In conclusion, when the gas-discharging powder tank container is filled with gas, the pressure of the gas in the tank rises, and the gas enters the gas guide pipe 1 from the gap between the bearing plate 6 and the sealing ring 4 at the hole cover 8 and is discharged from the gap between the protective cover 7 and the upper part of the gas guide pipe 1; along with the continuous rising of the pressure in the tank, the vortex effect is more obvious, the lower side of the bearing plate 6 drives the indicating rod 5 to move upwards under the action of the upward pressure of the gas until the bearing plate 6 completely compresses the sealing ring 4, and the upper part of the indicating rod 5 is completely changed from a joint state to a separation state with the upper surface of the cylindrical part 14, so that the residual pressure in the tank can be shown, and the residual pressure in the tank needs to be discharged before an operator opens the hole cover 8; if the upper part of the indication rod 5 is attached to the upper surface of the cylindrical part 14, it indicates that there is no residual pressure in the tank and the operator can open the tank normally.

Claims (9)

1. A safety indicating device suitable for pneumatic unloading powder tank container, the safety indicating device sets up on the handhole door of container, be provided with the equipment hole on the handhole door, its characterized in that includes:
the middle part of the air duct penetrates through the assembling hole, the bottom of the air duct extends into the container, a sealing seat plate is sleeved on the periphery of the bottom of the air duct, and a clamping groove is formed between the bottom of the air duct and the sealing seat plate;
the top of the sealing ring is embedded in the clamping groove;
the indicating rod penetrates through the air guide tube, one end of the indicating rod is connected with the bearing plate, the bearing plate is arranged below the air guide tube, the other end of the indicating rod extends to the outside of the air guide tube, and the other end of the indicating rod is provided with a limiting end head;
one end of the protective cover is connected with the hole cover, the other end of the protective cover is matched with the top of the air guide tube, a guide hole is formed in the other end of the protective cover, the middle of the indicating rod penetrates through the guide hole, and the hole wall of the guide hole is interfered with the limiting end head.
2. The safety indicator for an airlaid powder tank container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sectional top of the hole cover is circular, the assembly hole is formed at one side of the rotation axis of the hole cover, and one end of the shield is connected to the middle of the hole cover.

The safety indicator device for air-unloaded powder tank container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing seat is ring-shaped, the top end of the sealing seat is connected with the outer wall of the air duct through a connecting plate, and the sealing seat, the connecting plate and the outer wall of the air duct are connected to form the clamping groove.
4. A safety indicator device adapted for use in an air-unloaded powder tank container as claimed in claim 3, wherein said seal seat plate, said connecting plate and said outer wall of said air duct are welded together.
5. The security indicator apparatus for air discharging powder tank container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the packing is protruded outside the catching groove.
6. A safety indicator device adapted for use with an air-unloaded powder tank container as claimed in claim 1, wherein a clearance exists between the restraining head and the other end upper surface of the protection cover.

The safety indicator for the air-unloaded powder tank container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the force bearing plate is basin-shaped, a plurality of first through holes are circumferentially formed at the joint of the side wall and the bottom wall of the force bearing plate, one end of the bottom of the sealing ring is matched with the bottom wall of the force bearing plate, a second through hole is centrally formed in the bottom wall of the force bearing plate, and the outer side of the side wall at one end of the indicator rod is connected with the inner side of the hole wall of the second through hole.

The safety indicator for an airlaid powder can container according to claim 1, wherein said shield comprises a plate-shaped portion and a cylindrical portion, one end of said plate-shaped portion is connected to one end of said cylindrical portion, the other end of said plate-shaped portion is connected to the upper surface of said hole cover, said cylindrical portion is provided with a bottom plate, and said guide hole is provided in said bottom plate.
