Furthermore, if the age information of the user is determined to be the young information, the recommended drinking water type is determined to be the preset warm water type, so that the drinking water machine is controlled to output warm water for the user to drink, meanwhile, a protection identifier is added to the determined recommended drinking water type, and the protection identifier reflects that the recommended drinking water type belongs to the protection type. The recommended drinking water type is a drinking water type suitable for the user, and the protection mark added to the recommended drinking water type actually reflects the protection of the user. The user can only take drinking water with the protection identifier corresponding to the risk level or less, but not with the higher risk level. As described above, the protection type of the user is embodied by the protection identifier added in the recommended drinking water type, and if the protection identifier is added in the recommended drinking water type, the user type is the protection type; and if the recommended drinking water type is not added with the protection identifier, the user type is a non-protection type. And controlling the water dispenser to produce water according to whether the recommended drinking water type is a protection type or not and whether a water type selection instruction is received or not by considering whether the user type is the protection type or not, and controlling the water dispenser to discharge water after the water production is finished. It should be noted that before and after the water dispenser discharges water, an image of the water outlet of the water dispenser is shot by the camera device installed on the water dispenser and transmitted to the server, and the server identifies whether the water container is placed at the water outlet. If the water container is not identified before water is discharged, the water dispenser discharges water, and if the water container is not identified after water is discharged, the water dispenser is controlled to stop discharging water, so that waste of water resources is avoided. And after water is discharged, whether water in the water container is about to overflow or not can be identified through images, and if the water is about to overflow, the water dispenser is controlled to stop discharging water, so that waste of water resources is avoided.
According to the water taking method of the water dispenser, the two-dimensional code or the biological information acquisition device such as the human face and the fingerprint is arranged on the water dispenser, and the water taking request is triggered by scanning the two-dimensional code or acquiring the biological information. Once the water taking request is received, acquiring user age information corresponding to the water taking request and drinking water place information corresponding to the water dispenser; the user age information can be obtained according to a user account initiating a water taking request, and the user age information reflects the types of user groups; the drinking water place information can be obtained according to the position of the area where the water dispenser is located, and a water getting scene is embodied. And then, determining the drinking water type recommended to the user initiating the water taking request by combining the user crowd type embodied by the user age information and the water taking scene embodied by the drinking water place information. The water temperature of the recommended drinking type is suitable for user groups and water taking scenes, and drinking water with proper temperature can be determined without manual operation; meanwhile, the actual requirements of the user are considered, and the water drinking mechanism and the water outlet are controlled by combining factors such as whether the recommended water drinking type is a protection type and whether a water type selection instruction is received. Therefore, different user groups are distinguished, and the scene is controlled to automatically output drinking water with proper temperature, meanwhile, the safety of the user groups is considered by combining the actual demands of the users, and the automation and intelligent degree of water taking of the water dispenser are improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the water intake method of the water dispenser of the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment of the water intake method of the water dispenser of the present invention.
The second embodiment of the water dispenser taking method is different from the first embodiment of the water dispenser taking method in that the step of acquiring the user age information corresponding to the water taking request and the drinking place information of the water dispenser corresponding to the water taking request comprises the following steps:
step S40, reading the verification information corresponding to the water getting request and identifying the information type of the verification information;
step S50, if the information type is an account password type, verifying the account information and password information included in the verification information, and after the verification is passed, performing a step of acquiring user age information corresponding to the water fetching request;
and step S60, if the information type is a biological information type, verifying biological information contained in the verification information, and after the verification is passed, performing a step of acquiring user age information corresponding to the water fetching request, wherein the biological information is face information, fingerprint information, voiceprint information or iris information.
The embodiment verifies the user account initiating the water getting request before acquiring the user age information corresponding to the water getting request. Specifically, authentication information corresponding to the water getting request is obtained, and the authentication information is account information, which may be an account password, or biological information. Moreover, the account password and the biological information are different in verification mode and are used as two information types of the verification information. And after the verification information is acquired, identifying the information type of the verification information according to the existence form of the verification information.
Further, if the identified information type is the account password type, the account information and the password information included in the verification information are verified. And verifying whether the two are matched, if so, judging that the verification is passed, and if not, judging that the verification is not passed. step S90, if the preset drinking water type does not exist, executing the step of obtaining the user age information corresponding to the water getting request.
Further, after the account information and the password information are verified, or after the biological information is verified, whether the account information is bound with the information reflecting the type of the required drinking water or not is continuously judged, or whether the biological information is bound with the information reflecting the type of the required drinking water or not is judged. Determining whether a preset drinking water type corresponding to the account information or the biological information exists or not through the judgment, and if the information representing the required drinking water type is bound, judging that the preset drinking water type corresponding to the account information or the biological information exists; otherwise, the preset drinking water type corresponding to the account information or the biological information does not exist.

In the embodiment, the user account is verified by the account password or the biological information, so that the flexible and diverse verification is realized, and the verification operation of the user is facilitated; meanwhile, the drinking water type required by the user can be added into the account information or the biological information in advance to be bound, and the drinking machine water making and water discharging can be controlled directly according to the bound preset drinking water type, so that the quick water discharging is facilitated, and the water discharging type is ensured to meet the user requirement.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the water getting method of the water dispenser of the present invention is provided based on the first or second embodiment of the water getting method of the water dispenser of the present invention.
The third embodiment of the water taking method of the water dispenser is different from the first or second embodiment of the water taking method of the water dispenser in that the step of controlling the water making of the water dispenser according to whether the recommended drinking water type is a protection type and whether a water type selection instruction is received comprises the following steps:

The embodiment controls the water dispenser to produce water by combining whether the recommended drinking water type is the protection type and whether a water type selection instruction is received. Specifically, if the determined recommended drinking water type is a protection type and a water type selection instruction is received, whether the selection information sent by the water type selection instruction is matched with preset safety information is judged. The preset safety information is preset information used for limiting the supporting setting of the protection type crowd. Because the recommended drinking water type is the type suitable for the user to drink according to the age and the drinking water scene of the user, the corresponding water production mode is controlled, and the produced drinking water is beneficial to the physical health of the user.
Further, if the determined recommended drinking water type is not the protection type, but the water type selection instruction is received, the fact that the user has the required drinking water type is indicated, and at the moment, the water dispenser is controlled to produce water according to the selection information corresponding to the water type selection instruction, so that the water outlet of the water dispenser meets the requirements of the user. Wherein, the options of the support selection of the water dispenser at least comprise water temperature selection, water quantity selection and additive selection, and the additives comprise sugar, baking soda, carbon dioxide and the like. Further, the water temperature type, the water quantity type and the additive type are formed into preset drinking water types and are fed back to a user for confirmation. And if the user confirms that the water drinking type is correct, the preset water drinking type is bound to the user account and used as the water drinking type required by the user for subsequent use. If the user needs to modify the preset drinking water type, initiating a modification instruction to the preset drinking water type, and binding the modified drinking water type with the user account number to serve as the drinking water type required by the user for subsequent water taking.
It should be noted that, since the user water type selection command can select one, two or all of the temperature, the water amount and the additive, when the preset drinking water type is generated, the water type is generated according to the selection information, and the water type is not required to be generated on the premise that all the information is provided.
The embodiment controls the water dispenser to produce water by combining whether the recommended drinking water type is the protection type and whether a water type selection instruction is received, so that the drinking water requirement of a user can be met to the greatest extent while the user is protected. Claims (10)

1. A water taking method of a water dispenser is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a water taking request is received, acquiring user age information corresponding to the water taking request and drinking water place information of a water dispenser corresponding to the water taking request;
determining a recommended drinking type according to the user age information and the drinking place information;
and controlling the water dispenser to produce water according to whether the recommended drinking water type is a protection type or not and whether a water type selection instruction is received or not, and controlling the water dispenser to discharge water after the water production is finished.
2. The method for taking water from a water dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of determining the recommended drinking water type according to the user age information and the drinking water location information comprises the steps of:
if the user age information is information of age or information of young, determining the recommended drinking water type as a preset warm water type;
if the user age information is young information and the drinking place information is sport place information, determining the recommended drinking type as a preset warm water type;
if the user age information is young information and the drinking water place information is static place information, the place temperature corresponding to the static place information is obtained, and the recommended drinking water type is determined according to the place temperature.
3. The method for taking water from a water dispenser according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining the recommended drinking water type as a preset warm water type if the user age information is information on age or information on age comprises:
if the age information of the user is the age information, detecting whether a brewing object exists in a water container on the water dispenser, and if so, determining the recommended drinking water type as a preset hot water type;
if the water container does not contain brewing objects, determining the recommended drinking water type as a preset warm water type;

and if the information type is a biological information type, verifying biological information contained in the verification information, and after the verification is passed, executing a step of acquiring user age information corresponding to the water taking request, wherein the biological information is face information, fingerprint information, voiceprint information or iris information.
5. The water dispenser water intake method of claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining the user age information corresponding to the water intake request and the drinking water location information of the water dispenser corresponding to the water intake request is preceded by the steps of:
after the account information and the password information are verified, or the biological information is verified, judging whether a preset drinking water type corresponding to the account information or the biological information exists or not;
if the preset drinking water type exists, controlling the water dispenser to produce water based on the preset drinking water type, and controlling the water dispenser to discharge water after water production is finished;
and if the preset drinking water type does not exist, executing the step of acquiring the user age information corresponding to the water taking request.

The method for taking water from a water dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step of controlling the water making of the water dispenser according to whether the recommended water drinking type is a protection type and whether a water type selection instruction is received comprises the steps of:
if the recommended drinking water type is a protection type and a water type selection instruction is received, judging whether selection information corresponding to the water type selection instruction is matched with preset safety information or not, and if the selection information is matched with the preset safety information, controlling the water dispenser to make water according to the selection information;
if the recommended drinking water type is a protection type and a water type selection instruction is not received or the selection information in the received water type selection instruction is not matched with the preset safety information, controlling the water dispenser to produce water in a preset protection mode;
if the recommended drinking water type is not a protection type and a water type selection instruction is not received, controlling the water dispenser to produce water in a water production mode corresponding to the recommended drinking water type;
and if the recommended drinking water type is a non-protection type and a water type selection instruction is received, controlling the water dispenser to make water according to the selection information corresponding to the water type selection instruction.
7. The water dispenser water taking method according to claim 6, wherein the selection information corresponding to the water type selection instruction comprises any one of water temperature selection information, water quantity selection information and additive selection information.
8. The method for taking water from a water dispenser according to claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the water dispenser to produce water according to the selection information corresponding to the water type selection instruction comprises the following steps:
if the selection information contains water temperature selection information, recording a water temperature value in the water temperature selection information, collecting an environment temperature value corresponding to the water temperature value, and generating a corresponding relation between the water temperature value and the environment temperature value;
if the selection information comprises water content selection information, recording the water amount in the water amount selection information;
if the selection information contains additive selection information, recording the additive type in the additive selection information;
and generating a preset drinking water type for storage according to the corresponding relation, the water quantity and/or the additive type.

A water dispenser intake system, characterized in that it comprises a memory, a processor and a control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which control program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the water dispenser intake method according to any one of claims 1-8.
