s1, connecting the water inlet connector (27) with a water inlet hose, connecting the water inlet hose with a tap water faucet, and adding powder required to be loaded into the storage box body (14);
s2, opening a power supply of a negative pressure device (11) at the upper part of the feeding cylinder body (12) and opening a power supply of a fan and a PTC ceramic heating sheet, wherein the negative pressure device (11) can generate negative pressure, so that the feeding cylinder body (12) sucks powder in the storage box body (14), and the PTC ceramic heating sheet can play a role in drying the powder and prevent the powder from hardening;
s3, enabling the powder to enter the interior of the charging barrel (7) through the hose (9) and the tee joint (10), setting the amount to be added once through the switch (6), enabling the weighing sensor (16) at the lower part of the charging barrel (7) to play a weighing role, enabling the PLC (26) to control the movable connecting plate (19) to move outwards after the set amount is reached, and discharging the powder into the interior of the coating mixing processing reaction kettle (2);
s4, opening an electromagnetic valve switch on the water inlet interface (27) to enable tap water to enter the interior of the coating mixing processing reaction kettle (2), and starting a power supply of the motor (22) to enable the motor (22) to fully stir and mix the coating;
s5, turning on a power supply of the vibration motor (5) to enable the coating mixing processing reaction kettle (2) to vibrate up and down, so that the stirring is more uniform;
and S6, after the coating is stirred and reacts, receiving and packaging by opening a valve on the discharge hole (1).
