Description

一种变电站监测通信网关机转发表窜点问题的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电网运行状态智能告警领域,特别涉及一种变电站监测通信网关机转发表窜点问题的方法。
背景技术
在现场实际工作中,由于变电站设备技改、增容等要求,需要变更通讯网关机的转发表,增加或删除相应信息。而修改过程中易发生转发表变位窜点情况,致使主、厂站转发表信息对应不一致,导致遥信、遥测误传,遥控误控,严重影响电网安全稳定运行。目前缺乏自动校核转发表的手段,又因转发表信息数量庞大,仅能依靠人工对点的方式,局部校核。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了自动监测通信网关机转发表有无窜点情况,出现异常及时上报,提高变电站信息传输的准确率和真实性,防止信息误传、设备误控,提高变电站维护水平,特提供了一种变电站监测通信网关机转发表窜点问题的方法。
本发明提供了一种变电站监测通信网关机转发表窜点问题的方法,包括遥测、遥信、遥控转发表的锚点选取方法以及告警实现方法;遥测、遥信、遥控转发表的锚点选取,其特征在于:当转发表出现窜点时,所述锚点观测信息的逻辑或数值会发生变化,包括逻辑由1至0或者取值范围超限;
告警实现方法:将选取锚点信息,按照逻辑或数值关系合成遥信信号,并关联至后台监控系统的光字牌画面,方便告警状态的直观查看;
在变电站后台监控系统上模拟,在调度主站端后台监控系统上实现。
利用窜点时,主、厂站转发表不一致所产生的信息变位来进行判定。
锚点法能采用末位锚点配置,在转发表最末端之后设置锚点。
当全表任何位置出现窜点时,末位锚点都会对应变位,实现监测全覆盖。

告警实现方法:将选取锚点信息,按照逻辑或数值关系合成遥信信号,并关联至后台监控系统的光字牌画面,方便告警状态的直观查看;

实施例2
本发明提供锚点法监测变电站通信网关机转发表窜点问题,包括遥测、遥信、遥控转发表的锚点选取方法以及告警实现方法。遥测转发表的锚点选取:可选择功率因数作为锚点,其数值范围在-1与1之间,如因窜点导致数值超出此范围即告警;遥信转发表锚点选取:可在末位之后加入一个闭接点信号N为锚点(即逻辑为1),并使其处于前后为开接点(即逻辑为0)的位置当中,当转发表在锚点之前因新增信息而出现窜点时,锚点采集变为N-1,逻辑信息由1至0出现变位即告警;遥控转发表锚点选取:可在转发表最末位之后加入一个测试用遥控接点,使之出口一个测试遥信信息,当遥控成功并触发信息时,判定转发表正确。遥控的锚点是通过遥信对位(即点对点)实现的。同时为了使锚点告警的光字牌清晰明了,在合成信息时可适当取反。
具体工作流程:当转发表出现信息错位(窜点)时,监控系统的锚点光字牌会亮起,提示查找窜点位置,以便及时处理;如果转发表不存在窜点问题,则锚点光字牌熄灭。
通过锚点法监测变电站转发表窜点问题,改进了人工对点方式中存在的信息数量大、校核效率低、判别易出错等问题,提高了对窜点判别的精准度和时效性,有效维护了电网安全稳定运行。

1.一种变电站监测通信网关机转发表窜点问题的方法,包括遥测、遥信、遥控转发表的锚点选取方法以及告警实现方法;遥测、遥信、遥控转发表的锚点选取,其特征在于:当转发表出现窜点时,所述锚点观测信息的逻辑或数值会发生变化,包括逻辑由1至0或者取值范围超限;
告警实现方法:将选取锚点信息,按照逻辑或数值关系合成遥信信号,并关联至后台监控系统的光字牌画面,方便告警状态的直观查看。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变电站监测通信网关机转发表窜点问题的方法,其特征在于:在变电站后台监控系统上模拟,在调度主站端后台监控系统上实现。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变电站监测通信网关机转发表窜点问题的方法,其特征在于:利用窜点时,主、厂站转发表不一致所产生的信息变位来进行判定。
