The nursing bed main body comprises a bed frame 1 and a bed board, the bed board is divided into a front bed board 2 for supporting the upper half of a human body and a rear bed board 3 for supporting the lower half of the human body, the rear bed board 3 is fixed in the bed frame 1 and is abutted against the front bed board 2, and the upper surfaces of the front bed board 2 and the rear bed board 3 are at the same height in a horizontal state.
One end of the front bed board 2 close to the rear bed board 3 is rotatably connected with the bed frame 1, and the end far away from the rear bed board 3 is a free end; a supporting plate 4 with the same size as the bed plate is arranged below the bed plate, and the supporting plate 4 is fixedly connected with the bed frame 1; a screw mechanism is arranged at the middle position of the support plate 4 corresponding to the surface of the front bed plate 2, a screw 5 in the screw mechanism is fixed with the support plate 4 and driven by a screw motor 6, a screw nut 7 is rotatably connected on the screw 5, a telescopic cylinder 8 is hinged at the top of the screw nut 7, and a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder 8 is hinged with the bottom surface of the front bed plate 2; the axial direction of the lead screw 5 is the length direction of the human body.
The lead screw motor 6 in the lead screw mechanism and the telescopic cylinder 8 work in a matched mode, so that the angle adjustment of the front bed plate 2 relative to the horizontal plane can be achieved, and the requirements of different postures of patients can be met.
The plate surface of the supporting plate 4 corresponding to the rear bed plate 3 is provided with two parallel supporting frames 9, the top axis direction of the two supporting frames 9 is the human body length direction, and the positions correspond to the positions of two legs of the human body; the positions of the rear bed board 3 corresponding to the support frames 9 are respectively provided with a first opening 10; the front bed board 2 is provided with a plurality of rows of second openings 11 parallel to the axial extension line of the first opening 10, and the hinge points of the second openings 11 and the piston rod are not interfered with each other.
Further, the nursing bed main body further comprises a traveling wheel and a driving device 20, the traveling wheel is arranged at the bottom of the bed frame 1 and comprises a driving wheel mechanism 18 and a driven wheel mechanism 19, and the driving wheel mechanism 18 is driven by the driving device 20 to rotate.
The nursing bed can be pushed manually by nursing staff, and can also be pushed automatically by the driving device 20 to move.
The leg massage mechanisms are provided with two groups, each group of leg massage mechanisms respectively correspond to a clamping jaw 12 which can penetrate through the first opening 10 from top to bottom and is movably connected with the support frame 9, the top of the clamping jaw 12 is integrally fixed with an arc-shaped massage base 13 matched with the shape of the legs of a human body, and a leg massage component is arranged in the massage base.
Specifically, the leg massage assembly comprises a heating pad 21 laid on the inner side surface of the massage base, a plurality of massage beads 22 are uniformly arranged on the heating pad 21, and a vibrator 23, a controller 24 and a power supply assembly which are electrically connected with each other are fixed on the massage base; the heating mat 21 is provided with a heating wire and a temperature sensing device which are electrically connected with the controller 24, and the controller 24 is provided with a control button 25 and a temperature gear adjusting button 26 which are used for controlling the electrification of the heating wire and the on-off of the vibrator 23.
The leg massage mechanism of the present invention is only inserted into the first opening 10 and clamped to the support frame 9 when in use, and when in use, people can select three different modes of massage, hot compress, massage and hot compress according to requirements.
A plurality of groups of threaded holes 27 are oppositely arranged on the clamping jaws 12, and bolts pass through the threaded holes 27 to tightly abut against the supporting frame 9, so that the leg massage component is firmly fixed.
The number of the back massage mechanisms is the same as that of the second openings 11, and the back massage mechanisms are generally 2-4 groups, each group of back massage mechanisms correspondingly comprises a driving motor, an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with a cam 14, and the driving motor can drive the cam 14 to rotate; the peripheral surface of the cam 14 is connected with a top plate 15 in a rolling way (the bottom of the top plate 15 is correspondingly provided with a roller), a row of rubber massage heads 16 is arranged above the top plate 15, and the rubber massage heads 16 extend into the corresponding second openings 11 from bottom to top and can be exposed out of the top surface of the front bed plate 2 at intervals along with the rotation of the cam 14. The rows of rubber massage heads 16 can massage the back of the patient comprehensively by continuous up-and-down movement.
Further, the first opening 10 and the second opening 11 are both provided with a cover plate capable of sealing or opening the openings.
The head massage mechanism is fixed on the bedstead 1 and is positioned on one side of the front bed board 2 far away from the rear bed board 3, and the head massage mechanism is provided with a massage helmet 17 which can be sleeved on the head of a human body.
Specifically, the head massage mechanism comprises a vertical telescopic rod 28 fixed on the bed frame 1, a bendable supporting tube 29 is arranged at the top of the vertical telescopic rod 28, and a massage helmet 17 is arranged at one end of the bendable supporting tube 29 far away from the vertical telescopic rod 28.
In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the auxiliary massage and nursing device for the neurology department further comprises a neck massager 30, and the neck massager 30 is arranged on the corresponding supporting plate 4 below the front bed plate 2.

the leg massage mechanisms are provided with two groups, each group of leg massage mechanisms correspondingly comprises a clamping jaw (12) which can penetrate through the first opening (10) from top to bottom and is movably connected with the support frame (9), an arc-shaped massage base (13) matched with the shape of the leg of a human body is integrally fixed at the top of the clamping jaw (12), and a leg massage component is arranged in the massage base;
the back massage mechanisms are consistent with the second openings (11) in number, each back massage mechanism correspondingly comprises a driving motor, a cam (14) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, the outer peripheral surface of the cam (14) is in rolling connection with a top plate (15), a row of rubber massage heads (16) are arranged above the top plate (15), and the rubber massage heads (16) extend into the corresponding second openings (11) from bottom to top and can be exposed out of the top surface of the front bed plate (2) at intervals along with the rotation of the cam (14);
