when the coal mill hot air adjusting baffle 200 has a jam fault or a sudden-closing fault, the low operation module 300 adjusts the coal mill cold air adjusting baffle 400 and the coal feeder 500 to be in a manual control state by a user, and controls the inlet air volume of the coal mill to be larger than the preset lowest inlet air volume value.

The cold air adjusting baffle of the coal mill and the coal feeder are adjusted to be in a manual control state of a user, so that the more serious consequence caused by the fact that the coal mill continues to operate in an automatic control state after a fault occurs can be avoided.
The preset low-operation opening value is generally expressed by percentage, can be set by a worker according to experience and conditions, or can be automatically set by a system according to conditions, and the maximum preset low-operation opening value can be 100%; the unit of the coal feeding amount is ton, and the coal feeding amount can be set by workers according to experience and conditions or can be automatically set by a system according to conditions.
The unit of the preset lowest inlet air volume value is ton/hour, and under the ordinary condition, as long as the preset lowest inlet air volume value is larger than 45t/h after the opening degree of the cold air adjusting baffle 400 and the coal feeding amount of the coal feeder 500 are set, coal blockage or tripping caused by rapid reduction of the inlet air volume can be effectively avoided when the coal mill breaks down, so that a period of time for fault treatment is reserved for maintainers.

The method for diagnosing the fault of the hot air adjusting baffle plate of the coal mill according to claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether the blockage fault or the sudden shutdown fault occurs on the hot air adjusting baffle plate of the coal mill according to the feedback value of the opening degree of the hot air adjusting baffle plate of the coal mill comprises the following steps:
judging whether the first difference is larger than a first preset highest limit value or not to obtain a first judgment result, wherein the first difference is as follows: the difference value between the instruction value of the opening of the coal mill hot air adjusting baffle and the feedback value of the opening of the coal mill hot air adjusting baffle;
when the first judgment result is yes, judging whether the running time of the coal mill is greater than the preset running time or not to obtain a second judgment result;
and when the second judgment result is yes, judging that the blockage fault or the sudden switch fault occurs on the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill.
3. The method for diagnosing a malfunction of a hot air adjusting baffle according to claim 2, further comprising:
judging whether the time when the first judgment result is yes is greater than first preset time or not to obtain a third judgment result;
when the second judgment result is yes, the method for judging that the blockage fault or the sudden shutdown fault occurs on the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill comprises the following steps:
and when the second judgment result and the third judgment result are both yes, judging that the blockage fault or the sudden shutdown fault occurs on the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill.

The method for diagnosing the fault of the hot air adjusting baffle plate of the coal mill according to claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether the blockage fault or the sudden shutdown fault occurs on the hot air adjusting baffle plate of the coal mill according to the feedback value of the opening degree of the hot air adjusting baffle plate of the coal mill comprises the following steps:
judging whether the feedback value of the opening degree of the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill is smaller than a first preset minimum limiting value or not to obtain a fourth judgment result;
when the fourth judgment result is yes, judging whether the running time of the coal mill is greater than the preset running time or not to obtain a fifth judgment result;
when the fifth judgment result is yes, judging whether the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill is in an automatic control state or not to obtain a sixth judgment result;
and when the sixth judgment result is yes, judging that the blockage fault or the sudden switch fault occurs on the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill.
5. The method for diagnosing a malfunction of a hot air adjusting baffle according to claim 4, further comprising:
judging whether the time when the fourth judgment result is yes is greater than second preset time or not to obtain a seventh judgment result;
when the sixth judgment result is yes, it is judged that the coal mill hot air adjusting baffle has a jamming fault or a sudden switching fault, and the method comprises the following steps:

and adjusting the coal feeding amount of the coal feeder to a preset low operation coal feeding amount.
8. The method for diagnosing a malfunction of a hot blast adjusting baffle according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
when the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill has a blocking fault or a sudden switch fault, the coal mill automatically gives an alarm.
9. The fault diagnosis system of the hot air adjusting baffle is characterized by comprising a controller;
the feedback value of the opening degree of the hot air adjusting baffle of the coal mill of the controller;
and the controller judges whether the coal mill hot air adjusting baffle has a jamming fault or a sudden closing fault according to the feedback value of the opening of the coal mill hot air adjusting baffle.
