Claims (9)

1. A spare part combination without tool operation is characterized by comprising a main body structure, guide rails, a top cover and a supporting assembly, wherein the main body structure is a box body structure with an open upper end, the two sides of the top cover are respectively connected with the guide rails through the supporting assembly, and the two side walls of the main body structure are respectively connected with the guide rails on the two sides of the top cover; the supporting assembly comprises a supporting piece and a guide rail bracket, the guide rail is installed on the guide rail bracket, and two ends of the supporting piece are respectively connected with the guide rail bracket and the top cover;
the guide rail bracket adopts a laterally-arranged U-shaped structure, and a plurality of lightening holes are formed in the guide rail bracket to lighten the weight of the whole guide rail bracket; the opening side of the guide rail support of the U-shaped structure faces the outer side of the main body structure, the closed side of the guide rail support of the U-shaped structure is used for assembling a guide rail, and two free ends of the opening side of the guide rail support of the U-shaped structure are respectively extended with a mounting edge.

The kit of claim 1, wherein the guide rail is a tertiary guide rail, the top cover is connected at two sides thereof to the outer guide rail of the tertiary guide rail through the support members, and the main structure is connected at two side walls thereof to the inner guide rail of the tertiary guide rail at two sides of the top cover.
3. A kit of parts for a tool-less operation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support member is in a zigzag configuration, the top of the support member is connected to the top cover, and the bottom of the support member is connected to the rail bracket.
4. The spare part combination of no instrument ization operation of claim 1, characterized in that, the major structure includes bottom plate, left side board, right side board, front panel and the rear panel that adopts sheet metal construction respectively, left side board and right side board are installed respectively the bottom plate left and right sides, the front panel is installed the bottom plate front side and respectively with left side board and right side board are connected, the rear panel is installed the bottom plate rear side and respectively with left side board and right side board are connected.
5. A kit of parts for tool-less operation as claimed in claim 4, wherein the front panel is provided with a handle, a sign clip and a quick-lock in-line.
6. A cabinet for a radar system, comprising a cabinet body and the spare part assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support components on both sides of the spare part assembly are respectively connected in the cabinet body.
7. The cabinet for the radar system as recited in claim 6, wherein a plurality of push-pull openings are formed on the front side of the cabinet body, and panel frames are disposed on the push-pull openings and installed on the cabinet body through non-detachable screws.
8. The cabinet of claim 7, wherein the panel frame has a limiting groove formed on an outer surface thereof, and when the spare part assembly is pushed into the cabinet body from the push-pull opening, the periphery of the front panel of the main structure abuts against the limiting groove.
9. The cabinet for the radar system as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of installation channels are provided in the cabinet body, installation beams are respectively provided above two sides of each installation channel, and the support assemblies at two sides of the spare part assembly are respectively connected to the installation beams at two sides of the installation channel.
