Abstract
The invention relates to a method for processing mixed liquid containing acetonitrile and n-heptane, which comprises the steps of carrying out extraction phase separation on the mixture and water, extracting a light phase to obtain an n-heptane product, extracting a heavy phase to obtain a mixture containing acetonitrile, water and a first material, and dehydrating the first material to obtain an acetonitrile product. The invention can separate and recover high-purity n-heptane and acetonitrile products from the mixture of acetonitrile and n-heptane respectively.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for treating a mixed liquid containing acetonitrile and n-heptane.
Background
Acetonitrile is typically nitrile-reactive and is used to prepare many typical nitrogen-containing compounds, an important organic intermediate. Acetonitrile can be used for synthesizing solvents of vitamin A, cortisone, carbon amine drugs and intermediates thereof, and also can be used for preparing active medium solvents of vitamin B1 and amino acid.
N-heptane is mainly used as standard substance for measuring octane number, and can also be used as anesthetic, solvent, raw material for organic synthesis and experimental reagent preparation.
In the pharmaceutical industry, the mixture of acetonitrile and n-heptane cannot be separated by ordinary rectification, because the acetonitrile and the n-heptane have azeotropy, and the azeotropic composition is acetonitrile: n-heptane 0.4:0.6, difficult to separate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a method for treating a mixed liquid containing acetonitrile and n-heptane.
The processing method comprises the following steps:
and (3) carrying out extraction phase separation on the mixture and water, extracting a light phase to obtain an n-heptane product, extracting a heavy phase to obtain a mixture containing acetonitrile, water and a first material, and dehydrating the first material to obtain an acetonitrile product.
In some embodiments, the extractive phase separation is performed in a liquid-liquid extraction column, with the n-heptane product being taken overhead and the first stream being taken bottoms.
The invention can separate and recover high-purity n-heptane and acetonitrile products from the mixture of acetonitrile and n-heptane respectively.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the process flow for a mixture of acetonitrile and n-heptane.
Detailed Description
The extraction tower in this embodiment includes not only a tower body, but also relevant corollary equipment and instrumentation systems, such as relevant pumps, pipelines, valves, control systems, and the like, configured for the extraction tower in order to realize extraction split-phase extraction.
The method for treating the mixed solution containing the acetonitrile and the n-heptane mainly comprises the following steps of:
and (3) carrying out extraction phase separation on the mixture and water, extracting a light phase to obtain an n-heptane product, extracting a heavy phase to obtain a mixture containing acetonitrile, water and a first material, and dehydrating the first material to obtain an acetonitrile product.
The contents in the present example are weight percentages unless otherwise specified.
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
The mixture of this example contains 80% n-heptane and 20% acetonitrile, the mixture is extracted with water for phase separation, the extraction phase separation is performed in a liquid-liquid extraction column, the acetonitrile which is easily soluble in water is absorbed by water during the extraction process to form a heavy phase, the n-heptane which is hardly soluble in water forms a light phase, the discharge of the light phase contains more than 99.99% n-heptane, trace amounts of water and acetonitrile, and the discharge of the heavy phase contains about 40% acetonitrile, 60% water, and less than 10ppm n-heptane. The discharged light phase can be directly used as an n-heptane product, and the discharged heavy phase can be further dehydrated to obtain an acetonitrile product.
The embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative, and not restrictive, of the scope of the claims, and other substantially equivalent alternatives may occur to those skilled in the art and are within the scope of the present invention.
