Hereinafter, the attendance checking method disclosed in the present application will be explained:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an attendance checking method according to an embodiment of the present application. The attendance checking method comprises the following steps:
201: the user terminal acquires the movement track and the personal information of the staff to be checked.
In the present embodiment, the movement trajectory refers to a trajectory composed of a plurality of position points continuously acquired in one time period. For example, when the preset attendance time is reached, the user terminal autonomously activates an attendance task, and then triggers the movement trajectory acquisition process, so that the positioning program continuously acquires the position information of the user in the next period of time, for example, in the next 30s, and the current movement trajectory of the staff to be checked is generated according to the position information.
202: and the user terminal determines attendance rules and work arrangement information corresponding to the staff to be checked according to the personal information.
In this embodiment, the company database may be queried through the personal information of the employee, so as to determine the attendance rules and work arrangement information corresponding to the employee to be checked. For example, the attendance rules may include: attendance time and attendance range corresponding to the staff to be checked; the work schedule information may include: and the attendance places corresponding to the employees to be checked. Specifically, for employee a, the corresponding attendance rules are 2 times of attendance every day, namely 8 am-9 am and 18 pm-22 pm, and employee a is required to be within 50 meters of the square circle of the attendance place in the required time period during attendance. Based on this, the attendance time of employee a is: 8-9 am and 18-22 pm, and the attendance range is as follows: the checking-in place is within 50 meters. And for 18 days 6 months 2021, the work schedule information for employee a is: working in the morning at a company; during the afternoon, the business consults with the client company. Based on this, the examination situation places of employee a are: company in the morning and client company in the afternoon.
203: and the user terminal determines the attendance requirement of the staff to be checked according to the attendance rules and the work arrangement information.
In this embodiment, the user terminal may determine the attendance location corresponding to the employee to be checked to be the central point of the attendance area. And determining the radius of the attendance area according to the attendance range, and determining the circular attendance area by taking the attendance place as a central point. Therefore, the attendance time and the range of the attendance area are used as the attendance requirements of the staff to be checked.
Illustratively, following the example of employee a above, for 18/6/2021, the examination place is determined according to the work schedule information of employee a as follows: company in the morning and client company in the afternoon. Based on this, the attendance rule of employee A is combined: the attendance checking time is as follows: 8-9 am and 18-22 pm, and the attendance range is as follows: the checking-in place is within 50 meters. The attendance requirement of the employee A can be obtained: 8-9 am within 50 meters of the company square circle; the 18-22 pm point is within 50 meters of the customer company square circle.
204: and the user terminal determines whether the staff to be checked meets the checking-in requirement or not according to the current time and the moving track.
In the embodiment, the user terminal can determine whether the staff to be checked meets the attendance requirement in different ways by determining whether the movement track intersects with the attendance area.
Specifically, when the movement track intersects with the attendance area, the user terminal can determine whether the employee to be checked meets the attendance requirement according to the movement track. In this embodiment, a method for determining whether an employee to be checked meets an attendance requirement according to a movement trajectory is provided, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
301: and the user terminal determines the moving direction of the staff to be checked according to the moving track.
In the embodiment, the movement track is generated by continuously acquiring a series of positioning points of the staff to be checked by the positioning program after the attendance task is triggered. Therefore, the moving direction of the staff to be checked can be determined by connecting the positioning points through the relation between the positioning points and the acquisition time.
302: and when the moving direction points to the corresponding range of the attendance checking area, the user terminal determines whether the staff to be checked conforms to the attendance checking rule or not.
In this embodiment, if the movement track intersects with the attendance checking area, it indicates that the employee to be checked appears in the attendance checking area for a period of time in the time period for acquiring the movement track. Therefore, if the moving direction of the employee to be checked is directed to the range corresponding to the attendance area, it indicates that the employee to be checked is walking toward the inside of the attendance area, and does not depart from the attendance area. Therefore, whether the staff to be checked conforms to the checking-in rule can be determined.
Specifically, the present application provides a method for determining whether a moving direction points to a range corresponding to an attendance checking area, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
401: and the user terminal determines the intersection point of the moving track and the boundary of the attendance checking area.
402: and the user terminal determines a tangent of the attendance checking area, wherein the tangent passes through the intersection point.
403: the user terminal divides the map into a first area and a second area according to the tangent line.
In the present embodiment, the area in which the attendance area is located is a first area, and the area in which the attendance area is not present is a second area. Thereby, a region division map as shown in fig. 5 can be obtained.
404: when the moving direction points to the first area, the user terminal determines that the moving direction points to the corresponding range of the attendance checking area, and whether the staff to be checked accords with the attendance checking rule or not.
In an optional implementation manner, the user terminal may further obtain an electronic map near the current location of the employee to be checked, and determine whether the employee moves towards the checking area according to the moving direction of the employee and the conditions of path distribution, path orientation and the like in the map.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, when the movement track does not intersect with the attendance checking area, the user terminal can determine whether the employee to be checked meets the attendance checking requirement or not according to the current time and the movement track. In this embodiment, a method for determining whether an employee to be checked meets the checking-in requirement according to the current time and the movement track is provided, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
601: and the user terminal determines the moving direction and the moving speed of the staff to be checked according to the moving track.
In this embodiment, the method for determining the moving direction of the employee to be checked is similar to the method for determining the moving direction of the employee to be checked in step 301, and details are not repeated here. Meanwhile, based on the method, the length of the movement track of the staff to be checked can be obtained, and then the movement speed of the staff to be checked is obtained according to the acquisition time.
602: and when the moving direction points to the corresponding range of the attendance checking area, the user terminal predicts the path of the employee to be checked to the attendance checking area.
In this embodiment, the movement trajectory does not intersect with the attendance area, which indicates that the employee to be checked does not arrive at the attendance area. Therefore, if the moving direction points to the corresponding range of the attendance checking area, it indicates that the employee to be checked is currently heading toward the attendance checking area. Thus, the path that the employee will travel next may be predicted in conjunction with the employee's historical action data.
603: and the user terminal determines the remaining time according to the current time and the attendance time.
604: and the user terminal determines whether the staff to be checked conforms to the checking-in rule or not according to the path, the remaining time and the moving speed of the staff to be checked going to the checking-in area.
Specifically, the user terminal may determine the length of the path according to the path of the employee to be checked to the checking-in area. When the quotient of the length of the path and the moving speed is less than or equal to the remaining time, that is, the employee can arrive in the attendance checking area before the attendance checking time is over, based on the fact, the user terminal can determine whether the employee to be checked meets the attendance checking rule or not.
In an optional implementation manner, the user terminal may send a prompt to the staff to be checked, so as to prompt the staff to be checked about the remaining time and the remaining distance, so that the staff to be checked pay attention to the attendance item. In addition, the user terminal can also show some optional items to the staff to be checked, such as whether to ask for a leave, whether to encounter an emergency, reason report, etc., and specifically, the user terminal can decide which options to display according to the distance between the current position of the staff and the checking-in area. For example, the distance between the current position of the employee and the attendance checking area is too far, which indicates that the employee may be in need of leave, so that the employee to be checked can be displayed with the option of whether to leave or not.
In addition, in an alternative embodiment, whether the movement track intersects with the attendance area or not, if the movement direction of the employee to be checked is away from the attendance area, the employee is far away from the attendance area. At the moment, the user terminal sends a prompt to the user to be checked to prompt that the user is far away from the checking-in area. Meanwhile, the staff waiting for the examination can also be shown some optional items, such as whether to ask for a leave, whether to encounter an emergency, reason reporting and the like.
205: and when the staff to be checked meets the attendance requirement, the user terminal sends the personal information and the qualified attendance information of the staff to be checked to the attendance server to finish the attendance.
In summary, in the attendance checking method provided by the present invention, the terminal device carried by the employee to be checked is used to analyze the action data of the employee within the preset time period to perform attendance checking determination.
