the first force measuring end of the tension sensor is rigidly connected to the top end elbow, the second force measuring end of the tension sensor is rigidly connected to the bottom of the connecting frame, the signal output end of the tension sensor is connected with the signal input end of the monitoring device, and the signal output end of the monitoring device is connected with the control end of the valve.
2. The tank floating riser monitoring system of claim 1 wherein the connecting frame includes at least 1 pontoon floating at the oil surface.

The monitoring system for the floating oil outlet device of the oil tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the top elbow is provided with a first pressure sensor, and the signal output end of the first pressure sensor is connected with the signal input end of the monitoring device.
4. The system for monitoring the floating oil discharge device of the oil tank according to claim 1, wherein a second pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom in the oil tank, and the signal output end of the second pressure sensor is connected with the signal input end of the monitoring device.
5. The monitoring system for the floating oil outlet device of the oil tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the floating oil pipe is provided with a tilt sensor, and the signal output end of the tilt sensor is connected with the signal input end of the monitoring device.

The tank floating outlet monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring device comprises an external tank monitor fixed on the external surface of the tank for displaying the status of the tank floating outlet, and a remote control center for monitoring the status of all the tank floating outlets.

The monitoring system for the floating oil outlet device of the oil tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first force measuring end and the second force measuring end of the tension sensor are provided with universal joints, and the universal joints are connected with the top end elbow and the connecting frame through threads or bolts.

A method for monitoring a floating oil outlet device of an oil tank based on the system for monitoring a floating oil outlet device of an oil tank according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a tension value measured by the tension sensor is detected, when the tension value reaches a threshold value, the monitoring device gives an early warning of an abnormal operation, when the tension value is zero or the tension direction is upward, the monitoring device gives a malfunction warning, a valve closing warning, and closes a valve at the oil outlet.

The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first pressure sensor is disposed on the outer surface of the top elbow, the distance between the top elbow and the surface of the oil in the tank is obtained according to the pressure value of the first pressure sensor and the density of the oil, and when the distance exceeds a predetermined range, the monitoring device gives an early warning, a malfunction warning, a valve closing warning, and closes the valve at the oil outlet.

The method for monitoring the floating oil discharge device of the oil tank according to claim 9, wherein a second pressure sensor is provided at the bottom of the oil tank, and the distance from the surface of the oil in the oil tank to the bottom of the oil tank and/or the total amount of the oil are detected based on the pressure value and the oil density of the second pressure sensor.

The monitoring method for the floating oil outlet device of the oil tank as claimed in claim 10, wherein the outer surface of the floating oil pipe is provided with an inclination angle sensor for measuring the swing angle of the floating oil pipe, and when the swing angle reaches different set thresholds, the monitoring method gives out an abnormal operation warning, a fault warning, a valve closing warning, and closes the valve at the oil outlet.

The method as claimed in claim 11, wherein the monitoring device displays the tension value, the distance between the top elbow and the oil surface, the oil filling height of the oil tank, and the swing angle of the floating oil pipe according to the tension value, the pressure values of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor, and the swing angle of the floating oil pipe, and displays the position of the floating oil outlet device in the oil tank in real time in a dynamic graph manner, and gives a plurality of status indications.
