提供的在制产品数量上限推荐的系统,包括分布式存储设备、分析设备、显示设备,分布式存储设备的一个或多个处理器被配置为执行以下操作:获取分布式存储设备中存储的至少部分生产数据(S101),生产数据包括生产线在多个时间周期的数量记录和耗时记录,每个时间周期的耗时记录包括在该时间周期生产线的各工艺站点的工艺耗时;对各数量记录进行聚类得到多个初始分类(S102);每个初始分类包括至少一个数量记录;根据每个初始分类的各数量记录对应的耗时记录,确定部分初始分类为优选分类(S103);根据优选分类的至少部分数量记录,确定各工艺站点的在制产品数量上限(S104);显示设备,被配置为显示分析设备确定的各工艺站点的在制产品数量上限。
