Detailed Description
A sound outlet hole is formed in the shell of the equipment with the loudspeaker and communicated with the cavity for mounting the loudspeaker and the outside, so that the sound of the loudspeaker can be emitted to the outside through the sound outlet hole.
In order to avoid the loudspeaker from being damaged when meeting water, the conventional equipment generally adopts the loudspeaker with a waterproof function; for example, when the waterproof level of the device is 50 meters, it is necessary to use a speaker having a 5ATM (50 meters waterproof) function. However, the speaker having the waterproof function has the following disadvantages: the cost of the loudspeaker with the waterproof function is several times that of a common loudspeaker, so that the cost of equipment is increased; the second step is as follows: the size of the loudspeaker with the waterproof function is larger than that of a common loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker is inconvenient to arrange; when the size of the equipment is limited, the waterproof structure needs to be arranged by sacrificing the performance of the loudspeaker, so that the loudspeaker is poor in performance in the aspects of communication and music playing; and thirdly: after the loudspeaker is wetted, water cannot be completely discharged in time, and the loudspeaker can generate noise due to residual water stain on a vibrating diaphragm of the loudspeaker; fourthly, the method comprises the following steps: the process of mounting the speaker having the waterproof function on the device is also complicated, and the manufacturing cost of the device is further increased.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides equipment with a loudspeaker, wherein the shell of the equipment is provided with a sliding water-stop piece, and the water-stop piece can block a sound outlet hole when the equipment needs to be waterproof, so that the loudspeaker is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that water enters a cavity through the sound outlet hole; the water-stop piece can also open the sound outlet hole when the equipment does not need to be waterproof, and the normal use of the loudspeaker is not influenced; meanwhile, the equipment can highlight the sound with specific frequency by adjusting the water-stop piece to a third preset position; therefore, the equipment does not need to use a loudspeaker with a waterproof effect, but can use a common loudspeaker with lower cost, thereby reducing the cost of the equipment; in addition, because the size of ordinary speaker is less than in the speaker that possesses waterproof function, therefore make things convenient for its arrangement on equipment, or, under the speaker arrangement space of the same size, compare in the speaker that possesses waterproof function, equipment can select for use the ordinary speaker that tone quality is better.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the preferred embodiments of the present invention. In the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components or components having the same or similar functions throughout. An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus with a speaker, which is shown in fig. 1 and includes a housing 1, a driving unit, and a water stop 3. The loudspeaker comprises a shell 1, a cavity 101, a loudspeaker 2 and a sound outlet hole 102, wherein the cavity 101 is arranged in the shell 1, the loudspeaker 2 is arranged in the cavity 101, and the shell 1 is provided with the sound outlet hole for communicating the cavity 101 with the outside of the shell 1; the driving unit is arranged on the shell 1 or in the shell 1; the water stop piece 3 is arranged on the shell 1 in a sliding manner and is connected with a driving unit, and the driving unit is used for driving the water stop piece 3 to slide on the shell 1; when the water stop piece 3 is located at the first preset position, the sound outlet hole 102 is opened; when the water stop piece 3 is located at the second preset position, the water stop piece 3 blocks the sound outlet hole 102; when the water blocking member 3 is located at least one third preset position between the first preset position and the second preset position, the water blocking member 3 blocks the part of the sound outlet 102.
That is to say, in the apparatus with a speaker provided in this embodiment, the casing 1 of the apparatus is provided with the water blocking member 3, the water blocking member 3 can slide on the casing 1, and the water blocking member 3 can slide to block the sound outlet hole 102, so as to prevent water from entering the casing 1 from the sound outlet hole 102 and causing damage to the speaker 2; the water-stop piece 3 can also slide to open the sound outlet hole 102, so that the loudspeaker 2 can work normally; the shutter 3 can also slide to a portion that blocks the sound hole 102, at which time the apparatus can highlight sounds of a specific frequency.
The equipment of this embodiment can realize the conversion of speaker 2 between waterproof state and normal use state through the switching of water-stop piece 3 between first preset position and second preset position, need not to adopt the speaker that self possesses waterproof function again, therefore can reduce the cost of equipment. On the basis, the equipment of the embodiment can also highlight the sound with the specific frequency by adjusting the water stop piece 3 to the third preset position, so that the sound quality of the equipment is improved.
In this embodiment, the device with the speaker is described as an example of a smart watch, and it should be noted that the device with the speaker may also be a mobile phone, a smart band, or other devices that have sound holes and need to be waterproof; other devices have the same principle as the smart watch provided in the present embodiment, and will not be described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 1, it should be noted that fig. 1 only shows the structure of the smart watch having the sound outlet hole 102, since it does not affect understanding. The intelligent watch comprises a shell 1, wherein a sealed cavity 101 is enclosed in the shell 1, and a loudspeaker 2 is installed in the cavity 101; the sound outlet hole 102 extends through the sidewall of the cavity 101 to form a communication between the cavity 101 and the outside of the housing 1, so that the sound of the speaker 2 can be emitted to the outside of the housing 1 through the sound outlet hole 102, that is, to the outside.
In order to make the sound of the speaker 2 emit better, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the sound emitting hole 102 is in a strip shape, the length direction of the sound emitting hole 102 is parallel to the length direction of the case 1 of the smart watch, and the sound emitting hole 102 is two strips arranged at intervals along the height direction of the case 1. The length direction of the casing 1 refers to a direction parallel to the length direction of the arm after the smart watch is worn on the arm of the user, namely, the X direction in fig. 2; the height direction of the housing 1 refers to its thickness direction, i.e., the Z direction in fig. 1 and 2.
It should be noted that the length direction of the sound outlet 102 may also be parallel to the height direction of the housing 1, and may also be parallel to the width direction of the housing 1, and the number of the sound outlet 102 may also be one, three or other number, which has the same principle as the scheme of the present embodiment, and is not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the water stop 3 of the present embodiment has a plate shape, the water stop 3 can slide on the housing 1 along the length direction of the housing 1, and the water stop 3 is located between the speaker 2 and the side wall of the housing 1 where the sound outlet 102 is provided. In addition, referring to fig. 1, in the smart watch, a dust screen 11 is generally further provided between the speaker 2 and the sound outlet hole 102, and the water blocking member 3 may be provided between the dust screen 11 and the speaker 2 or between the dust screen 11 and the sound outlet hole 102.
In this embodiment, when the water blocking member 3 slides to the position shown in fig. 2, at this time, the water blocking member 3 is completely located at one side of the sound outlet hole 102, the sound outlet hole 102 is completely open, the sound of the speaker 2 can be emitted out of the housing 1 without being affected by the water blocking member 3, and in this embodiment, the water blocking member 3 is referred to as being located at the first preset position; when the water blocking member 3 slides to the position shown in fig. 3, at this time, the water blocking member 3 overlaps the sound outlet hole 102, the water blocking member 3 completely blocks the sound outlet hole 102, the water blocking member 3 can prevent water from entering the cavity 101 through the sound outlet hole 102, and the water blocking member 3 is referred to as being located at the second predetermined position in this embodiment.
When the shutter 3 slides to the position shown in fig. 4 and 5, the shutter 3 blocks the part of the sound outlet hole 102, or the sound outlet hole 102 is partially opened; in this embodiment, the water blocking member 3 is located at a third preset position, and the water blocking members 3 shown in fig. 4 and 5 are located at different third preset positions, respectively.
When the water stop 3 is located at the third preset position, the helmholtz resonance frequency point of the front cavity of the loudspeaker 2 will change compared with the case where the water stop 3 is located at the first preset position. And the water stop 3 is located at a third different predetermined position, the helmholtz resonance frequency point of the front cavity of the loudspeaker 2 is also different.
That is, the formants of the frequency response curve of the speaker 2 can be set at different frequencies due to the different lengths of the sound holes 102 blocked by the water blocking member 3. In other words, when the sound outlet holes 102 with different lengths are blocked by the water blocking member 3, the frequency response curve of the speaker 2 reaches the resonance peak at different frequencies. Referring to fig. 6, three curves I, II, and III in fig. 6 are frequency response curves of the speaker 2 when the water stop member 3 is located at three different third preset positions, respectively. It can be seen that the frequency at which the frequency response curve of the loudspeaker 2 reaches the formants is different when the water stop 3 is in a third, different predetermined position. And the frequency at which the frequency response reaches the formants is a more prominent frequency in the sound emitted by the loudspeaker 2.
In this embodiment, the third preset positions are specifically three, and when the water blocking member 3 is located at the three third preset positions, the frequency response curve of the speaker 2 can correspondingly reach the frequency of the formant, which is close to the frequency of the human voice, the frequency of the percussion music and the frequency of the metal musical instrument, so that the equipment can correspondingly play a role in highlighting the playing effects of the human voice, the percussion music and the metal musical instrument.
It should be noted that the third preset position may be one, two, four or more, which has the same principle as the solution of the embodiment and will not be described in detail here.
In the present embodiment, the water-stop member 3 is made of a soft material, which is a material that can be rolled and stored, such as soft polyvinyl chloride, a waterproof film, and the like. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the apparatus further includes a rotating shaft 31, the rotating shaft 31 is rotatably disposed on the housing 1, and the rotating shaft 31 is located at one side of the sound outlet 102. One end of the water stop piece 3 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 31, and when the water stop piece 3 slides to a first preset position, the water stop piece 3 is wound on the rotating shaft 31; when the water stop piece 3 slides to the second preset position, the water stop piece 3 is released from the rotating shaft 31.
That is to say, in this embodiment, the casing 1 is provided with a rotatable rotating shaft 31, and when the water blocking member 3 is located at the first preset position, the water blocking member 3 is wound on the rotating shaft 31; when the water stop piece 3 is at a second preset position, the water stop piece 3 is unfolded; when the water stop piece 3 is at each third preset position, the water stop piece 3 is partially unfolded.
In order to enable the water stop piece 3 to slide towards the direction close to the first preset position, the water stop piece 3 can be wound on the rotating shaft 31; in this embodiment, the rotating shaft 31 is provided with a first elastic member, which applies an elastic force to the rotating shaft 31, and the elastic force drives the rotating shaft 31 to rotate toward the retracting water stop member 3.
Specifically, the first elastic member applies an elastic force to the rotating shaft 31, and in addition, the rotating shaft 31 may also be pulled by the water blocking member 3, when the pulling force of the water blocking member 3 to the rotating shaft 31 is greater than the elastic force, the rotating shaft 31 rotates in a direction of releasing the water blocking member 3, that is, in a clockwise direction in fig. 3, so that the water blocking member 3 slides in a direction close to the second preset position; when the pulling force of the water stop piece 3 on the rotating shaft 31 is smaller than the elastic force, the rotating shaft 31 rotates towards the direction of rolling the water stop piece 3, namely, anticlockwise in fig. 3, so that the water stop piece 3 slides towards the direction close to the first preset position.
In this embodiment, the first elastic member is a coil spring, or a clockwork spring. When the water stop piece 3 slides towards the direction close to the second preset position, the coil spring stores energy; when the water stop piece 3 slides towards the direction close to the first preset position, the coil spring drives the rotating shaft 31 to rotate due to the elastic recovery of the coil spring, so that the water stop piece 3 is wound on the rotating shaft 31. It should be noted that the coil spring may be made of an existing product, and the structure for applying the elastic force to the rotating shaft 31 may refer to the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein.
By arranging the rotating shaft 31 on the housing 1 and winding the water stop piece 3 on the rotating shaft 31, the water stop piece 3 of the present embodiment will occupy less space when being located at the first preset position, compared with the following case of using a hard water stop piece 3, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the water stop piece on the equipment with the size generally limited.
In some embodiments, the water stop 3 is made of a hard material, which may be, for example, metal, specifically, aluminum, stainless steel, etc., and the material of the water stop 3 may also be hard plastic, and may also be acrylic plate, etc. When the water stop member 3 is made of a hard material, the sliding structure on the housing 1 is simple. However, as shown in fig. 7, when the water stop 3 is in the first predetermined position, the water stop 3 still needs to occupy a space equal to or larger than the size of the water stop 3, and the arrangement is difficult on electronic equipment with a generally limited size.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the driving unit of this embodiment includes a thrust block 32, the thrust block 32 is fixedly connected to the water blocking member 3 and extends to the outside of the housing 1, and the thrust block 32 is used for receiving external force to push so as to drive the water blocking member 3 to slide.
That is to say, be equipped with a holding and pushing block 32 in the outside of casing, this holding and pushing block 32 and the water-stop 3 fixed connection that is located the casing, the user of wearing this smart watch can make the water-stop 3 in the casing slide through promoting this holding and pushing block 32.
By arranging the push bearing block 32, when the loudspeaker 2 needs to be waterproof, a user can push the push bearing block 32 to slide the water stop piece 3 to a second preset position to block the sound outlet hole 102; when the loudspeaker 2 does not need to be waterproof, a user can push the bearing block 32 to move the water stop piece 3 to a first preset position, so that the loudspeaker 2 can normally make a sound through the sound outlet hole 102; when it is desired to highlight a sound of a specific frequency, the user pushes the thrust piece 32 to move the water stop 3 to the corresponding third predetermined position.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 8, a through groove 103 is formed through an upper side wall of the cavity 101 in the height direction of the housing 1, the through groove 103 is long, and the thrust piece 32 is fixedly connected to the water stop 3 through the through groove 103.
By arranging the thrust bearing block 32, the user manually completes the conversion among the first preset position, the third preset positions and the second preset position of the water-stop piece 3, the structure is simpler, and the cost is lower.
The present embodiment also provides a sealing structure for constituting a seal between the water stop member 3 and the housing 1; referring to fig. 1 and 9, a mounting groove is formed in the bottom wall of the chamber 101, and the sealing structure includes a first sealing strip 51, the first sealing strip 51 is fixedly fitted in the mounting groove, a sliding groove 501 is formed in the first sealing strip 51, and one side of the bottom of the water stop member 3 is slidable in the sliding groove 501; alternatively, the first sealing strip 51 has a U-shaped cross section, and the bottom side of the water stop member 3 is slidable in the opening of the first sealing strip 51.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the sealing structure further includes two second sealing strips 52, the two second sealing strips 52 are embedded in the side wall of the cavity 101 configured with the sound outlet hole 102, and the two second sealing strips 52 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the sound outlet hole 102; when the water stop piece 3 is located at the second preset position, the two second sealing strips 52 can be tightly abutted against the water stop piece 3 respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 8, the sealing structure of the present embodiment further includes two third sealing strips 53, the two third sealing strips 53 are respectively disposed on two opposite side walls of the through groove 103, and the two third sealing strips 53 are respectively abutted against two opposite side walls of the water blocking member 3.
In this embodiment, by providing the first sealing strip 51, the second sealing strip 52, and the third sealing strip 53, when the water blocking member 3 is located at the second preset position, an omnidirectional seal can be formed between the water blocking member 3 and the housing 1, so that the damage of the speaker 2 caused by the water entering the cavity 101 can be avoided.
In this embodiment, one of the water stop piece 3 and the housing 1 is provided with a limiting portion, the other of the water stop piece 3 and the housing 1 is provided with a positioning portion, and the positioning portions are a plurality of positioning portions arranged at intervals on the water stop piece 3 or the housing 1 along the sliding direction of the water stop piece 3; the water stop piece 3 stays at a first preset position, a second preset position or a third preset position corresponding to the positioning part through the matching of the limiting part and the positioning part.
That is, when the limiting portion is disposed on the water stop 3, the plurality of positioning portions are disposed on the housing 1 at intervals along the sliding direction of the water stop 3. When the limiting part is arranged on the shell 1, the positioning parts are arranged on the water stop piece 3 at intervals along the sliding direction of the water stop piece 3. The positioning parts correspond to the first preset position, the second preset position and each third preset position one by one; specifically, when the third preset position is one, the number of the positioning portions is three, when the number of the third preset position is two, the number of the positioning portions is four, and when the number of the third preset position is three, the number of the positioning portions is five.
