Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a heating type mascara device, which includes a base 10, a rod 13 disposed on the base 10, a head 16 disposed on the rod 13; a controllable power supply 11 is arranged in the base 10, a heating element 15 is arranged in one end of the support rod 13 close to the head 16, and the support rod 13 can absorb heat generated by the heating element 15 and transmit the heat to the head 13.
