The sole and the injection molding cavity can be uniformly and completely peeled off due to the disorder and the diversity of the gas, the sole cannot be damaged like manual sole taking, the water vapor can be quickly dissipated and disappeared after the sole is taken off, the continuous operation cannot be influenced, the dependence of the traditional sole taking on the demolding oil can be eliminated, the sole has practical significance and popularization value, and good economic benefit can be expected.

The surface of the injection molding cavity 12 and the surface of the inner core 3 are both provided with polytetrafluoroethylene coatings, the polytetrafluoroethylene has good high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, the surface friction coefficient is extremely low, other substances are not easy to adhere to the polytetrafluoroethylene, and the polytetrafluoroethylene coatings are arranged to promote the separation of the sole and the injection molding cavity 12.
The upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 forming the shoe mold are common mold structures, and the structures thereof are known to those skilled in the art, so the structures of the injection molding opening, the sealing ring and the like on the shoe mold are not explained.
The pressure measuring device 62 is a device for measuring the air pressure of the gas cylinder 6, which belongs to the prior art and is known to those skilled in the art, and therefore, the detailed structure and operation thereof will not be further described.
The air inlet of the air storage bottle 6 is connected with an air pump, and the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe 5 is connected with a water pipe or water inlet equipment.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: injecting the raw materials into the injection molding cavity 12, and further crosslinking and vulcanizing by heating to form the required sole; when the sole needs to be taken out, the air inlet device fills air into the air storage cylinder 6 to reach a preset pressure and stops, the liquid inlet electromagnetic valve 51 on the water inlet pipe 5 is opened to inject quantitative water into the mixing cavity 4, at the moment, the sealing rubber sheet 31 props against the fine hole of the mixing cavity 4, and the water cannot flow into the injection molding cavity 12; then the electromagnetic valve 63 that admits air opens when electric telescopic handle 13 expansion end downwardly extending, pressurized gas gets into the mixed water in mixing chamber 4 and gets into the clearance of moulding plastics chamber 12 and sole, because the shoe mold temperature is higher among the vulcanization process, water will vaporize rapidly and form vapor, the mixed pressurized gas of vapor that the volume increases rapidly will strike the sole and the position of moulding plastics chamber 12 adhesion, thereby peel off sole and moulding plastics chamber 12 evenly, it will go up mould 1 and lower mould 2 separation to restart mold opening device 11 at last, vapor and pressurized gas will volatilize rapidly in getting into the air, the residual steam that remains in moulding plastics chamber 12 will also evaporate rapidly under the high temperature of shoe mold, can not mould plastics to the sole of next time and cause the interference, steam evaporation can also reduce the shoe mold temperature simultaneously, avoid the workman to take away to be scalded by the shoe mold when the sole.
