s2: when a cable passes through the limiting hole (8), the cable firstly enters the cleaning box (28) through the through hole (29), along with continuous stretching of the cable, the cable can be in contact with the cleaning rollers (39) in the cleaning box (28), and dust adhered to the outer wall of the cable can be effectively removed through the two groups of cleaning rollers (39), so that the situation that the heat dissipation effect of the subsequent cable is greatly reduced due to the fact that more dust is adhered to the outer wall when the subsequent cable is wired is avoided, the exhaust fan (3) is started while the cleaning rollers (39) remove dust on the cable, dust generated in the cleaning process of the cleaning rollers (39) can be effectively collected through the exhaust fan (3), and the dust is prevented from being accumulated on the inner part of the cleaning box (28) and adhered to the outer wall of the subsequent cable;
s3: after the cables are subjected to dust removal through the cleaning assembly, one end of each cable can penetrate through the guide cylinder (25), and a worker can slide the sliding rod (23) to adjust the position of the guide cylinder (25), so that the wiring position of the cables can be adjusted, and meanwhile, in the process that the cables penetrate through the guide cylinder (25), the cables can be stably drawn out of the guide cylinder (25) through the rolling balls (24) arranged in the guide cylinder (25), and the situation that the cables are scratched with the inside of the guide cylinder (25) to cause damage is avoided;
s4, the first motor (5) can be started in the process that the worker lays the cable, the first motor (5) drives the threaded screw rod (32) to rotate so as to drive the first clamping ring (34) to move downwards, and the first clamping ring (34) is matched with the second clamping ring (35) in the process that the first clamping ring (34) moves downwards.
