Claims (9)
1. A combined filter element dual water supply water purifier comprises: the filter comprises a first-fourth stage filter cylinder, a cylinder cover, a first-seventh stage filter element, a water inlet, a first-third stage water outlet, a communicating pipe, a waste water outlet, a booster pump, a high-pressure switch, a low-pressure switch, a waste water ratio, an electromagnetic valve and a water flow switch; the first-fourth stage filter cartridges are cylindrical housings that house filter elements, and include: the connecting short sleeve, the sealing gasket, the sealing ring, the water inlet and the water outlet; the upper part of the filter cylinder is provided with a filter cylinder opening, a plurality of J-shaped clamping grooves are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer circle and used for clamping the cylinder cover, and the sealing between the filter cylinder and the cylinder cover is realized through a sealing ring; the lower part is sealed and internally provided with a connecting short sleeve which is used for connecting the combined filter cores and realizing mutual sealing between the combined filter cores and between the filter cylinders through a sealing gasket, and a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged outside;
the cartridge cover is a device for closing or opening the filter cartridge, and comprises: the clamping and connecting plate, the sealing plate, the bolt, the nut, the fixing sleeve and the spring; the clamping plate is circular and is uniformly provided with a plurality of clamping lugs along the excircle, the clamping lugs play a role of clamping J-shaped clamping grooves of the filter cartridge, a nut is arranged in the middle of the clamping plate, and the clamping plate is arranged at the upper part of the cartridge cover; the sealing plate is circularly arranged at the lower part of the cylinder cover and plays a role of sealing the filter cylinder, the middle part of the sealing plate is provided with a fixing sleeve which is sleeved with a bolt circular table, one end of the bolt is provided with the circular table, the other end of the bolt is provided with an inner hexagonal wrench hole, the clamping and connecting plate and the sealing plate are connected together through a bolt, a nut, the fixing sleeve and a spring to form an integral cylinder cover, and the purposes of sealing and opening the cover are achieved through loosening the bolt; the method comprises the following steps: when the cover is sealed, the cylinder cover is placed into the filter cylinder opening, the clamping convex block is placed into the J-shaped clamping groove, the cylinder cover is rotated for a certain angle, the clamping convex block is clamped in the J-shaped clamping groove, the bolt is screwed down, the sealing plate moves downwards to compress the sealing ring, and the filter cylinder is sealed; when the cover is opened, the bolt is unscrewed to enable the sealing plate to move upwards and the clamping plate to rotate for a certain angle, and then the barrel cover can be taken out.

The combined filter element dual water supply purifier according to claim 1, characterized in that the first to seventh filter elements are water treatment devices for respectively performing filtering, adsorption and sterilization, and respectively comprise: the filter comprises a primary PP cotton filter element or a microporous ceramic filter element, a cylindrical secondary hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane filter element, a combined filter element formed by sleeving a primary filter element and a secondary filter element, and is inserted into a primary filter cylinder; the three-stage carbon fiber filter element or the high-density compressed activated carbon filter element is cylindrical, the four-stage filter element is a granular activated carbon and bromine resin sterilization filter material, the filter material is tubular, the filter material is filled in the tube, filter screens are arranged at two ends of the tube, water is fed from the upper end of the tube, water is discharged from the lower end of the tube, the three-stage filter element is sleeved with the four-stage filter element to form a combined filter element, and the combined filter element is inserted into the two-stage filter cylinder; the five-stage filter element is a carbon fiber filter element or a high-density compressed activated carbon filter element, and is cylindrical, the six-stage filter element is granular activated carbon and a high-purity copper-zinc alloy filter material, and is tubular, the filter material is filled in the tube, filter screens are arranged at two ends of the tube, water is fed from the upper end of the tube, water is discharged from the lower end of the tube, and the five-stage filter element is sleeved with the six-stage filter element to form a combined filter element and is simultaneously inserted into the three-stage filter cylinder; the combined filter elements are mutually sealed through the sealing gaskets and are connected with the filter cylinder for short sleeve sealing; the seven-stage filter element is a nanofiltration membrane, is inserted into the four-stage filter cylinder and is mutually sealed by a short sleeve connected with the filter cylinder through a sealing gasket.
3. The combined filter element dual water supply purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water inlet is arranged at the bottom of the primary filter cartridge and is the water inlet of the combined filter element dual water supply purifier.

The combined filter element dual water supply water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first-third water outlets are water outlets for dual water supply according to the quality, and are respectively: the primary water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the primary filter cylinder, is raw water which is not processed and can be used for washing, and the outlet water has the effect of directly washing the primary filter element, so that the service time of the primary filter element is prolonged; the secondary water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the tertiary filter cylinder, and water quality reaches a certain standard after being treated by the primary to the sixth filter elements, can be cooked and boiled for drinking and can be connected with a water dispenser; the three-level water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the four-level filter cylinder, and the discharged water is treated by the first-level filter element to the seventh-level filter element and can be directly drunk.

The combined filter element dual water supply water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the communicating pipe is a communicating pipe between the filter cartridges, and the one-stage filter cartridge and the four-stage filter cartridge are connected through the communicating pipe to form the water purifier.
6. The combined filter element dual water supply purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wastewater outlet is a wastewater outlet produced by a seven-stage filter element nanofiltration membrane and is arranged at the bottom of the four-stage filter cylinder.

The combined filter element dual water supply water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the booster pump is arranged between the three-stage filter cartridge and the four-stage filter cartridge, and is used for connecting the water outlet and the water inlet of the six-stage filter element and the seven-stage filter element to perform the function of boosting.

The combined filter element dual water supply water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high pressure switch is disposed behind the booster pump for overpressure protection, the low pressure switch is disposed in front of the booster pump for water cut-off protection, and the waste water ratio is set by the waste water outlet to ensure that the ratio of the produced waste water is lower than the industry standard.
9. The combined filter element dual water supply purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the combined filter elements and the filter cartridges are sealed by gaskets, and the filter cartridges and the cover are sealed by gaskets.
