Claims (11)
1. A two-dimensional code generation system for realizing viewing of an existing medical history based on user dominance is characterized by comprising:
the electronic health record storage module is used for collecting and storing personal health record data information of all people in a certain area;
the user information registration and login module is connected with the electronic health record storage module and is used for allowing a user to log in a system through real-name registration and identity authentication, generating a user personal information data table from the user personal information acquired by the system and storing the user personal information data table in the system, and calling the personal health record of the corresponding user in the electronic health record storage module so that the user can check the personal health information and the previous medical record information;
the information reservation and authorization module is connected with the user information registration and login module and is used for reserving the treatment information for the user and authorizing the visible medical record data to be checked by a viewer according to the actual situation;
the reservation two-dimensional code generating module is connected with the information reservation and authorization module and used for generating a user diagnosis reservation two-dimensional code according to reservation information and authorized medical record data acquired by the information reservation and authorization module;
the terminal code scanning device is in data connection with the reservation two-dimensional code generation module and is used for scanning the reservation two-dimensional code of the user; and
and the data authentication interaction and storage module is connected with the terminal code scanning device and is used for performing identity authentication, authorizing access to the authorized medical record data of the user, generating a visible medical record added with the identity watermark of the viewer, and adding and storing the medical record data of the consultation to a user case database so as to provide reference for subsequent treatment of the hospital.
2. The two-dimensional code generation system for realizing review of an existing medical history based on user dominance according to claim 1, wherein the information reservation and authorization module specifically comprises:
the visit information reservation unit is used for reserving the time and the place information of a single visit by the user; and
and the visible information authorization unit is connected with the information reservation unit and used for providing the personal health information which can be authorized and checked by the doctor in the current treatment and the medical record information of the previous treatment according to the personal selection of the user.
3. The two-dimensional code generation system for realizing review of an existing medical history based on user dominance according to claim 1, wherein the data authentication interaction and storage module specifically comprises:
the two-dimensional code information authentication acquisition unit is used for performing identity authentication operation on the scanned and acquired reserved two-dimensional code information so as to authorize access to the two-dimensional code reservation information recorded by the terminal code scanning equipment and generate a visible medical record added with the identity watermark of the doctor for the doctor to check; and
and the case information storage unit is used for adding and storing the medical record data of the consultation of the time of the user to a user case database of the hospital for the hospital to provide reference for subsequent treatment.
4. A two-dimensional code generation processing method for user-oriented review of past medical history by using the system of claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the user registers in the real name and identity authentication to log in the mobile phone APP, and checks personal health information and previous medical record information;
(2) the user executes the appointment operation of the present visit and generates an appointment two-dimensional code for the terminal code scanning device to scan and inquire;
(3) the terminal code scanning equipment scans the reservation two-dimensional code to allow a doctor to check a user medical record information form visible in the current visit;
(4) and uploading and adding the case data of the present visit by the doctor and storing the case data to a user case database of the system.
5. The method for generating and processing the two-dimensional code for viewing the past medical history based on the user's dominance according to claim 4, wherein the step (1) specifically comprises the following steps:
(1.1) the user logs in the mobile phone APP to perform appointment operation of seeing a doctor through real-name registration and identity authentication;
(1.2) the mobile phone APP calls a nationwide electronic health archive system according to the actual operation of the user to generate a user personal information data table;
and (1.3) the user checks the personal health information and the medical record information of the previous doctor according to the user personal information data table.
6. The method for generating and processing the two-dimensional code for viewing the past medical history based on the user's dominance according to claim 4, wherein the step (2) specifically comprises the following steps:
(2.1) the user appoints the time of the treatment and the hospital for treatment through the mobile phone APP;
(2.2) the user can check the visible medical record data and the personal health data which can be checked by the doctor according to the personal actual condition;
and (2.3) generating a two-dimensional code for appointment making of the doctor at this time according to the data information acquired in the steps (2.1) and (2.2) by the mobile phone APP, and scanning the code for authentication and checking by the doctor.
7. The method for generating and processing the two-dimensional code for viewing the past medical history based on the user's dominance according to claim 5, wherein the step (3) is specifically as follows:
and the doctor scans the reservation two-dimensional code through the terminal code scanning equipment, adds a doctor identity watermark and sends an authentication request to perform identity authentication so as to authorize and check the visible medical record data of the user at the time of treatment.
8. The method for generating and processing the two-dimensional code for viewing the past medical history based on the user's dominance according to claim 7, wherein the step (4) is specifically as follows:

a processor configured to execute computer-executable instructions;
a memory storing one or more computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, perform the steps of the two-dimensional code generation processing method for an existing medical history view based on user dominance according to any one of claims 4 to 8.

A processor for implementing two-dimensional code generation based on user-initiated review of past medical history, wherein the processor is configured to execute computer-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the two-dimensional code generation processing method based on user-initiated review of past medical history according to any one of claims 4 to 8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program being executable by a processor to implement the steps of the two-dimensional code generation processing method for past medical history viewing based on user dominance according to any one of claims 4 to 8.
