Claims (10)
1. A portable reamer with changeable cutting edge is characterized by comprising
A grip handle (100);
the reamer assembly (300) comprises a cutter holder (310) and a cutter head (330), wherein cutter grooves (311) are distributed on the circumference of one end of the cutter holder (310), and the cutter head (330) is clamped in the cutter grooves (311);
the locking assembly (500) comprises a pressing piece (510) and a cylinder (530), one end of the cylinder (530) is inserted into the tool holder (310) in a sliding mode, the pressing piece (510) is connected with the tool holder (310), and one end of the cylinder (530) is connected with the pressing piece (510).
2. The reamer with the replaceable cutting edge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping handle (100) is a Morse taper handle, and a through hole (101) is formed on the surface of the clamping handle (100).
3. The portable reamer with replaceable cutting edge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the holder (310) is a cylindrical structure, the cutting grooves (311) are opened on the circumferential surface of the cylindrical structure, and the array of the cutting grooves (311) is provided with five.

The portable reamer with replaceable cutting edge of claim 3, wherein the inner surface of the holder (310) is configured as a conical surface, the outer surface of the cylinder (530) is configured as a conical surface, and the outer surface of the cylinder (530) is matched with the inner surface of the holder (310).

The reamer with the replaceable cutting edge as claimed in claim 6, wherein the support (511) is fixedly connected with the cutter holder (310) through a bolt, the support (511) is cylindrical, a containing groove is formed in the length direction of the cylindrical support, a hinge seat (519) is fixed in the containing groove, one end of the pull rod (515) is connected with the support (511) through the hinge seat (519), a sliding sleeve is fixed at one end, away from the hinge seat (519), of the containing groove, and the sliding rod (517) is inserted in the sliding sleeve in a sliding mode.
