 0.2-1% of ultraviolet absorbent;
the softening point of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber is 155 ℃, and the melt index under the test conditions of 190 ℃ and 2.16kg is 10g/10min;
the preparation method of the hot melt adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing raw material components of the hot melt adhesive layer, and performing melt extrusion by using a single screw extruder to obtain a cast film serving as the hot melt adhesive layer;
(2) Heating and compounding the cast film, the waterproof layer and the mesh substrate layer to obtain the hot melt adhesive tape;
the extrusion temperature of the single-screw extruder in the step (1) is 150-170 ℃, and the die head temperature is 165 ℃.
2. The hot melt adhesive tape of claim 1, wherein the anti-hydrolysis agent is polycarbodiimide, the antioxidant comprises at least one of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 168, and antioxidant 1076, and the ultraviolet absorber comprises at least one of UV328, UV326, and UV 234.
3. The hot-melt adhesive tape of claim 1, wherein the scrim substrate layer comprises at least one of a 20D polyester warp knit scrim or a 20D chiffon polyester scrim.
4. A hot-melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the water-repellent layer is a PU water-repellent coating.
5. A hot-melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the cast film in the step (1) is 0.15mm.
6. The hot-melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the heating temperature in the step (2) is 140 ℃ and the composite pressure is 6kg.
7. The hot-melt adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein in the step (1) of mixing the raw material components, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber with the same amount as the nano calcium carbonate is taken, uniformly mixed with the nano calcium carbonate and then mixed with the rest raw materials.
