Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the schematic diagram of the door lock short-circuit fault diagnosis system provided in the embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the door lock short-circuit fault diagnosis system can realize positioning of a short-circuit fault of an elevator door lock (a hall door lock and a car door lock), that is, can quickly detect whether a short-circuit fault occurs in the hall door lock and the car door lock of an elevator, and quickly determine the position of the faulty door lock when the short-circuit fault occurs. The door lock short circuit fault diagnosis system of the embodiment comprises a first electronic safety controller 11, a second electronic safety controller 12 and an elevator main controller 13; the elevator main controller 13 is used for controlling elevator operation, such as controlling the elevator car to move up, down, stop, open and close the hoistway door and the car door. The first electronic Safety controller 11 and the second electronic Safety controller 12 are based on PESSRAL (Programmable Electric Systems in Safety Related Applications for Lifts), that is, the first electronic Safety controller 11 and the second electronic Safety controller 12 respectively satisfy requirements of PESSRAL, the first electronic Safety controller 11 and the second electronic Safety controller 12 are respectively installed at different positions of the lift system, and the first electronic Safety controller 11 and the second electronic Safety controller 12 are in communication connection. In particular, the first electric safety controller 11 and the second electric safety controller 12 may each include one or more printed circuit boards integrated with corresponding electronic components.
In this embodiment, the elevator main controller 13 is in communication with said second electric safety controller 12 and sends a door operation signal including the door operation status to the second electric safety controller 12. Specifically, the door operation signal may be generated according to a door opening command (i.e., a door opening command sent by the elevator main controller 13 to the car roof panel, and a door operator controller according to the door opening command), or may be generated according to a door opening feedback signal of the car roof panel.
The first electronic safety controller 11 is independent of the car top plate, is used for acquiring the state of the car door lock, and comprises a first communication unit and at least one first terminal, each first terminal is connected with a car door lock signal output end (the car door lock signal output end can be connected with one or more car door lock switches K11 connected in series and corresponds to the on-off state of the one or more car door lock switches K11 connected in series), and the first communication unit is connected to the serial communication bus. Since the first terminal is connected to the car door lock signal output terminal, and the signal of the car door lock signal output terminal represents the state (i.e., on or off) of the car door lock switch K11, the first electric safety controller 11 can obtain the state of the car door lock switch K11 through the first terminal. The first electric safety controller 11 can encapsulate the states of all car door locks into a first state signal (the first state signal includes identification information and state information of the first terminal), and send the first state signal to the second electric safety controller 12 through the first communication unit. And, the first electric safety controller 11 may transmit the first status signal to the second electric safety controller 12 at a preset period. For optimal short-circuit fault location, the number of the first terminals may be the same as the number of the car door lock switches K11, so that the first electric safety controller 11 can obtain the state of each car door lock switch K11 through the first terminals.
The second electronic safety controller 12 includes a second communication unit, a third communication unit, and at least one second terminal, each of which is connected to a hall door lock signal output terminal (the hall door lock signal output terminal can be connected to one or more hall door lock switches K21 connected in series and corresponds to the on/off state of the one or more hall door lock switches K21 connected in series). Since the second terminal is connected to the hall lock signal output terminal and the signal at the hall lock signal output terminal represents the state of hall lock switch K21 (i.e., on or off), second electric safety controller 12 can obtain the state of hall lock switch K21 through the second terminal. In this embodiment the second communication unit is connected to the serial communication bus and the third communication unit is connected to the elevator main control 13 via a communication line, i.e. the second electric safety controller 12 receives the first status signal of the first electric safety controller 11 via the second communication unit and the door operating signal of the elevator main control via the third communication unit. For optimal short-circuit fault location, the number of the second terminals may be the same as the number of hall lock switches K21, so that the second electric safety controller 12 can obtain the state of each hall lock switch K21 through the second terminals.
The second electronic safety controller 12 also determines whether a short circuit fault exists in the hall door lock and the car door lock according to the state of the hall door lock, the state of the car door lock in the first state signal, and the door operation state in the door operation signal.
According to the door lock short-circuit fault diagnosis system, the states of the car door lock switch K11 and the hall door lock switch K21 are respectively obtained through the first electronic safety controller 11 and the second electronic safety controller 12, and whether a short-circuit fault exists in the door lock is judged by combining the door operation state from the elevator main controller 13, so that the electrical connection structure of a door lock loop can be simplified, the short-circuit fault diagnosis logic of the door lock loop is simplified, and the diagnosis precision is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, second electric safety controller 12 confirms that there is a short circuit fault in door lock switch K11 connected to the first terminal or hall door lock switch K21 connected to the second terminal when the door operation state includes any one of the hall door or car door being opened and the first terminal corresponding to the opened car door in the above-described door operation state or the second terminal corresponding to the opened hall door in the door operation state is continuously valid for a preset time.
Specifically, when the elevator main controller 13 opens only one car door, after a certain time elapses after the second electronic safety controller 12 receives the door operation signal (at this time, it is considered that the door controller has opened the car door and the corresponding hall door), the second electronic safety controller 12 detects the corresponding car door lock state (i.e., the input signal of the corresponding first terminal) and hall door lock state (i.e., the input signal of the corresponding second terminal), and if the car door lock signal or the hall door lock signal is continuously valid (i.e., the corresponding car door lock switch K11 or the hall door lock switch K21 remains closed), the second electronic safety controller 12 confirms that the car door lock switch K11 or the hall door lock switch K21 is short-circuited.
When the elevator main controller 13 opens two car doors, the door operation signal sent by the elevator main controller 13 to the second electronic safety controller 12 includes a first door operation signal and a second door operation signal, wherein the door operation state in the first door operation signal includes that the first hall door or the first car door is opened, and the door operation state in the second door operation signal includes that the second hall door or the second car door is opened;
if the second electronic safety controller 12 receives the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal at the same time, the second electronic safety controller 12 confirms that the corresponding first car door lock, the first hall door lock, the second car door lock and the second hall door lock are locked in a short circuit fault when any one of the first car door lock corresponding to the first car door opened in the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal, the first hall door lock corresponding to the first hall door opened, the second car door lock corresponding to the second car door opened and the second hall door lock corresponding to the second hall door opened is continuously conducted within a second preset time after the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal are received. That is, the elevator main controller 13 controls the two car doors to be opened simultaneously, after a certain time (i.e., a second preset time) elapses after the door opening instruction is sent, the door operator controller determines that the two car doors and the corresponding hall door are opened, and at this time, if the second electronic safety controller 12 detects that the corresponding door lock signal is continuously valid, the second electronic safety controller 12 confirms that the corresponding door lock is short-circuited.
If the second electronic safety controller 12 receives the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal sequentially (for example, at an interval of a third preset time), the second electronic safety controller 12 confirms that the first car door lock or the first hall door lock is latched in a short-circuit fault when the first car door lock corresponding to the first car door opened in the first door operation signal or the first hall door lock corresponding to the first hall door opened in the first door operation signal is continuously conducted within a fourth preset time after the first door operation signal is received; and the second electronic safety controller 12 confirms that the second car door lock or the second hall door lock is latched in the short-circuit fault when the second car door lock corresponding to the opened second car door in the second door operation signal or the second hall door lock corresponding to the opened second hall door is continuously conducted within a fifth preset time after receiving the second door operation signal. That is, the elevator main controller 13 controls to open a car door first, and after a certain time (i.e. a fourth preset time) elapses after sending a door opening instruction, if the second electronic safety controller 12 detects that the door lock corresponding to the car door and the hall door is disconnected, it is determined that the side door lock is not short-circuited; at this time, the elevator main controller 13 controls to open another car door, the second electronic safety controller 12 detects whether the door lock corresponding to the car door and the hall door on the other side is short-circuited, and if the door lock of the car door or the hall door which is opened later is continuously effective (i.e. not disconnected), it is determined that the car door lock or the hall door on the one side which is opened later is latched in the short-circuit fault.
In addition, in another embodiment of the invention, the short-circuit fault can be judged in the time-sharing door closing process on the basis that the two doors are opened simultaneously. Specifically, the door operation signals sent by the elevator main controller 13 to the second electric safety controller 12 include a third door operation signal and a fourth door operation signal, wherein the door operation state in the third door operation signal includes the first hall door or the first car door being closed, and the door operation state in the fourth door operation signal includes the second hall door or the second car door being closed.
If the second electronic safety controller 12 receives the third door operation signal and the fourth door operation signal at the same time, the second electronic safety controller 12 confirms that the first car door lock, the first hall door lock, the second car door lock, the second hall door lock and the second hall door lock are in short circuit fault when the difference between the conduction time of the first car door lock corresponding to the first car door closed in the third door operation signal or the first hall door lock corresponding to the first hall door closed in the third door operation signal and the conduction time of the second car door lock corresponding to the second car door closed in the fourth door operation signal or the second hall door lock corresponding to the second hall door closed in the fourth door operation signal is greater than sixth preset time.
If the second electronic safety controller 12 receives the third door operation signal and the fourth door operation signal every seventh preset time, the second electronic safety controller 12 confirms that the first car door lock, the first hall door lock, the second hall door lock and the second hall door lock are in short circuit fault when the difference between the conduction time of the first car door lock corresponding to the first car door closed in the third door operation signal or the conduction time of the first hall door lock corresponding to the first hall door closed in the third door operation signal and the conduction time of the second car door lock corresponding to the second car door closed in the fourth door operation signal or the conduction time of the second hall door lock corresponding to the second hall door closed in the fourth door operation signal is greater than eighth preset time. That is, when the elevator controller 13 adopts the time-sharing door closing mode, one car door is controlled to close first, and the other car door is closed after time delay, the second electronic safety controller 12 detects the time difference of the conduction of the door locks on the two sides, and if the conduction time difference is far shorter than the time delay of door closing, it is determined that the door lock has a short circuit.
As shown in fig. 3, in the door lock short-circuit fault diagnosis system provided by another embodiment of the present invention, a first electronic safety controller 11, a second electronic safety controller 12 and an elevator main controller 13 are also included. In this embodiment, the first electronic safety controller 11 includes a first electronic safety board 111, the first electronic safety board 111 is mountable to the top of the car, and the first electronic safety board 111 includes a first logic processing unit, a first communication unit, and M first terminals, where M is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Specifically, the first logic processing Unit may adopt a Micro Controller Unit (MCU), a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or the like. Each first terminal is connected to a car door lock signal output end, and each car door lock signal output end is connected to a low-voltage power supply through a car door lock switch K11 or a plurality of car door lock switches K11 connected in series; through the first terminal, the first logic processing unit is connected with all hall door lock output signal ends, so that the first logic processing unit can acquire the state of each car door lock switch K11 or a plurality of car door lock switches K11 serial loop in real time through the first terminal, namely when the car door lock switch K11 is closed, the first logic processing unit detects that the corresponding first terminal is high level, and when the car door lock switch K11 is disconnected, the first logic processing unit detects that the corresponding first terminal is low level. In this embodiment, the first logic processing unit packages the states of all car door locks into a first state signal and then sends the first state signal to the first communication unit, so that the first state signal is sent to the serial communication bus through the first communication unit.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the second electronic safety controller 12 includes a second electronic safety board 121, the second electronic safety board 121 is mountable in a computer room, and the second electronic safety board 121 includes a second logic processing unit, a second communication unit, a third communication unit and N second terminals, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Similarly, the second logic processing unit may adopt a micro control unit, a programmable logic controller, and the like. Each second terminal is connected with one hall door lock signal output end, each hall door lock signal output end is connected with a low-voltage power supply through one hall door lock switch K21 or a plurality of hall door lock switches K21 which are connected in series, and the second logic processing unit is connected with all hall door lock signal output ends through the second terminals, so that the second logic processing unit can acquire the state of each hall door lock switch K21 or a plurality of hall door lock switches K21 serial loop (the states of the hall door locks form second state signals) in real time through the second terminals, namely when the hall door lock switches K21 are closed, the second logic processing unit detects that the corresponding second terminals are high level, and when the hall door lock switches K21 are disconnected, the second logic processing unit detects that the corresponding second terminals are low level.
The second logic processing unit is respectively connected with the second communication unit and the third communication unit, analyzes the first state signal received by the second communication unit to obtain the state of the car door lock, analyzes the door operation signal received by the third communication unit to obtain the door operation state, and judges whether the short-circuit fault exists in the car door lock and the hall door lock according to the state of the car door lock, the state of the car door lock and the door operation state.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the second electronic security controller 12 may include one second electronic security board 121 and K third electronic security boards 122, K being an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the second electronic security board 121 includes a second logic processing unit, a second communication unit, and a third communication unit, each third electronic security board 122 includes a third logic processing unit, a fourth communication unit, and L second terminals, L being an integer greater than or equal to 1.
The third logic processing unit can adopt a micro control unit, a programmable logic controller and the like. Each second terminal is connected with one hall door lock signal output end, each hall door lock signal output end is connected to a low-voltage power supply through one hall door lock switch K21 or a plurality of hall door lock switches K21 connected in series, and the third logic processing unit is connected with all hall door lock signal output ends through the second terminals, so that the third logic processing unit can acquire the state of each hall door lock switch K21 or a plurality of hall door lock switches K21 in series connection with a loop in real time through the second terminals, namely when the hall door lock switches K21 are closed, the third logic processing unit detects that the corresponding second terminals are high level, and when the hall door lock switches K21 are disconnected, the third logic processing unit detects that the corresponding second terminals are low level. In this embodiment, the third logic processing unit packages the statuses of all hall door locks into a second status signal and transmits the second status signal to the fourth communication unit, and the fourth communication unit transmits the second status signal to the serial communication bus.
The second logic processing unit is respectively connected with the second communication unit and the third communication unit, analyzes the first state signal received by the second communication unit to obtain the state of the car door lock, analyzes the second state signal received by the second communication unit to obtain the state of the hall door lock, analyzes the door operation signal received by the third communication unit to obtain the door operation state, and judges whether the hall door lock and the car door lock have short-circuit faults according to the state of the hall door lock, the state of the car door lock and the door operation state.
In another embodiment of the invention, the door lock short-circuit fault diagnosis system can also realize fault shutdown control. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the door lock short-circuit fault diagnosis system of this embodiment may further include a switch component 14 and an elevator brake control device 15, where the switch component 14 is connected in series between the power supply and the elevator brake control device 15, and the elevator brake control device 15 may include an operating contactor coil and a band-type brake contactor coil, and the like, and the band-type brake and the release control of the elevator band-type brake device are implemented through the operating contactor coil and the band-type brake contactor coil. When the state of any car door lock or hall door lock is abnormal (i.e. the hall door lock or car door lock is short-circuited), the second logic processing unit of the second electronic safety controller 12 controls the switch assembly 14 to be switched off, so that the elevator brake control device 15 is powered off, the elevator brake device is braked, and the elevator stops running.
The switch assembly 14 may be a safety relay or a semiconductor switch element. Also, the switch assembly 14 may be integrated into the second electric safety controller 12.
The second logic processing unit of the second electric safety controller 12 can output the door lock short fault information and the identification of the faulty first and second terminals to the elevator main controller 13. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the second logic processing unit outputs the door lock short fault information and the identification of the first and second terminals of the fault to the elevator main controller 13 through the third communication unit. So that the relevant personnel can obtain the door lock with the short circuit fault through the elevator main controller 13.
In addition, the second logic processing unit of the second electrical safety controller 12 can also output the identification of the failed first terminal and second terminal to a separate display device. Namely, the door lock short-circuit fault diagnosis system further comprises a display device 16, the second electronic safety controller 12 is connected with the display device 16, and the identifications of the first terminal and the second terminal which are in fault are output to the display device 16 to be displayed, so that related personnel can obtain the door lock with the fault in the safety loop through the display device 16.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a door lock short circuit fault diagnosis method, which can be executed by a second electronic safety controller independent of the motor main controller, and the second electronic safety controller is in communication connection with one or more first electronic safety controllers through a safety serial bus and is in communication connection with the elevator main controller through a common communication bus. The first electronic safety controller and the second electronic safety controller are respectively based on the PESSRAL, namely the first electronic safety controller and the second electronic safety controller respectively meet the requirements of the PESSRAL, and the first electronic safety controller and the second electronic safety controller are respectively installed at different positions of the elevator system. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S41: and the second electronic safety controller acquires a door operation signal sent by the elevator main controller and analyzes the door operation signal to acquire a door operation state. Specifically, the door operation signal may be generated according to a door opening command (i.e., a door opening command sent by the elevator main controller to the car roof panel, and a door operator controller according to the door opening command), or may be generated according to a door opening feedback signal of the car roof panel.
Step S42: the second electronic safety controller acquires the first state signal sent by the first electronic safety controller, and analyzes the first state signal to acquire the state of the car door lock signal output end (namely the state of the car door lock) connected with the first electronic safety controller.
Specifically, first electronic safety controller accessible first terminal is connected with sedan-chair door lock signal output to the level of first terminal has represented the state of sedan-chair door lock promptly, and first electronic safety controller accessible first terminal's level obtains the state of sedan-chair door lock. The first electric safety controller can package the states of all car door locks into a first state signal and send the first state signal to the second electric safety controller. And, the first electric safety controller may transmit the first status signal to the second electric safety controller according to a preset period. In order to achieve the best short-circuit fault positioning effect, the number of the first terminals can be the same as that of the car door locks, so that the first electronic safety controller can obtain the state of each car door lock through the first terminals.
Step S43: and the second electronic safety controller acquires a second state signal of the connected hall door lock signal output end. Specifically, the second electric safety controller may include a plurality of second terminals and be connected to the hall lock signal output terminal through the plurality of second terminals. The second terminal may be integrated into the second electric safety controller and the second electric safety controller may comprise one or more printed circuit boards.
Since the second terminal is connected to the hall door lock signal output terminal, the level of the second terminal represents the state of the hall door lock, and therefore the second electronic safety controller can acquire the state of the hall door lock through the level of the second terminal. For optimal short-circuit fault positioning effect, the number of the second terminals can be the same as that of the hall door locks, so that the second electronic safety controller can obtain the state of each hall door lock through the second terminals.
Step S44: and the second electronic safety controller judges whether short-circuit faults exist in the hall door lock and the car door lock according to the first state signal, the second state signal and the door operation state.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, when the elevator main controller opens only one car door and the corresponding hall door, that is, the door operation state in the door operation signal from the elevator main controller includes that either hall door or car door is opened, the second electronic safety controller may determine whether there is a short circuit fault in the hall door lock and the car door lock by:
step S501: the second electric safety controller reads the door operation signal from the elevator main controller and obtains the hall door or car door opened in the door operation state.
Step S502: and judging whether the hall door lock corresponding to the opened hall door or the car door lock corresponding to the car door is conducted or not in the door operation state. If the hall door lock or the car door lock is turned on, that is, the corresponding hall door lock or car door lock is closed, step S503 is executed, otherwise, step S505 is executed.
Step S503: it is determined whether a first preset time (corresponding to a delay time for the opening of the hall or car door from the reception of the door operation signal) has been reached. If the first preset time is reached, step S504 is executed, otherwise, step S503 is returned to.
Step S504: and confirming that the car door lock or the hall door lock is latched in the short circuit fault.
Step S505: and (5) confirming five short circuit faults of the car door lock or the hall door lock.
As shown in fig. 6, when the elevator main controller opens two car doors and corresponding hall doors (i.e., the door operation signals include a first door operation signal and a second door operation signal, and the door operation state in the first door operation signal includes that the first hall door or the first car door is opened, and the door operation state in the second door operation signal includes that the second hall door or the second car door is opened), and the elevator main controller successively opens the two car doors and the corresponding hall doors (i.e., the elevator main controller sends the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal at intervals according to a third preset time interval), the second electronic safety controller can determine whether the hall door lock and the car door lock have short circuit faults in the following manners:
step S601: and reading a first door operation signal sent by the elevator main controller, and acquiring a first hall door or a first car door opened in the door operation state.
Step S602: and judging whether the first hall door lock corresponding to the first hall door or the first car door lock corresponding to the first car door is disconnected or not, and executing the step S605 when the first hall door lock or the first car door lock is disconnected, or executing the step S603.
Step S603: it is determined whether a third preset time (corresponding to a delay time for opening the first hall door or the second car door since the first door operation signal is received) has been reached, and if the third preset time has been reached, step S604 is performed, otherwise step S602 is performed.
Step S604: and confirming that the first hall door lock or the first car door latch is in the short circuit fault.
Step S605: and confirming that the first hall door lock or the first car door lock has no short circuit fault.
Step S606: and reading a second door operation signal sent by the elevator main controller, and acquiring a second hall door or a second car door opened in the door operation state.
Step S607: and judging whether a second hall door lock corresponding to the second hall door or a second car door lock corresponding to the second car door is disconnected or not, executing step 609 when the second hall door lock or the second car door lock is disconnected, and otherwise executing step 608.
Step S608: it is determined whether a fourth preset time (corresponding to a delay time for opening the second hall door or the second car door from the reception of the second door operation signal) has been reached, and if the fourth preset time has been reached, step S610 is performed, otherwise step S607 is performed.
Step S609: and confirming that the second hall door lock or the second car door lock has no short circuit fault.
Step S610: and confirming that the second hall door lock or the second car door latch is in the short circuit fault.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the elevator main controller simultaneously opens two car doors and corresponding hall doors (i.e., the elevator main controller simultaneously receives the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal), the second electronic safety controller determines that the corresponding first car door lock, the first hall door lock, the second car door lock, and the second hall door lock are in short circuit fault when the first car door lock corresponding to the first car door opened in the door operation state of the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal, the second hall door lock corresponding to the second car door opened, and the second hall door lock corresponding to the second hall door opened are continuously conducted within a second preset time after the first door operation signal and the second door operation signal are received, and otherwise determines that the corresponding first car door lock, the first hall door lock, the second car door lock, and the second hall door lock are in short circuit fault And the door lock of the second hall has no short circuit fault.
In addition, in another embodiment of the invention, on the basis that two doors are opened simultaneously, short-circuit fault judgment can be carried out in the time-sharing door closing process. The method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S701: and reading a third door operation signal sent by the elevator main controller, and acquiring the closed first hall door or first car door in the door operation state.
Step S702: and judging whether a first hall door lock corresponding to the first hall door or a first car door lock corresponding to the first car door is closed, and executing the step S705 when the first hall door lock or the first car door lock is closed, or else continuously judging whether the first hall door lock and the first car door lock are closed (if the first hall door lock and the first car door lock are not closed after the specified closing time is reached, directly confirming that the first hall door lock and the first car door lock are in short circuit fault).
Step S703: and reading a fourth door operation signal sent by the elevator main controller, and acquiring a closed second hall door or a closed second car door in the door operation state.
Step S704: and judging whether a second hall door lock corresponding to the second hall door or a second car door lock corresponding to the second car door is closed, and executing the step S705 when the second hall door lock or the second car door lock is closed, or else continuously judging whether the second hall door lock and the second car door lock are closed (if the second hall door lock and the second car door lock are not closed after the specified closing time is reached, directly confirming that the second hall door lock and the second car door lock are in short circuit fault).
Step S705: and judging whether the difference between the closing time of the first car door or the first hall door lock and the conduction (closing) time of the second car door lock or the second hall door lock is greater than a sixth preset time, if so, executing a step S706, and otherwise, executing a step S707.
