The invention provides an ecological efficient weeding device for agriculture and forestry.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the ecological agriculture and forestry efficient weeding device comprises a machine body 1, a support rod 2 and a weeding assembly 3.
Specifically, the machine body 1 may be a hand-held machine body or a backpack machine body, a control system (not shown) and an energy supply system (not shown) are integrated in the machine body 1, the control system is used for controlling the opening, closing, output efficiency and the like of the weeding device, and the energy supply system can supply energy for a driving component, the control system and the like, and in general, the energy supply system uses a storage battery as a core. Of course, the energy supply system may also use a diesel generator as a core.
One end of the supporting rod 2 is provided with a handle 21, and the other end is provided with a weeding assembly 3. The handle 21 is provided with control keys (not shown) electrically connected with the control system, wherein the control keys comprise, but are not limited to, a start-up key of the weeding device, a rotation speed adjusting key of the weeding assembly 3 and a form control key of the weeding assembly 3. By means of the support bar 2, it is possible to facilitate the user to operate the weeding assembly 3 for weeding.
The weeding assembly 3 includes a bracket 31, a first motor 32, a driving wheel 33, a first driven wheel 34, and a saw wire 35. Wherein, the bracket 31 is arranged at the other end of the supporting rod 2, the first motor 32 is arranged on the bracket 31, the driving wheel 33 and the first driven wheel 34 are rotatably connected to the bracket 31, and the driving wheel 33 and the first driven wheel 34 are arranged on the bracket 31 at intervals. The first motor 32 is used for driving the driving wheel 33. The saw wire 35 is sleeved on the driving wheel 33 and the first driven wheel 34. Specifically, when the first motor 32 drives the driving wheel 33 to rotate, the saw wire 35 can rotate at a high speed under the driving of the driving wheel 33 and the first driven wheel 34 to cut weeds. The sawing wire 35 may be a metal wire, a plastic wire, a fiber wire, a composite wire, etc. Illustratively, the desired saw wire 35 may be prepared by adding metal particles, diamond particles, etc. to the fiber or plastic. This is where the spacing of the primary wheel 33 from the primary driven wheel 34 can be considered the mowing width of the herbicidal assembly 3.
In this embodiment, the first driven wheel 34 may also be close to or far from the driving wheel 33 to change the distance between the driving wheel 33 and the first driven wheel 34. It will be appreciated that as the spacing of the primary wheel 33 from the primary driven wheel 34 is varied, the mowing width of the herbicidal assembly 3 is varied. Thus, the operator can reduce the mowing width of the weeding assembly 3 to remove weeds in narrow areas, or increase the mowing width of the weeding assembly 3 to weed in wide areas. Therefore, the ecological agriculture and forestry high-efficiency weeding device can adapt to different environments and realize high-efficiency weeding.
Further, to ensure that the saw wire 35 remains in a tensioned state after the first driven wheel 34 is moved, the weeding assembly 3 of the present application further includes a tensioning member 36, where the tensioning member 36 is provided on the bracket 31, so as to adjust the tensioning degree of the saw wire 35. The tensioning force of the saw wire 35 can be adjusted in real time through the tensioning piece 36, so that the saw wire 35 can be guaranteed to be in a tensioning state all the time, and the weeding effect of the saw wire 35 is guaranteed.
In summary, according to the ecological efficient weeding device for agriculture and forestry, which is disclosed by the technical scheme of the application, the saw wire 35 is sleeved on the driving wheel 33 and the first driven wheel 34, the first driven wheel 34 is arranged to be close to or far away from the driving wheel 33, and the tensioning force of the saw wire 35 is adjusted through the tensioning piece 36, so that the adjustment of the mowing width of the weeding assembly 3 can be realized through the adjustment of the interval between the driving wheel 33 and the first driven wheel 34. Therefore, compared with the weeding device with fixed mowing width, the ecological agriculture and forestry high-efficiency weeding device has the advantages of being strong in environment adaptability and high in weeding efficiency.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the bracket 31 includes a first mounting bar 311 and a second mounting bar 312. The first mounting rod 311 is disposed at the other end of the support rod 2, the driving wheel 33 is rotatably connected to one end of the first mounting rod 311, the second mounting rod 312 is rotatably connected to the other end of the first mounting rod 311, the first driven wheel 34 is rotatably connected to the second mounting rod 312, and the second mounting rod 312 can rotate relative to the first mounting rod 311, so that the first driven wheel 34 is close to or far from the driving wheel 33.
Specifically, the driving wheel 33 is disposed on the first mounting rod 311, the first driven wheel 34 is disposed on the second mounting rod 312, and the distance between the first driven wheel 34 and the driving wheel 33 is changed by adjusting the rotation angle of the second mounting rod 312 relative to the first mounting rod 311. In this case, when the second mounting lever 312 is rotated, the width of the stand 31 can be adjusted so that the width of the stand 31 is changed according to the mowing width, in addition to the adjustment of the interval between the first driven wheel 34 and the driving wheel 33. In this way, the stand 31 is spread in a wide area and narrowed in a narrow area, and the environmental adaptability of the herbicidal assembly 3 is further improved. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the first driven wheel 34 may also slide closer to or farther from the driving wheel 33.
Specifically, the first driven wheel 34 is provided at one end of the second mounting bar 312. This arrangement is advantageous in increasing the maximum distance between the first driven pulley 34 and the driving pulley 33 and in reducing the minimum distance between the first driven pulley 34 and the driving pulley 33.
Further, the weeding assembly 3 further includes a second driven wheel 37, the second driven wheel 37 is rotatably connected to the other end of the second mounting rod 312, and the saw wire 35 is simultaneously sleeved on the driving wheel 33, the first driven wheel 34 and the second driven wheel 37.
It can be understood that the second driven wheel 37 is further disposed at the other end of the mounting rod, and the saw wire 35 is simultaneously sleeved on the driving wheel 33, the first driven wheel 34 and the second driven wheel 37, so that the tensioning strength of the saw wire 35 can be improved, and further the mowing efficiency of the weeding assembly 3 can be improved. In addition, the driving wheel 33, the first driven wheel 34 and the second driven wheel 37 can also enable the saw wire 35 to form a triangular structure, so that the structural strength of the weeding assembly 3 is improved, and the risk that the saw wire 35 is wound by weeds is reduced.
Further, two ends of the second mounting rod 312 are respectively provided with a mounting portion 312a, and the first driven wheel 34 and the second driven wheel 37 are respectively connected to the two mounting portions 312a in a rotating manner. By installing the first driven wheel 34 and the second driven wheel 37 on the two installation portions 312a respectively, the distance between the saw wire 35 and the second installation rod 312 can be increased, so that weeds can be prevented from winding between the second installation rod 312 and the saw wire 35 during weeding, and the stability of the weeding assembly 3 in operation can be improved.
Specifically, when the second mounting bar 312 is rotated to a position perpendicular to the first mounting bar 311, the driving wheel 33, the first driven wheel 34, and the second driven wheel 37 form an equilateral triangle. Thus, on one hand, the structural stability of the weeding assembly 3 is improved, on the other hand, the weeding assembly 3 can be used for comprehensively cutting off weeds, and the usability of the weeding assembly 3 is improved. Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the driving wheel 33, the first driven wheel 34, and the second driven wheel 37 may also form an isosceles triangle, a right triangle, or the like.
Further, the bottom of the rotating shaft of the driving wheel 33, the first driven wheel 34 and the second driven wheel 37 is also provided with a supporting roller 6, and the supporting roller 6 is a universal wheel. The mowing assembly can be supported by the supporting roller 6 so as to be convenient for a user to use, and the supporting roller 6 is a universal wheel, so that the mowing width of the weeding assembly 3 is not influenced when the mowing width of the weeding assembly 3 is changed.
Based on the above technical solution, in the present embodiment, the tensioning member 36 includes an elastic telescopic rod 361 and a tensioning wheel 362, wherein a fixed rod (not labeled) of the elastic telescopic rod 361 is disposed on the bracket 31, a movable rod (not labeled) of the elastic telescopic rod 361 is rotatably connected with the tensioning wheel 362, the tensioning wheel 362 abuts against the saw wire 35, and the tensioning force of the saw wire 35 is adjusted by the elastic force of the elastic telescopic rod 361.
Specifically, the elastic telescopic rod 361 includes a fixed rod and a movable rod, a slot (not shown) is disposed in the fixed rod, an elastic member (not shown) is disposed in the slot, the movable rod is inserted in the slot and is subject to the elastic force of the elastic member, the movable rod partially extends out of the slot, and the tension wheel 362 is rotatably connected to one end of the movable rod extending out of the fixed rod. Since the tension pulley 362 abuts against the saw wire 35, the elastic force of the lever elastic member can be utilized to tension the saw wire 35.
Alternatively, the elastic member may be a spring or a shrapnel.
Further, the elastic telescopic rod 361 is provided to the second mounting rod 312, and the elastic telescopic rod 361 extends from the second driven wheel 37 in the direction of the first driven wheel 34.
It will be appreciated that first, the resilient telescopic rod 361 is provided to the second mounting rod 312, so that the resilient telescopic rod 361 and the tensioning wheel 362 can rotate with the rotation of the second mounting rod 312, so that the tensioning member 36 can dynamically tension the saw wire 35. Secondly, make the flexible pole 361 extend from the second follow driving wheel 37 to the direction of first follow driving wheel 34 for the contained angle setting that is the acute angle between flexible pole 361 and the second installation pole 312, so, both be favorable to improving the structural stability of flexible pole 361 and second installation pole 312, be favorable to take-up pulley 362 tensioning saw line 35.
Specifically, when the second mounting bar 312 is rotated to a position perpendicular to the first mounting bar 311, the elastic telescopic bar 361 and the tension pulley 362 are located at a side of the second mounting bar 312 facing the driving wheel 33. In this way, the tensioning member 36 is located inside the triangle formed by the driving wheel 33, the first driven wheel 34 and the second driven wheel 37, so that the tensioning member 36 can be prevented from interfering with the cutting of the saw wire 35.
Further, the weeding assembly 3 of the present application further includes a driving mechanism 4, the driving mechanism 4 includes a second motor 41 and a reduction transmission mechanism 42, the second motor 41 is electrically connected with the control system and the energy supply system, and the second motor 41 drives the second mounting rod 312 to rotate through the reduction transmission mechanism 42.
Through the above arrangement, when a user uses the weeding assembly 3, the control system can control the second motor 41 to further control the rotation of the second mounting rod 312, so that the effective mowing width of the weeding assembly 3 can be adjusted. The automatic weeding device is beneficial to improving the automation level of the weeding device and is convenient for users to use.
Specifically, the second motor 41 is provided on the first mounting lever 311, and the second motor 41 is drivingly connected to the second mounting lever 312 via the reduction gear 42. The second motor 41 is in driving connection with the second mounting rod 312 through the reduction transmission mechanism 42, which is beneficial to improving the output torque of the second motor 41 on one hand, and reducing the output rotation speed of the motor on the other hand, so as to reduce the rotation speed of the second mounting rod 312, and further improve the rotation stability of the second motor 41.
Preferably, the reduction gear 42 is a gear drive. The gear transmission mechanism is selected, so that multi-stage deceleration between the second motor 41 and the second mounting rod 312 is facilitated, and the output rotating speed of the second motor 41 can be further reduced to a greater extent.
Specifically, the gear transmission mechanism includes a driving gear (not shown) provided on the output shaft of the second motor 41, a driven gear (not shown) provided on the second mounting lever 312, and a reduction gear set (not shown) engaged between the driving gear and the driven gear, and the reduction gear set is rotatably connected to the first mounting lever 311.
Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the reduction gear 42 may alternatively be a belt-driven reduction gear.
Further, the support bar 2 is slidably connected to the first mounting bar 311, and is slidable along the length direction of the first mounting bar 311. On the basis of the above embodiment, the high-efficiency weeding device of the present application further includes a connecting rod 5, one end of the connecting rod 5 is rotatably connected with the second mounting rod 312, the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the supporting rod 2, and the connecting rod 5 is used for driving the supporting rod 2 to slide compared with the first mounting rod 311 when the second mounting rod 312 rotates. Here, the sliding block may be fixed by the first mounting bar 311 as compared to the first mounting bar 311, and the supporting bar 2 slides on the first mounting bar 311; it is also possible that the support bar 2 is fixed and the first mounting bar 311 slides in relation to the slide.
Because the rotation of the second installation rod 312 can change the gravity center of the bracket 31, when the second installation rod 312 rotates, the connecting rod 5 can adjust the connection position of the support rod 2 with the first installation rod 311, so that the connection position of the support rod 2 at the bracket 31 can be transferred along with the transfer of the gravity center of the bracket 31, and further the connection of the support rod 2 is kept to be always positioned at or close to the gravity center of the bracket 31, and the design is convenient for a user to operate the weeding assembly 3, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Optionally, the connecting rod 5 includes two struts 51 disposed at an included angle, and the two struts 51 are respectively rotatably connected to the second mounting rod 312 and the supporting rod 2. This arrangement facilitates the link 5 to avoid the driving mechanism 4 on the first mounting bar 311 and facilitates the second mounting bar 312 to drive the support bar 2 to slide as compared with the slider.
Further, the weeding assembly 3 of the present application further includes a baffle (not shown) provided on the side of the first mounting bar 311 facing the body 1 to form a shelter. The baffle can prevent weed residues generated during weeding from flying to users so as to protect the users.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
