When the device is used, two groups of sliding plates 21 for driving the mold 46 to perform injection molding operation are arranged, so that the injection molding efficiency is convenient to improve, the two groups of sliding plates are matched with the common sliding shaft 12 in a sliding mode together, the space utilization rate is improved, the first spring 22 is sleeved on the sliding shaft 12 and props against the sliding plate 21, so that the sliding plate 21 is convenient to drive to automatically reset, the sliding shafts 12 are assembled with the supporting plate 11 through the threaded bolts 13 and the nuts 15, and the supporting plate 11 and the sliding shaft 12 are horizontally arranged, so that the height of the device is reduced, maintenance personnel can be prevented from climbing to the high position of the device for maintenance, and the maintenance is convenient; when the injection molding part is cooled, firstly, a proper amount of cooling water is injected into the cooling pool 32, the driving motor 39 is started, the driving motor 39 drives one of the belt pulleys 38 to rotate, the belt pulley 38 drives a plurality of other belt pulleys 38 to synchronously drive through the wound connecting belt 39a, the rotating gear 37 is meshed with the other gear 37 to rotate, so that the rolling roller 35 is driven to operate, the rolling roller 35 drives the conveying belt 36 to rotate anticlockwise, the high-temperature injection molding part with the dropped top end is conveniently conveyed to the deeper water level position of the cooling pool 32, the injection molding part is rapidly and fully cooled, the injection molding part is conveniently pushed to the position close to the rotating drum 33, the rotating drum 33 drives the grating plate 34 to rotate anticlockwise, the cooled injection molding part is conveniently transferred into the airing groove 31, the injection molding part is convenient to be aired and collected, and manual operation is avoided, the tail treatment efficiency of the injection molding is improved; when injection molding operation is performed, firstly, the telescopic rod 24 is started, the telescopic rod 24 drives the limit plate 41 to displace, the limit plate 41 is in sliding fit with the limit bump 43 through the limit groove 42 which is obliquely arranged, the limit bump 43 is fixedly connected with the sliding plate 21, and then the two sliding plates 21 can be driven to approach each other, so that the two molds 46 approach each other and are clamped, a closed space is formed by the two molds 46, the stripper plate 47 is fixedly connected with the support plate 11 through the connecting shaft 45, when the sliding plate 21 approaches, the two stripper plates 47 do not occupy the space of the molds 46, but attach to the inner wall of the molds 46, so as to make the space of the molds 46 perform injection molding operation, when the limit plate 41 moves, the pushing block 58 pushes the seal plate 55 to slide, so that the seal plate 55 is not in a passage between the sealed telescopic pipe 52 and the butt joint 56, and then the third spring 54 drives the telescopic pipe 52 to move towards the bottom end by pushing the limit ring 53, and then the extension pipe 52 is conveniently communicated with the butt joint port 56, so that the interior between the feeding pipe 51 and the mold 46 is communicated, materials can conveniently enter the mold 46 for forming, when the limiting plate 41 is reset to the initial position, the pushing block 58 does not push the sealing plate 55, so that the butt joint port 56 and the extension pipe 52 are not communicated, the overflow and the waste of the materials are avoided, when the sliding plate 21 is reset, the demoulding plate 47 pushes the formed plastic part in the mold 46, the plastic part is separated from the mold 46 and falls into the cooling pool 32 for cooling, the automatic injection molding separation cooling process avoids the artificial interference, and the manufacturing efficiency is greatly improved.
