To the long-time parking of the vehicle that mentions at the above-mentioned background art center, in case do not raise the automobile body for a long time, make the tire be in a pressurized posture for a long time, cause the tire to warp easily, perhaps cause the tire loss, greatly reduced tire's life's problem, the application provides a parking automobile body lift method, in this method, through the elevating gear that every tire corresponds position department and sets up, according to the lift or the descending of the parking mode control elevating gear of vehicle, realize the mesh that the automobile body can be operated, avoid the automobile body to be pressurized for a long time, reduce the loss of tire, effectively promote tire's life, and the automobile body goes up and down more simply convenient, effectively improve vehicle's practicality and convenience, simple easy realization. Therefore, the problems that in the prior art, the vehicle body needs to be lifted by using a tool, the operation is complicated, the lifting operation of the vehicle body cannot be realized once the tool is lost, and the limitation is high are solved.
Specifically, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a parking vehicle body lifting method provided in an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the parking vehicle body lifting method includes the steps of:
in step S101, a parking mode of the vehicle is detected.
It can be understood that, in order to accurately lift the vehicle body, it is first required to detect whether the vehicle meets a lifting condition, for example, when the vehicle is in a parking state, the vehicle body of the vehicle is lifted, so as to avoid safety accidents caused by the lifting operation performed on the vehicle when the vehicle is in a driving state, and ensure the safety of the vehicle.
Firstly, the embodiment of the application detects the parking mode of the vehicle, and judges whether the vehicle is in the parking mode according to the gear of the vehicle or the whole vehicle data of the vehicle, so that the corresponding lifting tire and the lifting position are selected according to the parking mode of the vehicle. The parking mode may be classified into various modes, and as one possible implementation, the embodiments of the present application classify the parking mode into a tire replacement mode, a escaping mode, and a four wheel support mode. In this regard, those skilled in the art may set the setting according to actual situations, and are not particularly limited.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, detecting a parking mode of the vehicle includes: receiving a mode selection instruction of a user; and controlling the vehicle to enter a parking mode according to the mode selection instruction, and identifying the parking mode as a tire replacement mode, a escaping mode or a four-wheel support mode according to the mode selection instruction.
It is understood that the embodiment of the present application may determine the parking mode of the vehicle according to a mode selection command of a user. As a possible implementation manner, the parking mode of the vehicle may be selected through the vehicle-mounted display screen, and the vehicle-mounted display screen may prompt the user to input the parking mode or provide multiple parking modes for the user to select, so that the parking mode of the vehicle may be accurately identified according to the mode selection instruction of the user.
In some embodiments, the parking mode of the vehicle may also be detected by other methods, for example, a tire replacement mode, a escaping mode, and a four-wheel support mode are described, for example, embodiments of the present application may detect tires of the vehicle, and when a failure of any tire of the vehicle is detected, for example, when the tire pressure is too low, it may be determined that the current mode is the tire replacement mode; when any tire of the vehicle is detected to be trapped, such as locked tires, the current mode of getting out of the trap can be judged; when it is detected that the vehicle is parked for a long time, the tire is not moved, and the tire is not broken, it may be determined that the four-wheel support mode is currently performed. The monitoring of the tire may be performed by using an existing device of the vehicle itself, or may be performed by using an additional monitoring device, which is not particularly limited. The embodiment of the application can also determine the parking mode of the vehicle through information displayed on the vehicle-mounted display screen, such as tire pressure or tire failure information or vehicle parking information displayed on the vehicle-mounted display screen.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, before detecting the parking mode of the vehicle, the method further includes: collecting the actual speed of the vehicle; and judging whether the actual vehicle speed meets the parking mode or not so as to control the lifting of the vehicle body when the parking mode is met.
It is understood that, as described above, the body-lift control may be performed on the vehicle only when the vehicle is parked, and thus, before the parking mode of the vehicle is detected, the speed of the vehicle is detected to determine whether the vehicle satisfies the parking mode, and the body-lift control is performed when the parking mode is satisfied. For example, whether the vehicle speed is 0 or not is determined, and when the current vehicle speed of the vehicle is detected to be 30km/h, the current state of the vehicle does not satisfy the parking mode, at this time, the embodiment of the present application may prompt the user that the parking mode can be detected when the vehicle speed is 0. When it is detected that the current vehicle speed of the vehicle is 0, it is determined that the current state of the vehicle satisfies the parking mode, and the parking mode of the vehicle may be detected, where the detection may be performed by the detection method described in the above embodiment, which is not described in detail.
In step S102, if the parking mode is the tire replacement mode and the parking time period is longer than a first preset time period, the lifting device corresponding to the tire replacement is controlled to start, so as to raise the vehicle body of the vehicle to the tire replacement position.
In the actual execution process, when the parking mode of the vehicle is obtained through detection and is a tire replacement mode, the parking time is compared with certain preset time, and after the parking time is longer than the certain preset time, the lifting device corresponding to tire replacement is controlled to start, so that the tire is lifted to the corresponding height. For example, taking a preset time period of one minute and the front left tire needs to be replaced, when the parking time period is longer than one minute, the lifting device for controlling the front left tire lifts the front left tire, and the lifting height may be 10 cm. According to the embodiment of the application, a certain time delay is set, then the lifting operation is carried out, the operation safety can be ensured, and in the time, a user can change the parking mode or cancel the selected parking mode.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the present application may be implemented with a separate ECU1(Electronic Control Unit) on the vehicle for controlling the start of the lifting device corresponding to the replacement of the tire, the ECU1 is controlled by the vehicle operation interface, the ECU1 and the ECU2 on the master cylinder can communicate with each other, the ECU1 has lower priority than the ECU2, and the ECU1 only operates when the current speed of the vehicle is 0.
In step S103, if the parking mode is the escaping mode and the parking time is longer than a second preset time, the lifting device corresponding to the tire to be escaped is controlled to start, so as to raise the vehicle body to the tire escaping position.
In the actual execution process, when the parking mode of the vehicle is detected to be the escaping mode, the parking time is compared with certain preset time, and after the parking time is longer than the certain preset time, the lifting device corresponding to the tire is controlled to start, so that the tire is lifted to the corresponding height. For example, taking a preset time period of one minute as an example, when the right front tire needs to be replaced, if the parking time period is longer than one minute, the lifting device for controlling the right front tire lifts the right front tire, and the lifting height may be 15 cm. According to the embodiment of the application, a certain time delay is set, then the lifting operation is carried out, the operation safety can be ensured, and in the time, a user can change the parking mode or cancel the selected parking mode.
In step S104, if the parking mode is the four-wheel support mode and the parking time period is longer than a third preset time period, the lifting device of each tire is controlled to be started, and the vehicle body is lifted to the parking position.
When the vehicle needs to be parked for a long time, the vehicle can wear a suspension system and tires, and the vehicle can slide and be dangerous. Thus, when the vehicle needs to be parked for a long time, the four wheels can be lifted, reducing wear on the suspension system and the tires.
In the actual implementation process, when the parking mode of the vehicle is detected to be the four-wheel support mode, the parking time is compared with certain preset time, and after the parking time is longer than the certain preset time, the lifting device of each tire is controlled to be started, so that each tire is lifted to the corresponding height. For example, taking a preset time period of one minute as an example, when the parking time period is longer than one minute, the lifting devices of the four tires are controlled to lift the corresponding tires, and the lifting height may be 10 centimeters.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, when the lifting device is a hydraulic column, the method further includes: generating a braking value of a braking master pump according to a tire replacement position, a tire escaping position or a parking position; and controlling the brake master cylinder to brake according to the brake value so that the lifting device at the at least one tire releases oil.
Specifically, the lifting device of the embodiment of the application can be a vehicle hydraulic master cylinder system, a hydraulic lifting column is arranged at each tire, a hydraulic pipeline is arranged to be connected with a brake master cylinder, and lifting of each tire is achieved through the hydraulic lifting columns. And generating a braking value of the master cylinder according to different parking modes, and controlling the master cylinder to brake according to the braking value.
As shown in fig. 2, the ECU1 determines a tire to be lifted according to a parking mode, thereby determining to open a hydraulic cylinder at the corresponding tire, and after the ECU1 and the ECU2 receive a lifting command, the ECU2 controls the master cylinder to release oil to the hydraulic cylinder at a certain wheel or the hydraulic cylinders at all wheels and build pressure, thereby achieving the purpose of lifting the vehicle body.
As another possible implementation manner, the lifting device in the embodiment of the present application may also be a pneumatic suspension system, each pneumatic column is connected to the pneumatic master pump through a pneumatic pipeline, and the pneumatic system may operate in the same manner as the hydraulic system. In the pneumatic system, a master cylinder may be installed instead of the master cylinder in the above embodiments. The embodiment of the application is based on the existing braking hydraulic master cylinder system or the air suspension system, and the using effect can be greatly improved only by adding a small amount of parts.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, before the lifting device for controlling each tire is started, the method further includes: detecting whether the vehicle is in a parking brake mode; and if the vehicle is in the parking brake mode, judging that the vehicle starts the parking brake function.
To ensure safe operation, the embodiment of the present application needs to detect whether the vehicle is in the parking brake mode before controlling each tire to rise, and the tire lifting can be performed when the vehicle speed is 0 and the parking brake mode is in the parking brake mode.
As shown in fig. 3, a process of lifting a parking vehicle body according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, specifically:
s201, obtaining the speed of the vehicle,
the current vehicle speed of the vehicle is obtained, for example, through information displayed on an on-vehicle display screen or detection of the rotation speed of a tire or the rotation speed of an engine, and is not particularly limited.
S202, judging whether the current speed of the vehicle is greater than 0 or equal to 0.
And S203, when the vehicle speed is greater than 0, prompting that the system can be started when the vehicle speed is 0.
When the vehicle speed is greater than 0, the embodiment of the application can prompt a user through the vehicle-mounted display screen.
And S204, when the vehicle speed is 0, the user can operate.
When the vehicle speed is 0, the embodiment of the present application may operate according to the parking mode of the vehicle, which may be determined in the manner described in the above embodiment. As an example, the parking mode selection is made through an in-vehicle display.
S205, the screen selects the tire replacement mode.
And S206, selecting a required tire lifting position.
When the tire needs to be replaced, the tire replacement mode is selected, and the corresponding tire is lifted up by the lifting device, and the lifting manner can be the manner described in the above embodiments, which is not described in detail.
And S207, selecting a trap escape mode by the screen.
And S208, selecting a required tire escaping position.
When the vehicle is required to get rid of the difficulty, and the difficulty getting mode is selected, the corresponding tire is lifted by the lifting device to get rid of the difficulty, and the lifting mode can be the mode recorded in the above embodiment, which is not described in detail.
S209, the screen selects the long-term parking mode.
And S210, selecting four-wheel support lifting.
