Claims (10)

1. An intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen comprises,
the waterproof structure comprises a mounting box (1), wherein the top surface of the mounting box (1) is connected with three groups of waterproof assemblies (2), and the bottom of the mounting box (1) is provided with a 3-core panel joint assembly (3) which is not smaller than one group;
one end of the curtain screen component (5) is electrically connected with the 3-core panel joint component (3);

A driving circuit (4) for controlling the curtain screen assembly (5) is arranged in the mounting box (1);
the driving circuit (4) is conducted with three phase lines inserted in the three groups of waterproof assemblies (2), and the driving circuit (4) is also electrically connected with the 3-core panel joint assembly (3);
the driving circuit (4) comprises an RGB control circuit (41) and a lamplight display module (42);
the light display module (42) is communicated with the three-phase line for conduction, the RGB control circuit (41) is connected to the curtain screen component (5), and the light display module (42) controls the curtain screen component (5) to emit light at the corresponding position through the RGB control circuit (41).

The intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting box (1) comprises an upper cover (11), a screen end cover (12), a screen mounting bracket (13) and a lower box (14), the upper cover (11) is inserted into a chute with an open top end of the lower box (14), a rectangular box with open two ends is formed between the upper cover (11) and the lower box (14), the screen end cover (12) is buckled on two sides of the rectangular box, and a screw penetrating through the screen end cover (12) is meshed with the upper cover (11) and the lower box (14), wherein the screen mounting bracket (13) is symmetrically welded on two sides of the upper surface of the upper cover (11).

An intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that each set of said waterproof components (2) comprises 2-core rubber round wires (21), 6-core rubber round wires (22) and M12 metal waterproof joints (23), both ends of the 2-core rubber round wires (21) are respectively connected with the 6-core rubber round wires (22) and the M12 metal waterproof joints (23), and the M12 metal waterproof joints (23) are engaged with the screw holes of the upper cover (11) between the screen mounting brackets (13) for sealing the screw holes of the upper cover (11).

The intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen as claimed in claim 3, wherein the 3-core panel joint assembly (3) comprises a 3-core panel type male joint (31), a 3-core transparent PVC female joint (32) and 3 core wires (33), the bottom of the 3-core panel type male joint (31) is engaged with the 3-core transparent PVC female joint (32), the 3-core wires (33) are arranged in the 3-core panel type male joint (31), the top of the 3-core panel type male joint (31) is engaged with the screw holes of the lower box (14), and the 3-core wires (33) extend into the lower box (14).

The intelligent transparent granular direct-connection screen according to claim 4, wherein the screen assembly (5) comprises 3 parallel transparent PVC (polyvinyl chloride) flat cables (51), screen transverse wires (52), transparent granular lamp covers (53), transverse wire supports (54), lamp beads (55), a positive plate (56) and a negative plate (57), the transparent granular lamp covers (53) are internally provided with the lamp beads (55), the positive plate (56) and the negative plate (57), the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the lamp beads (55) are respectively connected with the positive plate (56) and the negative plate (57), and the positive plate (56) and the negative plate (57) are fixed in slots of the transparent granular lamp covers (53);
the 3 parallel transparent PVC flat cables (51) and the transparent granular lamp shades (53) are connected in series in a staggered mode to form a row of curtain belts, each row of curtain belts is provided with m transparent granular lamp shades (53), n rows of curtain belts form a curtain screen, wire cores of the adjacent 3 parallel transparent PVC flat cables (51) are inserted into the transparent granular lamp shades (53) and are electrically connected with the positive plate (56) and the negative plate (57) respectively, the 3 parallel transparent PVC flat cables (51) at one end of the outermost side are connected with the 3-core transparent PVC wire female connector (32), and the wire cores of the 3 parallel transparent PVC flat cables (51) are electrically connected with the 3 core wires (33);
the screen transverse lines (52) are connected with the transverse line supports (54) in a staggered mode, the length of the screen transverse lines (52) is the same as the distance between adjacent curtain belts, the supports with the protrusions arranged on the transverse line supports (54) are inserted into the transparent granular lampshade (53), and the positions of the curtain screens are limited by not less than one group of transversely arranged screen transverse lines (52).

An intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen as claimed in claim 5, wherein the light display module (42) comprises an inverter (421), a DC/DC converter (422), a central control board (423), a driver (424) and a source driver (425), the inverter (421) and the DC/DC converter (422) are connected to the three-phase lines for receiving the current of the three-phase lines.

The intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen as claimed in claim 6, wherein the output end of the central control board (423) is connected to the driver (424) and the source driver (425), the input end of the central control board (423) is connected to the DC/DC converter (422), the output end of the DC/DC converter (422) is connected to the source driver (425), and the inverter (41) and the source driver (425) are connected to the RGB control circuit (421).

The method for assembling the intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen according to claim 7, wherein the RGB control circuit (41) comprises an 89 single chip microcomputer (411), a DMX512 decoder (412) and a DMX512 bus interface (413), pins of the 89 single chip microcomputer (411) are connected to the DMX512 bus interface (413), the DMX512 decoder (412) is correspondingly connected to the end corner of the DMX512 bus interface (413), and an interface on the DMX512 decoder (412) is electrically connected with the 3-core wire (33) of each row of the curtain belt.

The intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen as claimed in claim 8, wherein pins of the 89 singlechip (411) are further connected with a driver (424) and a source driver (425), and the driver (424) and the source driver (425) drive pin potential changes of the 89 singlechip (411).
10. The intelligent transparent granular direct connection screen as claimed in claim 9, wherein the lamp beads (55) are embedded with ICs and controlled by RGB control circuit (41) for editing patterns, characters, animation, horse racing, chasing light changes.
